WFSU Local Routes Grand Purim Party! Please join Chabad of Tallahassee & FSU in celebrating Purim with a Grand Party Thursday the 25th at 7:30pm and Friday the 26th at 4:30pm! Thursday will have a big bash including DJ Freeze, a L’Chaim Bar, and many delicious hamentashen! Purim is a noisy party, a showy parade, a costumed extravaganza. Purim celebrates the fact that the Jew is more than a soul—he/she is a body as well. Purim celebrates the fact that our Jewishness is not only an internal spirituality but also a palpable reality; that it not only permeates our beings from within, but also spills out into the externalities of our material lives.
