'Chanda Kochhar paid tax for family trust after start of CBI

The CBI presented the evidence against the accused while arguing for taking cognisance of the chargesheet filed by it in April against the Kochhar couple, Videocon Group chairman VN Dhoot and others. The court has adjourned the matter to July 12. Cognisance in legal parlance paves the way for commencement of trial against an accused.
