Gabon Archbishop says National Dialogue to lay the groundwor

Archbishop Jean-Patrick Iba-Ba of Libreville says the “inclusive National Dialogue” that went under way in Gabon on Tuesday will lay the foundations for a more united, prosperous and democratic country.
