>> judge jeanine: specifically mitch mcconnell, might be talking about, yeah, it looks like they were very unified, which is what the republican party needs, donald trump knows he needs a unified republican congress behind him, and, you know, it's amazing, first of all, listening to people like adam schiff and, you know, donny deutsch and the rest of them. they are sick into. they don't sleep at night because half of america supports this man. you know, we never really talk about the biden supporters. we just say joe biden is and with it. you know, we just feel badly for him. he should have at least the decency of having a family, to let him retire with some dignity, but we never make fun of the people who support him, and that is the difference between republicans and democrats, but you know, they said the nancy pelosi said donald trump will go to washington to try to dismantle democracy again. what did he do? he talked policy. he talked about not allowing cuts to social security. he talked about a cracked on the border, reversing bidenomics, the inflation, the economy problem, making a u-turn on the biden foreign policy, and we just heard about a 10-year deal that we've got going with ukraine now, but it is, you know, it looks like they are starting on the right track. donald trump didn't want to mention that there was a trial and it was unfair. and before this he met with the heads of three banks. he met with jamie dimon and jean fraser, brian monahan, and then he met with some of the other big business people come on nelson peltz you know, he is doing everything right now and the democrats are in disarray because they can't believe big they have this mess on the hands with progressives calling for the jewish people to stand up and be identified in new york city on a subway car, and in the end it sounds like donald trump was the one who was reasonable, who's got everything going behind him, and it seems like he is on a path to victory. to be right, walling. >> kevin: here we go. >> jesse: do you think the republican party is more unified or do you think the democratic party is more unified. >> kevin: i think they both are. donald trump has this remarkable ability to now bring back people that have criticized him up down left and center. sitting with mitch mcconnell, who in the days after january 6th laid that completely had donald trump's feet, to sit down with other members who voted for his impeachment and bring them together where they are slapping backs and singing him happy birthday is extraordinary, i think. my take away from that closed-door meeting is the fact he told marjorie taylor greene to be nice to speaker johnson, following that failed impeachment effort, and the fact that he is also doubling down on this failed nation rhetoric, we saw that in the press conference, going to see over the next five months of that actually resonates with the american people. he has been on this track of taking down america in his speech is. we will see if that resonates with t the american people. >> jesse: dana p? >> dana: there is 145 days until the election, that's from today. >> kevin: no one is counting. >> dana: things are never as good or as bad as they seem in politics but the republicans had an excellent day today. they got the image that they wanted on the once the democrats really feared because a united republican party is something that they have been banking would never happen, so for example, they will point to states, and this could be states where you had primaries after nikki haley had dropped out. even 12 weeks after she dropped out, she'd still get up to 20% of the vote, and the democrats would say, aha, c, that's what he's going to lose. then you see, people like mitch mcconnell, mitt romney went, part of the birthday celebration, and i think you can see today that republicans can taste victory. and when you start to feel that way, there is a momentum, and you are contrasting tonight, videos like this, versus the one we are going to show you in the the block. that's a deep tease. i think it is helpful for them to go to the hill because having been present before, he knows he is going to need them if he wants to do all the things that he has, that jeanine was talking about, in terms of taxes, the border, crime -- anything that he wants to do, especially in the senate. why does that matter so much? that is where your personnel confirmations get done and you can't get things done in the government if you can't get your people confirmed. >> kevin: important that republicans are hopeful about the senate flipping back. i think they are a little less hopeful about the how spirits view and great timing, counter programming, all of the evening news is going to show biden in italy with zelenskyy, trump in d.c. with the united party. greg, you heard some of these nasty, kind of bonkers statements from the media and the democrats, how would you figure they're handling this? >> greg: it is interesting they are handling this, you have murphy saying it makes him sick to see republicans backing trump. dude, you are backing a mindless invalid who should be in a white room, not the white house, and you think the democrats would have something to point to like, hey, this is what you want four more years of biden, but you can't. all you have are these fantasies of doom. you can't say what is, so you have to say what if. so i have a theory on why people are supporting biden. it's a right wing up. the right has secretly infiltrated the democratic party to preserve an incapacitated candidate that is sure to collapse before november 5th. seriously. because i have other examples. right? you have leftists targeting jews at home, right, smearing their homes with paint, that can be done by the mossad. you have activists pushing to target children with gender ideology, hormones, and surgery. that can be done by the religious right, after all, they predicted we are coming after your kids. you have progressives defending the influx of illegals by the millions, including criminals, that could have been scripted by ann coulter. now you have a president who is in the throws of dementia, steve bannon has to be behind that. so i think -- what does it say about your party, when everything you support appears like a right wing op that could actually be manufactured by your adversaries? you've got to look in the mirror and go, what are we doing? when all of this appears to be sabotaged, yet we are doing it to ourselves. that is my theory. >> jesse: just blew my mind. >> greg: did i blow your mind? ♪ ♪ >> judge jeanine: very interesting, kevin, he says -- that wasn't asked, just said, i'm going to abide by the jury's decision, and i'm not going to pardon him. but he doesn't say anything about commuting the sentence. >> kevin: he has talked often about that issue, that same address -- go >> judge jeanine: he's been very clear -- >> kevin: he was asked by that reporter over there about that. listen, we got five months of this campaign, we got an 81-year-old running up to 78-year-old. i would be more nervous as a democrat if it was nikki haley we were running against our ron desantis -- >> judge jeanine: the question i just asked about commuting the sentence. >> kevin: well, again, i think you just address the part in question, i don't think he has actually been asked about the commutation. >> judge jeanine: he says he loves him and he is proud of him. >> kevin: i don't believe so come he is very clear on the part in question. if he is asked about the commutation question, he will answer. >> dana: i took that as answering both. >> kevin: and has doubled down in his remarks in terms of supporting a jury system in this country, the judicial process playing out, on "outnumbered" this week when the jury came back from a very clear statement in support of the judiciary. we are going to have a split screen and see the debate in two weeks or so between the former president and the president, and it's going to be this dynamic playing out between two older gentleman in this race. >> judge jeanine: you know, how do you compare them as two older gentleman? on the one hand you have joe biden over there, someone who is skydiving and think know my giving a thumbs up, with the president or prime minister of interitaly has to remind them wy they are there. i mean, age? what? and at the same time we are going to allow american weapons in ukraine to hit russian targets inside their borders. that was a significant development. and then also china selling dual use tech to ukraine. we just slapped a bunch of sanctions on them. the russian neva is doing port calls in cuba, 90 miles off the. this guy is wandering around in a field? i don't know, judge. i do know that the american people kind of checked out on the ukraine thing. we're just not really emotionally involved anymore. celebrities aren't going there, senators aren't going there, journalists are going there anymore. our checkbook is involved but we have really detached herself from it. i don't think the american people would care one way or the other if ukraine won this war and repelled russia back, or if there was a peace deal tomorrow. i think we would be happy with both. him it doesn't look like either of these things are going to happen, especially when an 80-year-old man is wandering around in an italian field. >> judge jeanine: you know it's interesting about biden speech today, dana, biden starts by saying at the beginning of this war, he said something like 25 countries joined together to declare their support for ukraine, and then he goes right into, and we are going to sign, just two of us, the united states and ukraine, we are going to sign a deal to make sure that we invest in ukraine industrial base, that we provide them in the long term with defense, weapons, and ammunition, that we provide them for ten years with intelligence and training, and that we continue to give them, i think, $15 billion, all of this while russia has got its ships in the caribbean. >> dana: okay, so he is at the g7 conference. we where i think the last country to make an agreement like this out of these seven, so i think when president trump really put the pressure on the nato countries to pay more, and they started doing that, i think biden has tried to continue it, maybe not as well but they are all paying more because they are actually worried about the threat, so setting that aside, i do think that if i were the white house, i would have sent kamala harris to this meeting, and let joe biden rest up and prepare for the debate. you are going to start seeing, i saw a little bit of it today, a little bit of face tripping out from democrats who are concerned that he is not doing the prep that he needs to do for that debate that takes place three weeks from tonight. and all of them looked old and defeated, except for the prime minister of italy, and in fact, biden's approval rating is sparkling next to theirs come he is at 37%, justin trudeau is at 30%, germany 25%, macro 21%. and actually most of these people that are there except desh could be off the world stage in the next few months. >> kevin: biden is in pretty. >> dana: 37%. >> kevin: we will take it. >> judge jeanine: the sad part about this, the united states is supposed to be the world superpower and military, the strongest military, and yet we have someone on the stage that projects such weakness and such fear and such, you know, almost -- it's almost like he is a pushover. >> greg: yeah, ukraine gets weapons and funds and our american troops, they get diversity training and pride events. where are the priorities? right now if you believe -- this is what i don't understand. if you actually believe that trump is this existential threat, right, the most consequential vote in our history is coming up, why are you running a feeble ghost of a candidate? why would you treat this election so lightly that you put forth the weakest candidate in american history? if you believe trump is a moral evil, you are abandoning your moral imperative to put out a real candidate. i'm not even saying a good candidate. i'm saying a real candidate, which makes anyone with a brain wonder, if they aren't that worried that joe is going to lose, given his sorry state, what are they planning? what are they doing to save the day? what is up the dems sleeve to drag that body back into the white house? what is the dog that is not barking? and let's say, by some weird, miraculous chance, that we didn't see coming, given that trump is ahead come has a 66% chance of winning, looks like he is going to get the electoral count, he -- joe still wins, what do you do after you win? how do you convince anyone that's real? have they even thought of that? even the dems behind the scenes better hope he doesn't win because no one is going to believe it. >> judge jeanine: well, there. >> greg: how about it? why was he doing the interview in the first place? >> kevin: so he can get a book deal at some point be an understatement of the century, i do believe the timing of the relationship was bad. that is key in all of this. the worst part is it has become a total distraction to this case. this is all we are talking about. you have 17 codefendants, many of whom have already pled guilty in fulton county, to the charges that they have been indicted on. this is a serious case and fani willis and nathan wade have totally undermined the legitimacy of this case. not just speaking as a democrat, but as an american, that this is totally problematic. >> greg: judge, what do you make of this case right now? seems like it is imploding from within. seems that redundant. >> judge jeanine: imploding. >> greg: could have just set imploding. >> judge jeanine: i make mistakes from too. what's crazy about this thing is this guy, nathan wade, goes on television, and he has asked the simplest, most obvious question about your relationship and when did it begin, and the media consultant has to interrupt him and say, you know what, there is a problem here. you are not sounding like what you did under oath. it really is crazy. and her claim, you know, it's the black women who are being criticized unjustly but i am still surviving, one of the things she said was it's acceptable to sexualize and attack us. being a black woman in america is the most unprotected woman and all society. well, you know, i could talk about what's going on in israel but i won't even do that. you know, they are just calling attention to themselves here. this case is on appeal because trump is still moving to disqualify willis. wade was disqualified because of the money issue so now trump is appealing. it is never going to be tried for the election, and they asked wade, they say to him, if the president, donald trump wins, should he still be prosecuted? oh, yeah. than the interviewer says, you probably can't, they have never prosecuted a president criminally. well, we have lawyers checking that out right now just to make sure. you know, it's never been done. i wish this guy stayed on the case, i want him to try donald trump. he is so inept and incompetent, he doesn't understand what is going on. nathan wade should go back on the case. >> greg: dana, that was the first time i heard the race card on this, and she brought it up. you could equally argue that it is the race card that is keeping her in her job. like, they would have fired anybody else, but you can't fire fani willis because she is a strong black woman. >> dana: so she just had a primary challenge, and she won by like 95% of the vote, so she has a group of people that are her friends, or community, her constituents, and all of her. george will come of "the washington post" columnist -- >> greg: who is he? >> dana: wrote a piece saying d.a.'s should not be elected, so we are in this situation where alvin bragg, for example, promises during his election, if you vote for me, i will go after donald trump, and i will get him, and then he ignores all this other crime so he can singularly focused on trump. similar thing has happened here. i do not understand why they are doing any media. hers wasn't an interview. he should not be talking. i never in my life, spokesperson for so many different people, i never did that. if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen. you take a risk in an interview and if you are at risk of screwing things up, don't do the interview. >> greg: jesse, can this lovers -- this relationship be saved? 95% white state, what are the chances are you are going to find a black-owned electrician who knows how to install this, okay? what are the chances you are going to find a black-owned electric company near the project? the president is frustrated, as you say, maybe he ought to rework the conditions of the grants, okay? to qualify for a federal grant to build and ev charger, get this, you have to promise to engage in intentional outreach to underserved communities, most of whom are going to use the subway, okay, by hosting a neighborhood block party, and other engagement activities. other examples of outreach that the democrats and your president, who is frustrated, wants -- >> kevin: everybody loves a good block party, judge. >> judge jeanine: sporting event, baseball game, a cultural event, as well as games and contests, and applicants should be multilingual, and there needs to be interpreters for community members who don't speak english, who think they can afford and ev, the leftists are screwing the implementation of their own ideas. who would have thunk? >> dana: one of my first assignments on capitol hill, the republican coach, so i got to do some of the p.r. for it and i really love the game. what i think is despicable about this and these people and i think they should have been more harshly punished, and tackled, because it was just seven years ago that the congressional baseball game practice, there was a shooting that almost killed several members of congress andrew the injured steve scalise, who is now the majority whip. minority whip. it should have been a bigger deal. they are not persuasive in any way. the other thing is these idiots keep posting pictures and videos of them saying we shut down this event. actually, no, you didn't. you got dumped on in ten seconds. they are bunch of idiots. i would like stronger punishment. >> kevin: they also telegraphed they are going to do this ahead of time so think of the capitol police was there in force to take them out. judge, what do you think about storming the baseball field like this? >> greg: i disagree with dana, i don't think we should execute them in front of their families. i thought that was a little harsh. what would stop this, getting a life. developing real concerns. maybe getting a job, having a family. i mean, this is an example of a luxury belief, where someone has no worries because they are young, they don't have to think about the price of food, don't have to think about their safety and security. mommy and daddy is paying for a lot of their stuff, so they are supported in a way that allows them to do these things that other people with real lives don't have to do. we do give us oxygen, though, every time we do these segments. we are kind of like -- and mean it, it's great content for us, t we do make fun of it, so perhaps that's good, but if everybody just ignored it -- >> dana: who would date one of those guys?
