haryana: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar stresses

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar cancelled pre-scheduled programmes and held an emergency meeting with senior officials as rains continued to batter parts of the state for the third consecutive day. The downpour caused floods, leading to mobilisation of Army's Western Command to assist in rescue and evacuation efforts.
