A lawsuit claims a GOP congressman's son lived in a basement storage space in the Capitol.
An ex-staffer is suing Rep. Doug Lamborn's office, alleging retaliation over his December firing.
The lawsuit also accuses the Colorado lawmaker of dangerously flouting COVID-19 safety protocols.
