Hilton Foundation announced on March 28 that it gave out $435 million in grants in 2022, the largest grantmaking year in the nonprofit's history since it was founded in 1944. The Hilton Foundation was started by international hotelier Conrad N. Hilton in 1944 to help people living in poverty and
