Fundraising continues for Brinton "wheel spot" in Bay View :

Bay View Neighborhood Association and Milwaukee Recreation have teamed up to create a so-called 'wheel spot' to Beulah Brinton Playfield at 2555 S. Bay St. in Bay View.
