High Court to examine legal sanctity of Hukamnama, appoints

During the course of the hearing, counsel for the complainant asserted that as per the Hukamnama issued, it is only the Guru Granth Sahib which is to be worshipped as sole Guru and nobody else, and on that account the FIR was lodged.
