Kids, ages 6-12, are in for a wizardly afternoon making crafts and playing themed games on Saturday, May 1, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Community Recreation Center (CRC). Preregister by April 28. Pilates Reformer Demo Day is Wednesday, May 5, at the Wheeling Park District Health & Fitness Center. Have you tried Pilates Reformer Training? Anyone 18 years of age or older can register for a free 20-minute demonstration and experience how effective this training is for increasing strength and flexibility.
