Greater Sudbury planning committee greenlights controversial seniors home expansion

The Bawa hospitality group proposes to add 94 guest rooms and 16 units to its 137 guest rooms seniors’ retirement complex on Second Avenue North, a construction project that has caused styrofoam-like bits to rain down on the neighbourhood.
