SURAT: District and sessions court rejected anticipatory bail plea of Spa owner Ajaygiri Meghnathi, 39, in connection with an offence registered against him under various sections of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 in Puna police station on December 16. As per the FIR, someone informed the police control room about the immoral activity was going on under the pretext of Ayurveda Spa at Abhilasha Height owned by accused Ajaygiri Meghnathi. Customers were being called for massage and they were being provided women for sex. A dummy customer was sent to the spa and the alleged racket was exposed. Police, during the raid, seized cash and condoms as well.
