A suspect is on the loose this morning after shooting broke out in our Nations Capital overnight leaving at least two people dead and six others hurt. The Shooting Suspect from pennsylvania is now behind bars after killing three Family Members yesterday with. Officials say he shot his 13yearold sister, his step hour mother along with the mother of his two children. The suspect then car jacked another person at a gunpoint and fled to a house in new jersey.
