Heavy rain cripples Shimla, roads blocked, several cars dama

Twenty roads in Himachal Pradesh were blocked due to heavy rain in the past 12 hours. The weather department has issued a warning for heavy to very heavy rainfall in isolated places on June 25 and 26 in the state.
