The 32-year-old ultra-marathoner from South Brunswick is attempting to run the length of New Jersey — at least 190 miles — from the High Point Monument to the Cape May Lighthouse, starting at 2 a.m. Saturday. Crosby said he got the idea from a 2016 documentary, Running the 184, on several runners attempting the same feat. He will be joined this weekend by one of the runners in the movie, who dropped out after 140 miles due to injury.
