Gov. Kathy Hochul calls state Sen. Kevin Parker rape allegat

Gov. Kathy Hochul called the rape accusations against Brooklyn state Sen. Kevin Parker “extremely disturbing” Tuesday, but stopped short of calling for the Brooklyn Democrat to step down.
