Bethlehem police said the man, 40, is charged with misdemeanor counts of menacing, criminal weapon possession and reckless endangerment. The first incident took place on Route 9W, around 3:30 p.m. in the area of Corning Hill Road. The second occurred shortly afterward on Kenwood Avenue near Delmar Place, police said.
