♪. mark: hello america i am mark levin and this is "life, liberty & levin" send it to great guest and i need gingrich and lee zeldin but will get to them in a moment i want to discuss a very serious issue with you in a very serious way. we see joe biden. we see how he walks. we see how he stares. we see how he gets angry and how he cringes. this issue of dementia is a serious issue. i should know. i've had two people in my family who have had alzheimer's and one had moderate dementia. it is not funny. it is very upsetting. it is depressing. to watch somebody deteriorate like this and in the early stages they know they are deteriorating. and then the family has to care for the person, once to care for the person. it is not funny. you have never heard me do jokes about joe biden and dementia. i will make jokes about him on other things. but not that. and stuart said about pornography once i know it when i see it. i know dementia when i see it. i think i spieth may be not for all but for many people, many families who have seen this. the telltale signs. it is not a mystery. everybody gets old and they have memory issues they'll forget a name here or they are, they will mix things up. that is to be expected. that is not what we are talking about here. this is why, i'm so disgusted that joe biden is running for president and his family wants him to run for president. pretending he's sharp as a tack the american media are playing along in fact playing defense. it's united states of america. we are talk about the president of the united states were talking one branch of government that controls whether we go to war or not and what type of weapons abuse among the thousand other things. you see men and the past healthy men in their 50s. you see you've seen what the presidency does to them. we are the greatest country on the face of the earth and we are facing china, russia, north korea, iran, who have issues going on that are ripping us apart. when she was going on on the street, the crime, the judge, the anti-semitism. it's not good enough for a president to do wellin a debate or do wellin a state of the union speech. see he was great for 90 minutes is great for an hour. many people who have dementia or alzheimer's or elite stages. they can do that sort of thing. that is you look at them and say actually, they are doing okay but they are not doing okay. the job of a president is 24/7. there is a reason joe biden's taken vacation 40% of his presidency. there is a reason why he won't have give and take press conferences on a regular basis. there is a reason why his staff walks around him when he goes to info from the helicopter. there is a reason why we are seeing on television what we are seeing and hearing what we are hearing out of the presidents of mouth because he is not well. again and i am not saying that as a joke. he is not well. people have heart disease, i do. people of diabetes people of all kinds of things and people have mental health issues. and it is not funny. but it is utterly unconscionable and irresponsible for the largest political party in this country to be nominating somebody for president who they nominated before when he was not well. vast majority no well what i am saying is the truth. the host in every news organization in america know that what i am saying is the truth. and the people who have met with that schumer, hakeem jeffries, nancy pelosi of what life or they know i'm telling the truth. we have a report from the special counsel robert her was investigating joe biden for crimes related to classified information for h. found he committed crimes and he did so under the espionage act. did not discuss presidential production he did so when he was a senator. when he was a citizen. and when he was vice president. he says i cannot charge him take the position you cannot charge a cynic president. plus he says he is not mentally fit. so what happened? special counsel came under a withering attack from the white house, for the democrat party, from the leadership of the democrat party but from their campaign operatives, from the media. but the man speaking the truth, he did not have an issue with biden as a president he had an issue when he interviewed him for five hours. we have an attorney general of the united states who will not release the audio. we the people have a right to hear the audio. especially now when we are making a decision about the presidency. but we see what we see and hear what we hear we want the audio. he comes up with some kind of cockamamie privilege he goes to the white house. only a president could assert privilege. biden asserts the privilege to protect his audio. this is a sham. they do not want transparency. the special counsel semester biden's in memory it was significantly limited both during the recorded interviews with the ghost writer in 2017 and his interview with our office in 2023. these are not national security secrets, the audio. the argument it can affect other investigations how preposterous bring to bear the release of grand jury testimony from bill clinton with the cigar? whenever the v vice president majority of either the principal officers executive department or of such other body of congress made by law provide transmit to the pres president pro tem of te senate, and the speaker of the house of representatives the written declaration the president is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office the vice president shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as acting president. it goes on to say the president can push back take the subject up. by super majority can make the decision on whether or not the president's fit or not. that's a serious constitutional amendment the 25th amendment. that cabinet would not dare do that. but they should but they won't. that is a dead letter which by the way as a footnote is a reason why congress needs audio. to make a determination whether he another amendment or fix this amendment was going on now is unacceptable for a great republic. unacceptable for a great republic in 100 years from now submit this republic still exists who are these citizens who voted like this?
