Natalia Komarova, the governor of Siberia's Khanty-Mansiisk region, announced her resignation amid criticism for her remarks about the war in Ukraine. In a video on her Telegram channel, Komarova, who has managed a region producing over 40% of Russia's oil, said she is moving to an undisclosed job. Her term was due to end next year.
