Staff report WARREN — Area residents wanting to know if they have been exposed to COVID-19 will have multiple opportunities to get tested at no cost over the next 10 days. Trumbull Community Action Program will have drive-up testing 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday in the former Kmart Plaza, 2485 Parkman Road NW. Nasal swab testing will be administered by the Ohio National Guard on a first-come, first-served basis. No doctor’s appointment is needed. There will be no out-of-pocket expenses for those tested. TCAP officials are working with the city of Warren, the Ohio National Guard and the Trumbull County Combined Health District.
