A property owner has infuriated his neighbours by refusing to remove a derelict caravan and 'stinking' portable toilet from his overgrown land. Hervinder Bhandari purchased the site in Wyoming, on the NSW Central Coast, in 2014 with plans to build a home which neighbours say was to be five storeys high. But only the bricks arrived for the building and five years ago Mr Bhandari hauled in the caravan and toilet, both of which still remain on the land. Neighbours expecting to see a home take shape instead watched on in disbelief as Mr Bhandari used the caravan as his home and the portable toilet for personal use.
