The former manager of Charleston's historic Quarrier Diner pled guilty, on Feb. 12, 2024 in federal court in Huntington, to fraud in connection with Huntington restaurant G.D. Ritzy's. The popular Huntington eatery closed in the aftermath of George West's time there.
