High Court won't hear appeal around Cape Town's Amazon complex from Khoi Khoin 'leader' Jenkins

The Western Cape High Court dismissed Tauriq Jenkins' leave to appeal aspects of a judgment that not only paved the way for unhindered construction at Cape Town's new Amazon complex, but also inferred that he was a fraud.
