Gold Terra and Midas Minerals Enter Into a Definitive Option

Gold Terra Resource Corp. is pleased to announce that it has signed a binding letter of agreement pursuant to which it has granted until April 30, 2023 the exclusivity rights to Midas Minerals Limited to enter into a definitive option agreement with Gold Terra.
