harold ford jr pete hegseth and jimmy failla. it's 5:00 in new york city. and this is the. five well, hunter biden is playing the victim in a brand new interview as we learned bombshell, new details about his second indictment. the first son is facing nine in new criminal charges for allegedly not paying more than not paying for more than $1.4 million in taxes, while at the same time blowing that cash on his lavish lifestyle from the indictment. quote, the defendant spent his money on drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing and other items of personal nature. in short, everything but his taxes. if convicted, hunter could be spending the next 17 years of his life in prison in. but never mind his corruption. hunter biden telling musician moby in a new interview that republicans are only concerned about him as a way to destroy his father's presidency in their most illegitimate way, but rational way. they're trying to destroy a presidency. and so it's not about me. and they're our most base way. what they're trying to do is they're trying to kill me, knowing that it will be a pain greater than my father could be able to handle. while hunter's attorney is also blaming republicans, he thinks the political pressure from gop lawmakers played a role in beefing up the charges after the first son's sweetheart plea deal fell apart . what happened between june 20th and yesterday? the facts didn't change. what changed was the enormous political pressure that was put on the us attorney when he made a deal that was appropriate for what the facts and law showed to him deciding i don't want that brief any longer. i don't want to be ridiculed by the republican party, of which i'm a member. so i'll just show be a tough guy. and now i'm going to take two pages of a misdemeanor where millions of americans violate and turn it into a 56 page document as if his name wasn't hunter biden. this would not have happened. so how's joe biden feeling about this second indictment of his son? well, it seems like he's too busy thinking about which celebrities he'll be hanging out with tonight at a fundraiser in california. watch him completely ignore reports was asking about hunter. any comment on the new charges against your son? mr. president ? well judge, i think you disagreed with hunter's attorney there, abbe lowell. i got to tell you, if i were ever in trouble, i would hire abbe lowell. but he's he's wrong here. look the truth of the matter is that he had a plea deal that even the department of justice could not justify. even the department of justice, when questioned by judge neroca , said there's no precedent for anything like this. so, you know, abby, with all due respect, don't tell me that, you know, this is that nothing has changed here. what has changed is the fact that that hunter biden is being held responsible and accountable. all this is not a guy who filed late returns. this is a file who didn't file, a guy who didn't file returns. and you know what? for everybody, including the associated press, who says, well, you know, he was an addicted son, i'm here to tell you that his tax failures were post addiction issues. so stop with this. he was a druggie. i mean, first of all, how smart. i mean, i couldn't take out $1.6 billion from a from a citibank account where i do my banking. i mean, he was involved in human trafficking, money laundering. he was a foreign agent. none of that stuff was filed here. this is nothing more than lipstick on a pig. all they did was take the same charges and then tell us everything we already know knew about this dirtbags lifestyle. and i'm referring to hunter when i call him a dirtbag. and let me say this. no one's trying to kill you. people are just trying to make sure that there is the same justice for you as there is for everybody else in america. and let me just say one final thing. and that is that for those who say, oh, joe biden has nothing to do with this, you've got james comer and congress trying to do with the department of justice and the fbi should be doing 327 emails with joe biden using a pseudonym instead of his real name, connor, impacting members who are partners of hunter biden lying. he didn't know about his son's businesses, lying that he never did business with china, didn't do anything illegal with china, didn't take money from china and lying when he said he didn't do anything illegal, period. you know what? joe biden got money. we still don't know where $20 million is going into those shell accounts. james biden sent money to joe biden and we still haven't seen a memo that indicates it was a loan. and you know, harold hunter's attorneys are trying to make the case that nothing has changed here. but we did see a change in the sense that these irs whistleblowers came forward to talk about what they were and were not allowed to pursue. so i think it's important to listen to them again now now to remind them of what they were saying. it appeared to me, based on what i experienced, that the us attorney in delaware in our investigation was constantly hamstrung, limited and marginalized by doj officials as well as other us attorneys. a number of times we were not able to follow the facts. prosecutors instructed investigators not to ask about the big guy or dad when conducting interviews. investigators were not allowed to follow up on whatsapp messages from hunter biden's apple icloud backup, where he suggested he was sitting next to his father and harold. these were not republican. they were republicans. they were career irs investigators who were making these. it doesn't matter. first of all, good to see everybody. it doesn't matter to me what any political party, anybody is in when you when you're accused of something. the greatest thing we have in our nation are judicial system. and our legal system affords is a presumption of innocence. every american gets that. it is curious that president trump has said over and over again with what he's facing that he would not be facing some of the charges he's facing if he were not his name was not trump and mr. mister lowell said that i think hunter biden even said that he would not be facing these charges. so if he were not named biden. and so both of them are using a similar kind of political argument to i've not read the indictment closely enough, although i've read summaries of it. and this is a serious indictment. yeah. and there's jail time that goes along with this. hunter has said that he's innocent and we give him that presumption. we'll have to wait for the facts to come out for a trial to be held. i do think with regard to the witnesses that you showed katie, at the start, at the start of your asking me the question, this is all blew up, remember, because they went into a courtroom in delaware and the two sides did not have a meeting of the minds about what the plea agreement was about. hunter's team thought it would cover everything that it was a global blanket immunity agreement. it and the justice department thought it pertained only to the matters that i think the gun stuff and some tax stuff and a couple number of years the justice department knew because they hid it in the plea deal regarding the gun and the judge was upset. well let's just get back to the facts. i understand people around here want to see him buried and want to see maybe want to see his father. i just want to see justice. so do i. so in that courtroom, the greatest thing that happened in that courtroom, judge, that is that that that hearing was held to defend the defendant, to let the defendant know when you plead guilty to something, you get to go before a judge and the judge explains. do you understand what you're pleading to? and guess what? neither side understood. you may say the justice department knew. i don't know what the justice wrote it up. how could they not understand it? the justice department wrote it up. so what happened was the outcome was what you want in the judicial system. the court said you all are not in agreement. so this thing is off. this is corrupt. it's never been done before. right. well, whatever the case, the court said this is not you all do not have an agreement. so, katie, even when those whistle blowers, what i was trying to get at, judge, the whistle blowers did what they did. they didn't do this. it was that judge that put us where we are because she said, you guys do not have an agreement. now i think if i were in hunter's shoes today, i would be disappointed that i didn't sign that agreement because you would at least taken some of those charges off the table. so where we are today, the only point i'm making, guys, if when we get the facts and he goes before a jury and if he's convicted, guess what? he'll have to face the proverbial legal music. and if that is not the case, if he's acquitted, then it'll be a new indictment. 58 pages, lots of salacious details, pete. and the number one thing is about the taxes on money. but how did he get that money and who are his partners and the media is going out of their way to try and distance joe biden from the indictment. listen no mention of joe biden, no reference to joe biden in the indictment. hunter biden is not president joe biden. and there is no allegation in the 56 page indictment that the president did anything wrong with hunter biden. he was never worked in the white house. he's not running for office. and this is a false equivalency being set up by republicans. i don't see any link in the indictment or even in komer's statement to joe biden. so we'll see. we'll see if james comer has a good point. yeah, and there's yet to be any evidence that that president biden had anything to do with the criminal charges. his son now faces. so we moved from never being in business, never knowing about business to not being in the indictment. yeah. i mean, this is what the media does. they're going to cover for him ultimately. it's so telling of the moment. we're told that this is justice. and harold, you said it's a serious indictment. and on its face, it is. but it's the exact opposite of justice. why drop it now? well, he's about to testify before james cover where he's going to have to answer questions. now. he's under investigation. you can't talk about that anymore. no more. will you really see justice? everyone saying 17 years. you hear other people out there saying there's no way it's going to be 17 years. and even if he was found guilty, what's joe going to do before he leaves office? he's in a wave. his magic pardon wand. okay. this is this is the opposite of justice. they don't mention his lobbying. maybe one sentence about lobbying. they don't mention anything about suspicious activity, reports about pseudonyms and emails about international money. i think there's one sentence in there about money from russia and china. they know exactly what's there. and they found the easiest thing to say. okay he didn't pay his taxes and he paid instead. okay, let's throw the mini little book at him. call it justice and call it even so we can compare it to trump, which is an entirely different circumstance. so, jimmy, do you want to enlighten us about the jokes you have decided to stop it? i had a point here. i had a i had a serious point. first of all, the material reacting to what hunter said to moby. okay they're not trying to destroy biden's presidency. biden doesn't need help destroying his presidency. the guy is polling behind isis right now. okay. like 27. okay. but to the hunter point, i give him a d and accounting, but i do give him an a on how he spent the money. i'm not going to lie. fast cars, fast women. i'm okay if ukraine sending me 5 million i got to be honest with you the docket looks very similar to the way it looks now. but the point is they wouldn't send me the money because my dad wasn't the sitting vice president of the united states at the time. and what did we keep coming back to as an alibi? is this. well hunter didn't work in the government exactly. so why was biden emailing him government information under a pseudonym while that money was flowing into the biden bank accounts and by biden bank accounts? i'm talking dozens of shell companies that ultimately wound up with the grandkid like every family who has nothing to hide. and that's the bigger takeaway here. they interfered in the 2020 election and we all know they did. why? because we were told this isn't even a thing you can't talk about this. not a thing. it'll wrongly influence the election. now we're sitting here with guilty pleas to the very money we knew was a thing. scam scam. all right. up next, the cowardly ivy league presidents who couldn't condemn the genocide of jews are in some serious hot water as donors bail. i live in hotels, tear out the walls. i have a counter to pay for it all. start your day with nature made the number one pharmacist recommended vitamin and supplement brand the subway series is taking your favorite to the next level, like the number 20, the elite chicken and bacon ranch built with rotisserie style chicken and double cheese. i love what i'm seeing here. that's some well coached chicken. you done, peyton? what if it is directed and severe or pervasive? it is harassment. so the answer is yes. calling for the genocide of jews violates harvard code of conduct. correct again, it depends on the context. ivy league presidents are scrambling to save their jobs after disgraced basing themselves for failing to call out anti-semitism on their campuses. university of pennsylvania president liz mcgill has been asked to resign by the board of penn's wharton business school over her testimony and for good reason. the school is losing out on $100 million donation from a donor who was, quote, appalled by the university's stance on anti-semitism. mcgill has since tried to walk back her remarks. harvard president claudine gay is also doing damage control, telling her school's paper, quote, i am sorry. words matter when words amplify distress and pain. i don't know how you could feel anything but regret. even kamala's husband is trashing them. we've seen the presidents of some of our most elite universities literally unable to denounce calling for the genocide of jews as anti semitic that lack of moral clarity is simply unacceptable. you know, katie, i'll start with you. you, penn and my daughter went there undergrad and went to the law school there. u. penn is set to lose $100 million from a ross stephens. i understand from stone management. good for him. and now she's apologizing for her testimony. she had one week to prepare for that testimony. and if they had asked the question about any other group, i doubt she would have had the reluctance to answer the question. the calling for the genocide of any group is a violation of the code of conduct. well, it's a good thing that they're they're pulling their money and they're feeling some of this pain. but let's be clear, these presidents are not apology izing because they've somehow found moral clarity on this issue. they're apologizing because they're losing these $100 million checks and they're embarrassed about that part of it. not necessarily what they said when they talk about the context. i'm trying to think about how they could get to these answers, all three of them having the same one, essentially. yes. what is the context? okay. so they're in this. they're paralyzed by the woke olympics on campus. so the context to them in terms of the dei olympics here is that they would think, okay, who's making the claim? is that person more oppressed than the person making the claim? well, we don't think that jews are as oppressed as the palestinians. so if the palestinians are making the claim and the hierarchy of wokeness and oppressive nature, then the context is such that it's okay to make calls for genocide because of this allegation that they're the people making the calls are being oppressed somehow. whether that's true or not, they can't just look at things in the sense of right and wrong. i think what we saw from these university presidents was one of the most horrific incidents that we've seen in the history of academic academia. it's an obvious answer, but because of the bubble they're living in on these college campuses and this hierarchy of who's going to be more oppressed and who, based on skin color and experience, rather than just treating each other equally and judging each other on character. yeah, they've gotten themselves in this position, which again, is not because they have found some answer or they had a pr firm reach out, read them a statement that they then tried to reread, and now they're saying that they're somehow sorry as their jobs are on the line. right. pete at harvard misgendering someone that phobia constitutes violence according to their title nine. but anti-semitism requires context. why why? well first of all, everything katie said is right about the hierarchy of oppressor and oppressed. and that's the lens through which. but at the same time, $100 million, that's a drop in the bucket for these institutions. you're right. it's got to reach 500, 600 million. we're doing a special on fox nation coming out next month called poison ivy about the intricate funding nature of these ivy league schools. they're basically international hedge funds who also teach classes through a marxist lens. so this these these that's why they were so smug in front of this committee and unwilling to answer because because they they're afraid of the students, if anything. and certainly not the donors. and they're wedded to one particular worldview. and then they want to hide behind free speech suddenly. now free speech is their mantra after tell that to the conservatives and the christians and the white kids and everybody else on campus who's been on the wrong side of that woke olympics for the last. and so now we've gotten to the genocide of an entire people, which is as old as time. and they're they just want more context. you know, there's a sound i'd like you to listen to, harold, by the i think it's harvard president. in that moment, i was focused on our universities long standing policies align and with the us constitution which say that speech alone is not punishable. i was not focused on but i should have been okay. that's penn's mcgill and she's saying the constitution protected me, so i'm a graduate of penn, also undergrad and i think it's simpler than i don't know all about the woke olympics. i'll leave that to you guys. what i know is if you can't condemn terrorism, if you can't identify that genocide of a population of people is something that you're not going to tolerate within the policies on your campus, particularly when it's already in the policy that you have it in your rule book and policy book. you shouldn't be in that role. i hate to say this. the school has been embarrassed over the last eight, the last several weeks. so many of my classmates and i was one of the people who signed the very first letter weeks ago when president mcgill did not respond to us about why you had roger waters, a guy who has spoken about about about israel and about jewish people, i think in an awful way. they had him coming on the highest jewish holiday, yom kippur. and the president didn't respond to any of us. there were many of us who were i don't give $100 million to university. i love my school. i'm proud of it. it helped make me who i am. and i try to try to send a few nickels back every year. but i joined the cause. but i would only send a dollar until we had substantive change. she had an opportunity before a congressional committee to show a maturity, to show a sense of moral clarity. and she failed to do that. whatever her motivation was coming back at is up to her. what i know is i don't think she's fit to be the president of the school. and it's unfortunate it. but you have one job when you are the president of a university when it comes to promoting dynamic and enthusiastic and energetic conversations, even things i disagree with you got to make it safe for kids to be able to share their views and for kids to learn. i'm against punishing kids. i saw some people a friend of mine here said he was going to put the kids names down and was not going to hire them. these are kids. give people an opportunity for second chances. but the president of the school to go before congressional committee and to not be able to condemn terrorism and genocide, you're not fit to be the president of that school. all right, jimmy, wrap it up. rare agreement with harold. they do have to they have to fire her. she shouldn't get the grace of a resignation because there's certain questions you don't get a second crack at. okay if we're hiring a babysitter and we go, are you going to keep the kids safe? and they go, no. okay if they call me back the next day and they go, actually, after reflecting on this, you're not hiring them. okay so all i want to say is i have never been prouder to have attended nassau community college and majored in super mario brothers than i am right now watching these ivy league dopes. amen. and they that they are. all right. coming up, some flame broiled hypocrisy. we climate obsessed elites are demanding you give up meat while they dine on juicy burgers. but, you know, love you love. i'll be with you from just you down. i'll be with you from you still love with me. everyone you i work hard and i want my money to work hard too. so i use my freedom unlimited card. i know my favorite soup are got it. i'm big with chase freedom unlimited. how do you cash back? i was on the verge of getting gastric bypass surgery and i saw the galo commercial and it was the last thing i tried because it worked. galo has changed my life in so many ways. before i was over 300 pounds, now i literally have the ability to take a shirt off and go out in the sun. i just don't have to worry about the weight coming back anymore. on galo you take one relief supplement with each balanced meal to take control of your hunger and sugar cravings and increase metabolic efficiency. after got married, i really struggled to lose weight. nothing seemed to work. i've lost 75 pounds with galo and i've kept it off. i have tried to lose weight in the past and i've lost 80 pounds several times, but i was not able to maintain it. with galo, i've maintained this weight loss for over a year. it just works with galo. you keep the weight off and eliminate starvation, dieting, and best of all, there is no prescription required. and galo and the release has been phenomenal in my life. it's all natural. it's not something that gives you the jitters. it is an amazing product. before galo, i felt sick. i felt sluggish. since being on galo, i truly feel like i'm back to the best me i can be. the key to losing weight and keeping it off is managing hormones, maintaining healthy insulin levels and maintaining lean muscle as you lose weight. galo worked for me when i thought nothing would work. what a change. it made so fast. i was 424 pounds, so when my doctor told me i needed a weight loss surgery, i knew i had to make a change. i don't ever want to go back to wearing a four xl shirt and not being able to climb up stairs without taking a break. so i'm committed to go low for life. whether you need to lose ten, 20, 50, or over 100 pounds to lose it, the right way with galo, go to google.com. that's go.com. i'm my onesie was up here. now it's down with rybelsus. here's a onesie. it's down with rebels down with rebels. and my doctor told me rybelsus lowered a onesie better than a leading branded pill and that people taking rebels has lost more weight. i got to my one goal and lost some weight to rybelsus isn't for people with type one diabetes. don't take rybelsus if you or your family ever had medullary thyroid cancer or have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type two or if allergic to it, stop rybelsus and get medical help right away. if you get a lump or swelling in your neck, severe stomach pain or an allergic reaction. serious side effects may include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, may occur. tell your provider about vision problems or changes. taking rybelsus with a sulfonyl urea or insulin increases low blood sugar risk side effects like nausea, vomiting and diarrhea may lead to dehydration, which may worsen kidney problems. need to get your a-1c down and you may pay as little as $10 per prescription. to trucks making back road noise. let them hang out on friday, get wild with the hypocrisy was on the menu at the big un climate conference in dubai. the united nations set to call on wealthy nations to eat less meat because it's going to save the planet or something like that. actually, to be more clear, they want you to give up your burger. yeah, but as for them, that is a different matter. according to the climate summits online portal, they list their menu. jimmy global elites who attend the event got to feast on a wide variety of gourmet steaks and burgers. one vendor says if you're on the prowl for juicy beef and slabs of succulent meat and pay them a visit and another promises, quote, traditionally cooked, smoked briskets, smoked ribs and smoked wagyu burgers, jimmy , your reaction? i mean, there's so much here. yeah. yeah. and you realize a lot of these people already full from eating steak on the private jet on the way to the climate conference. important so you got to pick and choose your spots, right? every time the un gives us advice, it makes me wish facebook or twitter had a button called who asked you? because nobody cares. okay. this is like serving alcohol at an intervention. it's the complete opposite of everything you're supposed to be doing. and that's the point. the whole climate movement is a fraud and this is more proof. do you think the guy who tells you to eat bugs hegseth is eating bugs? we got to eat bugs. protein he's flying off on a private jet, laughing his off listening to the beatles while you eat the beatles. okay, that's how it works. it's all a fraud and all of it. well, and judge the lab grown meat actually causes more emissions and is less healthy for you, right? you have to use more energy to make the lab meat, which i wouldn't need. i don't know what it is, but you know what? this is past hippie heresy. you know that. it's like we saw hypocrisy during covid. the democrats. other than you, harold, the democrats, i mean, they are addicted to this totality. darian mindset rules for thee, but not for me. so to them, it's not about hypocrisy anymore. it's about class. we're elite, right? and you're not so you eat that or you don't eat that. if they really cared about climate climate emissions and all that, they'd go after china. yeah, they'd go after india, leave me alone. leave me alone with my gas stove. no one's taking my gas stove from me. amen. harold's going to try. harold. if you were. if you were in dubai and you're not, would you consume meat or stand in solidarity with the plant eaters? some have a steak when i leave. pete. okay a boy. harold steak. love him a steak. last night, the night before last, you would think at some of these events here, i believe in climate change. i believe we have to address this seriously. i don't think we're addressing it seriously with these kinds of these kinds of efforts. you would imagine that they would have technologists and others that are that make up this these panels to begin to assess the effectiveness and the efficacy of next generation battery technologies, next generation agricultural products. and i agree with you. most people don't realize some of the things they talk about when we talk about agriculture actually is more harmful to the environment than what we're doing now to include batteries, by the way, harold. but that's what i'm saying. but next. exactly. but the next generation of these things i'd be wanting to know if i were on this panel, i'd have jimmy and his class of experts who know about batteries, experts and know about outer space to say, come and tell me what you're doing. two years ago, four years ago, those batteries were not nearly as efficient as they should be. where are we now as opposed to the silliness they sometimes engage in when engaged in this kind of behavior? it belittles a very, very big and serious point. so i hope they get their act together here. katie, are they going to get their act together? well, first, i just want to let everybody know that lab grown meat is grown in a vat, like a massive steel bat. so just think about that. if you're thinking about eating that, they say that they need to people need to reduce their meat intake because agriculture and farming generates 10% of greenhouse gas emissions. it's like, well, yes, because people need to eat in the world. so there is a cost for keeping human beings all over the world fed. and there actually playing with fire when it comes to tinkering with the food process and the way that we grow our food in this world to feed the populations not of rich countries like the united states, but countries in africa, india, china, sri lanka did this experiment where the head of the country banned non-organic fertilizer. sri lanka was a country that had all self production. they were able to farm all of their own food within a year. they had no food, no farming. and the entire country went into an economic collapse and had to import all of their food for their people. so they continue to try and find these way to control everybody through their food sources, through whether it's agriculture or farming or ranching meat. but but it can really result in some catastroph consequences. they need to focus on technology ology that can help change and capture what they see as emissions that are harmful to the environment. but they shouldn't do it by trying to control the way that people feed their populations, because that's a good way to cause a famine which lots of communist countries have done in the past. yeah, and they sit there and say, let them eat bugs. yeah they'll be fine. or cake or all that too. all right. coming up next, if maybe cake made of bugs. yeah, it could be all right. disgusting that's jay leno rolling around town in his ultra futuristic cybertruck. hear what he thinks about it and more. in the fastest. was it a midnight blanket on a river bank? oh, they're going to ruin it for everybody. they were told not to do this. they did it anyway. okay? now they're going to have to have more rules for people who are going to go on these boats and it won't be as much fun. so just follow the rules for once and stop ruining it for everybody. pete i don't know what everybody's talking about. harold get one over here. how about that? everything's a little better that way. now. i got memories that you don't have right there. i won quickly. do you think that if they warn the people about this, is that less than a liability for that company? here in new york, which is a wonderful city. harold. did i love elmira? apparently it's a laugh riot. hell did anything funny happen in the ford house when my parents used to have dinner parties, my cousins and brothers and i, we would perform for them and we'd put on music. and i was the lead singer and was the lead dancer. i know it's it belies your thinking that i could do that joke. the best part about that, as a kid, you're like, dude, they loved me. elvis was a big i grew up right in the whitehaven neighborhood of memphis, which is where graceland is. yeah, yeah. no, i love graceland. pete hegseth any fun on the house? my mother wanted me to keep playing the piano. i mean, that's not funny, but what it is, because playing the piano, she doesn't have to be funny. i mean, billy joel is funny, but he's like a gazillionaire. yeah. so i dig it. harold, any. any lesson? uh i don't know. i mean, there are a lot of them i didn't follow, so i'm trying to pick which one was. the one was most prolific for advice. i mean, so i use it in, like, to go to church as a kid. and i think i thank god that my parents made me go every sunday. you couldn't you didn't get breakfast in our house on sunday. if you didn't go to church and it has actually stuck with me. so i give the opposite side of this. i now go to church and i want my kids to go to church. so i think my parents, because they've not made me go, huh, i wouldn't be the i wouldn't have my faith. my faith would not be as central to my life. and being okay. i love it. pete hegseth in the house. i'm going to absolutely just add those two answers up. i agree with what harold said, and i wish sincerely wish i had continued playing the piano. my mom had me do it. i was, i think, pretty good at one point. well it's all gone. the game has changed. piano man by billy joel. it's now called piano them. so you got to adjust before you start hitting the charts. katie pavlik advice you should have took, i don't know. um maybe stuck with my accounting classes a little longer. is that true?
