G20, SDGs and finance in focus during Jaishankar, Guterres m

Indian External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar met with UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres to discuss India's G20 presidency, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, and the reform of international financial institutions. The lack of progress in achieving SDGs and the need for greater resources and financing were key talking points. Jaishankar also met with other foreign ministers to discuss bilateral relations and regional issues, including the war in Ukraine and the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
