A Somers man, known locally as the "Voice of Iona College
basketball" and the "Voice of the Westchester County Center,"
was arrested Tuesday and charged with receiving and possessing videos and
images containing child porn. According to the U.S. attorney for the
Southern District of New York, Richard Leaf, 72, allegedly had "deeply
disturbing sexual communications with minors." Leaf is charged with
one count of receiving child pornography, which carries a mandatory minimum
