Gasquet residents return, flash flood risk for some wildfires across Northern California

The repopulation process began Thursday for the town of Gasquet, evacuated earlier this month due to the Kelly Fire in Del Norte County. This fire is part of the Smith River Complex. Friday morning the complex was at 83,974 acres with 8% containment.
