Photo: Chloe Skead A real ‘glue guy’ at the rink, Karson Bibeau’s name is on the list of players who despite only playing five games in a Thistles jersey will be missed next season. Head coach Scott Parsons says that while Bibeau was always ready with a joke, he was always ready when it came time to step out onto the ice. “On the ice the work ethic was there,” says Parsons, “His intensity and speed on the forecheck and penalty kill will be missed next season.” Before joining the U18 ‘AAA’ Thistles, Bibeau spent two seasons playing NorWOSSA hockey with the Dryden Eagles, and long-time Eagles broadcast Mike Ebbeling tells us that work ethic is nothing new.
