everyone. along with harold ford jr., jesse watters, martha maccallum, and greg gutfeld. it is 5:00 in new york city, and this is "the five." the white house is pumping out spin so dangerously deluded on biden's latest brain freeze that it would make kim jong un blush. for the third time in a week, joe biden joe biden frozen public. the president seen gazing motionless at the crowd during a glitzy fund-raiser in los angeles saturday night. forcing his former boss, barack obama to gingerly lead the old man off the stage like it was bedtime. ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ >> judge jeanine: the white house and democrats don't want to do believe your own eyes. they are aggressively pushing back on the notion that our dear leader would ever mentally slip in public by calling it "cheap fakes." >> secretary jean-pierre: this is something from your part of the world. the manipulated videos. it is again done in bad faith. let's not forget, president obama, president biden have a relationship. they are friends. they are like family to each other. i think that is what you saw. let's talk about juneteenth. just because you are standing up and listening to music and not dancing, that is not a health issue. that is just not a health issue. >> judge jeanine: biden's mounting cognitive lapses are -- his debate against trump next week. >> the first presidential debate is set for june 27th. it feels like the bar that is set for a biden tooth there is so much more substantially higher than the one trump has to clear which is literally, is he alive, is he standing, although where it's coming out of his mouth? >> judge jeanine: martha, it is so unfair to have these high expectations of joe biden. according to msnbc, he normally -- donald trump is literally -- it is questionable whether he is alive or standing organ get a sentence out. do you believe your lying eyes or not? >> martha: that video is very telling. that thing is, you know, it is interesting. brit hume said probably the biden folks were annoyed, because obama, former president obama reached over and put his hand on top of his hand. the hand on the back. maybe he could have made it look a little bit better. what happens is when he turns and walks, he is still not shaking out of it. it's not like you get a little bit lost in thought and he's absorbing the crowd and then you go, oh. and turn around and walk away in a lit up cognizant way. it's a big event. this continues to be a problem. i kind of feel bad at this point for karine jean-pierre that she has to make up these things about deepfakes and manipulative video. understanding the perigee video. there was something going on on the other side that he turned to look at. if this was one video, judge, it would be one thing. it is a constant repetition. we see it in the polls where they don't feel confident and are worried about his age. i would like to know what the vibe is like between the obama camp in the biden camp today. that didn't look good. >> judge jeanine: jesse, as martha and says, we have seen it all before. he was at the g7. the prime minister of of natalie had to literally drag him away from his watching somebody jumping out of the sky. >> jesse: he has been dragged away by the easter bunny, gel, kamala, the italian -- everyone is dragging him off the stage. if he doesn't know where he is going, how can he tell the country where to go? he keeps saying, "watch me." it's getting harder to watch. he has special shoes. he has a machine that he needs to breathe at night. he has a note card that says, "i am joe biden." we are getting that this thing that this is a deepfake. republicans don't need deepfakes. we don't need dossiers. we don't need videos or the cia. we need to point a camera joe biden. that's it. point a camera at the crisis. point a camera at the border. they keep on saying the selections about democracy. it is about reality versus democracy. their campaign now on the left is, i am robert. you are glue. whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks to you. the trump crime family is going to lock up their political opponents. broken and the border, is defending the police. and is barely alive and can barely talk. that kind of projection only works on low information voters that only fires up the hyper partisans on the left. i saw a poll the other day, the expectations for joe biden. half the country thinks the man is going to wander the wrong way up the debate stage. i shouldn't even say that, because it is already too low. you have a poll in iowa. donald trump is beating joe biden by 18 points. what does that mean for michigan and wisconsin? this thing looks bad. now they are talking about swapping hillary and if he bombs in this debate. >> judge jeanine: no one wants to see the president fail. the whole idea that they are out there saying this election is not about age. joe and the other guy are about the same age. even for the debate as jesse is saying, they are going to be seated. we don't even get to see them walk in. they will be seated so that there is one less obstacle to worry about for biden. >> harold: happy belated father's day to everyone watching. on the debate, this will be the most-watched obviously political exercise notwithstanding the great numbers we all have around the table and everyone's respective shows. in the history of television. this will have super bowl-like numbers. even if it doesn't reach that crescendo, they will reach the percentage of voters that we talk about, the small group of voters. who ultimately have decided the last 3 or 4 election cycles. as a result of the outcome of those sides are trying their hardest to disqualify the other candidate. it is only going to get worse. the language, their rhetoric and the ridiculousness of their rhetoric on both sides will wrap up. largely because, that is the way you get after those voters and that is the way you show that 300,000 that this guy should not be then ex-president again. the debate. i can't wait for about top direct questions designed to elicit real answers. where do you stand on the border? why haven't you done more on the border? why did you call your party members and ask them to vote against a negotiated settlement around the border? should we did more for israel? do we believe as we look at supreme court nominees over the next three or four years, we have a litmus test? what would you do on taxes? both of these candidates will have an opportunity to show where we stand. 250,000 independent voters who like they will decide this election. the tens if not hundreds of millions of us, maybe a billion around the world are hundreds of millions around the world who want to know where the leader of the free world may stand on issues that impact them and impact us as a nation. i'm looking forward to june 27th as much as anybody. >> judge jeanine: they talk about karine jean-pierre talks about cheap fakes, deepfakes, manipulating that a video to make joe look bad. what is your reaction to that? >> greg: we can see it with our own eyes and hear it with their own ears. they mock people for suspecting there might be some fraud in an election -- which is a process that one can't see. that is not transparent. they laugh at anybody who suspects that there might be something off somewhere. here we can see it with our own eyes and hear it with our own ears, and they are telling us, no, that is not true, it is manipulated. i would call them biden deniers. they are biden deniers. i was i would agree. it's a happy father's day. if you feel that it is that important and vital, why would you put up a feeble deteriorating man? but they are trying to do right now -- the current defenses to make joe a sympathetic character. you are picking on him if you talk about his age or his infirmary or whatever you want to call it. the true cruelty is at the criticism of joe being out there, the true cruelty is putting joe out there. so if everybody is saying, it is wrong, you are the guys behind it. people criticizing trump for criticizing milwaukee's crime and poverty problem as if that is worse than that thing he is criticizing. no, it's not. joe is a sample of national disrepair. if you look at america right n now, that charming house that was on the corner, well manicured hedges, white picket fence, fresh paint. it has fallen into disrepair, because the person living in their became isolated, shut in, mentally decimated, and he let the house fall to ruins. that is when america feels like. what people feel is profound neglect. this white house is not connected to the american people. they swim in luxury beliefs. people are getting murdered by illegal aliens. that takes a backseat to trans rights and climate change. the left has ignored biden's failing, and they expect us to ignore them believing that he has 4.5 more years -- he doesn't have 4.5 more months. i'm sorry. jimmy carter was probably watching him, going, what is that guy doing up there? it is not good. it is not good. if you believe that trump is a danger to society, you are morally obligated to put a candidate up there that can win back and a candidate that can function. they are not doing that -- which again leads me to believe, what are they doing? i was grateful to those sheriff who spoke with me for a few minutes. he said this is the second time in that county that a woman has been murdered by an illegal. the issue is very clear and the numbers are clear. in 2023, they were 1700 charges and convictions for homicide. in 2023, 73,000 noncitizens were arrested for crimes. all right, what we have got is a crime problem by illegals. it is a slap in the face to american citizens when the liberal solution is, oh, there, the republicans and the democrats need to get together. you close the border. the solution is not to throw more money to get more judges and more i.c.e. agents. we found there is one i.c.e. agent per 7,000 illegals. i want you to close that border. until you deal with the illegals who are here that joe biden gave 350,000 of them amnesty last week, then we are sitting ducks. my question to joe biden, why are you doing this to america? why did you make a decision to close the border after trump close them? why did you cancel his executive orders? we have this saying, no one is above the law. in this country, illegals his first act when they come into this country is to violate the law, the illegals are above the law. how many times has trump got hammered for the per se, they are not sending us their best. the truth is, 60% of americans want them rounded up and deported. when you vote in november, and very well may. >> martha: that is exactly where i was in they go with you. we have heard trume 2015 -- they are not sending their best. it seems to me a powerful moment in the debate which harold brought up is sadly the images of these individuals who are no longer with us. clearly, these people were killed and their livelihood taken away by not the best. >> jesse: joe biden should get on the phone tonight and called the victims families. you do it for gold star families, because you are making a decision as the president to put men and women in harm's way. when they pass away, you get on the phone or at least write a letter. his policies on the border are putting people in harm's way, and he should call the victims family. janine is right. the majority of the country want mass deportations. the majority of hispanics want mass deportations. it's going to be tough and look bad. i'm sorry. that's what has to happen. donald trump is going to have to clean up the mess that joe biden made. he broke the border, trump is going to have to fix it. it's gonna look bad, but it has to be done. i have a driver that lives in queens. and he used to go to the car wash and get his car down there for $28. he says there is a guatemalan guy with a tank and he does a great job. not a speck of dust anywhere, $20. i said that's great. some of these people are here to work. i thought, wait a second, that is driving down american wages. then you look at cnbc that come out with this headline today. open borders are helping inflation and then driving down wages -- which is good for the economy. what? how can they say that? some of these guys work. some of these guys are on a north american crime spree. >> martha: attacking new york city police officers. if you are working with president biden getting them ready for the debate, what is his answer going to be? if the question is, look at laken riley or her mother, what do you tell about her policies? >> harold: it is a tough question. you do a little bit of what jesse said. you have to call those families. and unfortunately, this issue of the border is more representative, i think, of how broken our politics are as a country than any, because we have been blaming each other and each party for the last 50 years. judge, i don't necessarily disagree with you about the call for more agents and cops. we should shut the border. you're probably going to need more agents down there to do it at legal and illegal entry points. we should build a wall also. we also need more judges, because we are a country that she give people an immediate decision. let me just finish. when people come for a silent, you can say you don't get it and wait in line. we don't do that now. we should do that. whether we want to acknowledge it or not, republicans and democrats, we live in a system where you have to find some agreement between the parties for bills to pass on laws to be enacted. even when we think we are exactly right. sometimes i think i'm exactly right on education on exactly right to produce energy in our country. we don't live in a dictatorship or with a king. you have to negotiate with parties. whether we like it or not, we had a bill that for 40 years we have not had anything as tough as what democrats and republicans negotiated. if president trump is elected in november, he could do whatever he wants to do another bill. president biden waited too long on the executive orders. he should have done them sooner. one of the reasons he waited so long is because he thought they would be challenged in court. that way you ensure its constitutional protection is to have congress -- raise the likelihood. it will be a tough answer for him to give. i hope he gives it. i hope he asked president trump, why don't you ask your guys until you get too often since you are so confident, let's pass the bill that they negotiated input more cops and close the border and build the wall. we can do some of that before you get in office. >> martha: we turned around every single law that president trump enacted. they don't really want to talk about this issue at all. it's going to be interesting to see how president biden dodges. they usually go directly to abortion or democracy under threat. >> greg: i want to focus on how the media is dealing with this. we have covered this a little bit. there's no question she's a victim of a depraved killer. she's also a victim of tds in the sense that she would be alive if the democrats had not allow their emotional hatred toward trump to inform their decisions about immigration. if they had listened to trump, she might be alive. they can't agree with trump and the media can't agree with trump. this is one of the crimes and moments that you change things. it's one of the most obvious examples of cause and effect of a murderous policy that leaves innocent people dead. it just rolls by just like laken riley. the mainstream media barely covers this stuff. why do
