The Dispatch Ottendorf Laboratories will provide free COVID-19 testing at the Davidson County Fairgrounds seven days a week, according to the Davidson County Health Department. "Ottendorff Laboratories reached out to Davidson County requesting to offer this service," said Janna Walker, the public health strategist for the Health Department. "The company received funding to conduct testing. It is a truly free opportunity, no insurance card or billing information will be requested." The only other free COVID testing location in Davidson County is at the Health Department from 9-10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and by appointment only. Anyone, not just Davidson County residents, can have a free test performed at the fairgrounds.
