Hartford residents beset by flooding draw lawmaker support. Will it bring change?

Along with the House Bill 5888 moving to the drafting process, state Rep. Geraldo Reyes Jr. recently released a response to the Greater Hartford’s NAACP plea to address the flooding and sewage issues in the North End of Hartford.
