welcome to the special edition of hannity. i am judge jeanine pirro in for sean. earlier today, a vehicle exploded at the rainbow bridge border crossing connecting new york and canada leaving two dead. our very own kevin corke has the latest. >> that vehicle actually exploded on the rainbow bridge after hurtling into america from canada this morning. if you haven't seen the pictures, they are quite incredible. it flew through the air at a high rate of speed before bursting into flames right next to an immigration checkpoint. as you pointed out, judge, two people in the car died and at least one border patrol official was injured. authorities quickly shut down three other crossings connecting western new york and canada. buffalo niagara international airport has been closed to international flights according to the faa. tonight, the fbi, we are told, is spearheading the investigation into this incident. new york state and local authorities are also on the scene. meanwhile the nypd has agreed to send officers upstate to assist on the ground and as expected they will be beefing of security in and around new york city especially ahead of the thanksgiving holiday. meantime over at the white house press secretary karine jean-pierre said this. the president has been briefed on the vehicle explosion at the rainbow bridge port of entry. he and his team are closely following the developments. that continues tonight according to our sources at the white house. also tonight transportation secretary pete buttigieg says the travel alert system is operating at a heightened level of security. and i should also add this. we just got this within the last hour or so. maybe couple of hours. the governor of new york kathy hochul says the incident is at this point not believed to be an act of terrorism. that counters early reporting throughout the day. however this is important. the investigation is ongoing and until we learn the names of the suspects, not a lot can be known about their possible motivation. judge? >> evan corcoran, thanks so much. politico is now reporting that house republicans are just weeks away from deciding whether to file for more formal articles of impeachment against president joe biden. there are just a few more interviews that need to have been first including of hunter himself. and hunter has a lot of questions to answer like who is buying his art? what are they getting in return? why is a big-time democrat party donor and hollywood lawyer giving hunter biden so much money and paid off his massive tax liability? and what about that 10% for the big guy? here now with an update on the biden family investigations is house oversight committee chairman james comer. good evening, mr. chairman. you have got one very important witness coming up. what do you expect to hear from him? >> well we have a lot of questions. you mention several of them. obviously we are very concerned about the millions of dollars he and his family have received from our enemies around the world. we are concerned that it appears that at least 20 of his llcs appear to be nothing more than shell companies that were set up to receive wires from foreign nationals and to deceive the irs in paying taxes. we are concerned about what level of involvement joe biden had in these business schemes that the bidens are clearly involved in. we want to know exactly what role joe played and why joe has been so dishonest with the american people about his knowledge and involvement. >> excuse me, do you expect hunter biden to give you an answer regarding what his father and how his father was involved given the fact that his father has told the american people i had nothing to do with his business? >> yeah, look. hunter biden went along with the narrative that his laptop was russian disinformation and it wasn't his all along. now he is suing the laptop repair guy for disclosing his laptop. the president posses on has been all over the board much like the president. but now he will have an opportunity to clear his good name. if i were hbi would want to come in front of the house oversight committee and answer our questions. if he has done nothing wrong he can defend his good name and live happily ever after. >> congressman, it's interesting, mr. chairman, it's interesting. don't we have sufficient evidence? we've got people like devon archer and people like tony bobulinski. we've got e-mails. we've got photographs. we've got evidence. as a former prosecutor myself irrespective of what hunter says, you've got a clearly prima facie case here. >> i think so. i have said that for many months. i think we produced many smoking guns. there are people in the mainstream media that want to say otherwise. but poll after poll comes out and shows that the american people are keeping up with this investigation and they realize that something bad is going on here. the president of the united states has been dishonest with the american people. he has lied at least a dozen times about who he met with and what level of involvement he had in his family policy criminal activities. that is what there. we are talking about money laundering. we are talking about tax evasion. we are talking about securities fraud. the list goes on and on. these are very serious crimes at any other american would have already gone to prison over. so really there are two things that the congress will have to look at here with respect to biden corruption. first of all, is the corruption itself? secondly, is the government cover up? the witness that jim jordan subpoenaed, leslie wolf, we have a lot of questions for her. her name always pops up any time there is an obstruction. any time that we interview a government employee that was supposed to be investigating this and they say they were told to stand down. all roads lead to leslie wolf. we have a lot of questions for her. i know jim jordan will do a very good job in that deposition. the bidens will come in front of our committee. we expect them to. if they do not, congress will hold them accountable. the evidence is overwhelming. i know there are two or three moderates that still want to see what the bidens have to say in their depositions. at that point, the home conference will get together and will decide how we are going to hold this family accountable for wrongdoing. >> okay. when it comes to a vote on whether or not you're going to impeach joe biden, when do you think that is going to happen? >> well, certainly that will probably be early spring. the sooner, the better. it just depends on when these people come in for the depositions and transcribed interviews. we have about 24 people that we want to hear from and we are expecting to hear from them in the next 45 days. after we hear from them, hopefully we can wrap up our job on the oversight committee which is to investigate criminal wrongdoing and issue a report. then we will handed off to the judiciary committee. >> when you said you will hold them accountable if they make a decision and not come. will you hold them in contempt? >> absolutely. that is something that jim jordan and i talked with speaker johnson at length about last week. i think we are all on board. we expect people to respect our subpoenas. this has been a credible investigation. we have been very transparent. this is a legitimate committee unlike the january 6th committee. this is a committee where both parties appointed their membership. we have published four bank memorandums. we have had countless press conferences. i don't know how many interviews we have done. we've been transparent with the american people. >> you have done an awful lot. final question. we talked about a lot of bank accounts and different banks. have you gotten all the bank records that you would want to? >> just about. i think one thing that is hard for anyone to understand is how many different accounts the bidens had with each one of these shell companies. we continue to find new accounts almost on a weekly basis. we find a new account the bidens had. they are still coming in. we have had good luck with the banks. the banks have done a pretty good job honoring our subpoenas. >> chairman comer, thank you so much and happy thanksgiving to you. possible impeachment is just one of joe pa see problems as his 2024 chances deteriorate every day. in large part because americans are continuing to feel the pressure of inflation as they prepare for thanksgiving. while the white house want you to believe prices are dropping, it is clear bidenomics has been a disaster and voters are realizing it with one new poll showing donald trump continuing to widen his lead over joe biden. here now with reaction to all of our top stories, fox news contributor charlie hurt, former florida attorney general pam bondi and foxnews legal analyst jared garrett. i will start with the gregg jarrett. we just heard from chairman comer that they have got hunter biden and a lot of questions about the $6 million or so that he has been given by people like kevin morris and other democrat supporters. how does that play into the impeachment? >> well, it's a picture of corruption. 60% according to the latest poll of americans believe that joe biden was aiding and abetting his son's corrupt influence peddling schemes. it's one of the reasons why 70% of americans say joe biden shouldn't run again. they think he is ineffective, incompetent and corrupt. but there is an old saying that when your opponent is destroying himself, don't interfere. so while there are ample grounds to bring impeachment proceedings, that doesn't mean it smart or wise because it would happen during an election year. i guarantee you that a large number of american voters would perceive it as election interference. an effort to deprive them of their right and duty to decide who should be the next president and whether joe biden should be kicked to the curb. i think it's smart and important for the committee to continue its work, continue to uncovered the incriminating evidence of corruption and bribery. but then present that to the american voter and let them decide, not the house and senate. >> pam bondi, you were one of the lawyers for former president donald trump. the left didn't think it was a good idea to hold on the impeachment. they went for the jugular. your thoughts. see that they sure did. they are still going for the jugular with the sham trial right now, the civil trial in new york. and a business person, any american sees what they are doing to donald trump versus what the biden family has done and really with our national security, with ukraine, china and all these countries. so it's so important what james comer and congress is doing, looking and exposing what joe biden did. these whistleblowers, thank goodness for all the whistleblowers, janine. >> no question. that's one thing i didn't include with all the other circumstantial corroborating evidence. charlie hirt, the polls are now indicating that there is an even broader margin between former president trump and biden where president trump is holding at 47%. president biden has fell from 45% to 43%, which suggests there is a pile pylon and maybe impeachment is the right way to go. >> certainly continuing the investigation is vitally important because who knows who else has broken the law here that probably needs to be investigated further. i do think that greg raises a very important point about whether it's politically wise or not. honestly, just in terms of pure politics in an election year, the case against joe biden, when people look at their own wallets and look at the price of whether it's gas or groceries or whatever it is in their own personal lives, no matter what the administration says, joe biden talks about a disconnect. the disconnect doesn't matter if you feel poorer and you are poorer than you were four years ago. when you juxtapose that against all of this wild corruption in the biden administration, it leads people to ask at this important question. who is joe biden working for? he's not working for me. i am poorer, but he is getting money from china and ukraine and russia and all these other places. who is he working for? that's a fantastic campaign to run against the incumbent and throw him out of office. >> one thing to mention is also threatening ukraine and saying you will not get our money unless you get rid of the prosecutor of my son's company. i will go to you with this, pam. 60% of americans responding to this survey indicated that inflation is impacting their lives right now. it kind of breaks your heart. we are on the eve of thanksgiving now. people are traveling, people are cooking. if i weren't working i would be home cooking. 77% of people cooking or shopping around with coupons, 22% have a strict budget that they cannot go beyond. this bidenomics, i still don't know what it means. but americans are hurting. >> janine, there. that turkey that joe biden part and just went up 30% for the american family to purchase for thanksgiving. it's not only thanksgiving. it's every day. bread is up 30%. all essential commodities for middle-class americans, which are typically biden would say are his supporters. not anymore. they are up. remember when president trump said fuel was $1.65 when he was president. he warned everybody look what it will be when i am not president. has taken away our oil industry. now he wants to take away the coal industry. it is every single day for americans. especially on thanksgiving everyone needs to reach out to a neighbor and say, hey, bring them some pie. bring them some turkey. you never know who is suffering based on bidenomics right now in our country. >> i will go to you with this. it's interesting. this election is going to be fascinated and given the fact we have a president that's been indicted four times, a former president. that never happened before. what i find stunning right now is that voters, black voters, joe biden lost 15% and black voters in the last couple of months. 11% of hispanics and latinos. joe biden is losing among the minorities. why do you think that is? >> well, it's his record. barack obama famously confided in a friend, never underestimate joe biden's ability to screw everything up. he was absolutely right. from the economy to inflation that made american's lives absolutely miserable to chaos at the border, that the government can no longer afford. his foreign-policy has been an abysmal failure since the afghanistan debacle. voters now kind of have buyers remorse. they regret casting their ballot in favor of kamala harris and joe biden. which is why biden is now losing and i think eight of the most recent polls to donald trump notwithstanding for criminal indictments which the public correctly views as election interference and politically driven cases against biden's opponent. >> it is not looking good for joe biden. the longer he is in office as obama stated, the more he is going to screw stuff up. >> i don't think he use that word. finally to charlie harger. what i think is fascinating is that the white house took a victory lap this week for purportedly lowering costs to american families preparing to celebrate thanksgiving this year while ignoring the rising prices that have affected consumers. that is stunning. your reaction? >> reporter: we are learning more about these hostages might not be coming home as soon as expected. israeli officials say this likely will not start to happen until friday morning. through this deal 50 hostages, women and children, will be exchanged for about 150 palestinian, women and children who are currently in israeli jails as well as this four day pause in fighting, what they are calling a four-day cease-fire. it could be extended by one extra day for every 10 extra hostages who are released. prime minister benjamin netanyahu says those who are not release the red cross can go in and assist and give them medical help. meanwhile in northern israel growing tensions with the idf responding to incoming fire from hezbollah by sending in fighter jets to hit military sites in lebanon. several hours ago tray and five says an israeli strike killed five fighters in the last several days. another strike killed two journalist in lebanon. hezbollah will retaliate for that here. judge janine? thank you and stay safe. here are more israeli special ops veteran who trains law enforcement in counter terrorism aaron cohen and former state department morgan ortega's. i will start with you. there are 50 coming from hamas, 50 israel is coming home, women and children. the exchange will not take plays until friday morning apparently. the high level of anxiety that families must have wondering if it is their children or their wife or daughter who is coming home has got to be unbelievable. and the second thing, there is guidance that was handed out to the idf on how to handle these little children who have been in captivity for seven weeks without their family. how do you see that going? >> first of all, my heart breaks for these children and these families. remember, judge, most of the children in captivity especially for example the three-year-old american girl who we believe is the youngest american to be held, lost their parents. their parents may have been gunned down in front of them before they were taken hostage seven weeks ago. judge, i have a three-year-old little girl. every time i see these stories and think about--i don't want to call hamas animals because animals are much more humane. they don't deserve to be called animals. what we know is these families are obviously holding on and praying. these families for the most part have already been devastated by the loss of life in their family. it will take clearly a lot of time and therapy. we hope that israel is successful and they are able to get these babies home. and ultimately you pray that you can get all of the hostages home. this is what hamas was planning the entire time. they see these people not as hostages. they see them as human shields. for every palestinian convicted criminal, thug, somebody who was doing something illegal to get arrested, for every one of those being released there is no equivalency. there is no comparison. these were innocent israelis who were observing a jewish holiday on a saturday morning when they were killed, gunned down. by the way, and. that's one thing the international community especially the ngo and united nations the way they have looked over and glossed over the sexual violence by hamas that was perpetrated on these women, teenagers and god for bid on these girls as one of the most heinous thanks we have seen anywhere in the world. >> where is the me to a group? where are all the people concerned about women? we are thrilled to have you on again tonight. we talked about what happened during the low. prime minister netanyahu does not call it a cease-fire. they are still fighting until the hostage, until a movement of hostages. what will israel see and not see? i have heard everything from maybe a drone to if they are underground we won't see anything. how do we know, how will israel know what they are doing and whether or not they are reorganizing? >> judge, let me reaffirm to everybody watching that israel has one of the most finest intelligence capabilities in the world. we have been in this business a long time. as far as the tunnels and blackouts and all the different points that are coming out now, israel is not able to do that. without getting into the skinny of any operational details from my 20 years in the business, i will tell you israel has a lot of eyes. they can see and monitor the operational zones with a very high degree of clarity. that means being able to listen to hardlines. thousands of cell phone calls and to be able to keep a very close eye. there is a couple of operational goals. the first is to make sure the exchange of the hostages is done safely. the second piece to the operation during the cease-fire, israel is looking at a four day pause as an actual opportunity operationally to make sure that they can continue to develop actionable intelligence. that has been israel's strength. how quickly they have been able to gather intelligence while conducting operations simultaneously. teachers at war colleges 10 years from now are sooner. israel will turn over every stone. they will people in every tunnel as closely as they can. we have most of the tunnels mapped out. only a couple brigades of fighters are left now. any logistical movement or any retaliation by hamas operational, i will say it in hebrew. i will say it in arabic. that means every one of these hamas terrorists are within our reach. that's not just in gaza. including benjamin netanyahu who just authorized our intelligence agency, our hq, to reach out to the rest of the fat cats sitting in six star hotels in qatar. >> i've got to tell you, i am glad to hear that. that is very comforting. one more point i want to make before we go. the american people, some of them, some who are rooting for hamas don't seem to understand that it's not just the jews that these radicals want to eliminate. morgan, tell us who else they want to eliminate. >> when they chant death to israel they chant death to america in the next breath. they want to go after the jewish people as they have done, but they want to eliminate christians, hindus, by the way they kill other muslims. there was a heartbreaking story that i just put out on my social media of an israeli arab man. his wife was killed by these hamas terrorists on october 7th in their vehicle in front of him. she was the mother of nine. her baby was in the backseat. her baby has shrapnel in there back. she was a very devout muslim woman. they want to go after anyone who doesn't see the world in their jihadist manner. these are radical people that are beholden to the islamic republic of iran and we must never forget that. >> last word, aaron. the member of any other religion other than islam, any nonbeliever is everybody but them. is that correct? of entry with canada. this after fbi director chris wray warned congress of increased terror threats in the wake of the israel-hamas wore. take a look. >> the ongoing war in the middle east has raised the attack against americans in the united states to a whole another level. we assess that the actions of hamas and its allies will serve as an inspiration the likes of which we haven't seen since isis launched its so-called caliphate several years ago. in just the past few weeks, multiple foreign terrorist organizations have called for attacks against americans and the west. here in the united states are most immediate concern is that violent extremists, individuals or small groups will draw inspiration from the events in the middle east to carry out attacks against americans going about their daily lives. >> here with reaction former dhs secretary chad wolf and former homeland security adviser fran townsend. thrilled to have you both on. christopher wray was clear. i will start with you, fran townsend. there is an increased risk. he couldn't have been more straightforward. what do you think is going on and are we prepared? >> judge, thank you for having me. it's great to be with you. we ought to understand that when chris wray raises this issue in the way that he does, there is clearly underlying intelligence that he is relying on. they are not just supposing this might happen. they have real intelligence that says the threat level is raised. americans on the holidays and often we have been very fortunate not to have a successful attack on u.s. soil. i think americans are distracted with the holidays. it is all the more important frankly that we take this threat seriously and we be alert and we notify law enforcement when we see something that doesn't give right to us. >> chad wolf you have got experience at the border. unfortunately the border has been open. the southern border and now buffalo and niagara falls focuses our attention on the northern border. the number of suspected terrorists or known individuals wikgbout wch we are concerned coming through the northern border is like 85% compared to the southern border. we have got some trouble brewing. >> i think we do. the increased terrorist threat that director christopher wray is talking about. there is some underlying information that when the director makes those statements he is making them based off of fact. had not only points to what is going on along the southern border, but it points to what is going on in the world. i think the lack of u.s. leadership that we see around the world is making the u.s. in the homeland less safe at the end of the day. judge, to your point, you are exactly right. as much attention that the southern border gets the northern border is overlooked. we see illegal apprehensions and a number of concerning issues occurring along the northern border that we haven't seen in previous years or even previous decades. i think it's time to get serious about border security and time to get serious about national sovereignty and protect americans at home just as we are projecting force and power and strength overseas as well. >> fran, when we talk about the danger of security in which we are living right now, you have to wonder with the holidays coming and people wanting to go to the macy's day parade for example in new york city. there are so many soft targets. we live in a free society. can we really prevent things if we don't know about chatter or don't know about specific claims? >> we ought to assume the intelligence director wray was referring to has been shared with local police departments like the nypd. the nypd has protected that parade. there has never been an incident. it is a challenge, make no mistake. the nypd is about the best in the country. i will say we have terrorist leaders in place like qatar who are getting safe haven to the palestinian leaders of hamas. these guys sit there and call for globalization. that really is a global call to violence for people, like-minded people. that has been public. we know when you see that coupled with classified intelligence that this is really concerning to law enforcement. >> chad, given that it is so concerning to law enforcement, we have so many different levels of expertise. fran is very correct. i think the nypd is a great police department. i worked with them when i was da. you have smaller law enforcement police departments that may not have the ability or the intelligence sharing like we have with joint terrorist task force. how is america prepared for any kind of problem? >> look, i think our preparedness has increased every year since 9/11. the issue here is what is the terrorist threat to the united states and where is that coming from and how do we address that before it ever reaches the homeland and reaches our shores? overall holiday period is certainly an increased threat period overall regardless of what is occurring in israel and elsewhere. many americans as they travel for thanksgiving into christmas and new year's they need to be vigilant and be alert. they need to understand their surroundings. regardless of which holiday period, the holidays are always a time to make sure you are aware of what is going on. again, i think our preparedness as a country and individually as americans has come a long way since 9/11. there is more we can do. we really need to address these threats before they reach the homeland. that includes making sure we are strong overseas and have leadership overseas as well. that's important. >> we are strong overseas. i don't think there is any question with our military strength. it is so evident in the mediterranean. i wonder about the border. i am concerned about the people coming in. and some of the suspected terrorist. a million and a half got away. we are teed up for something dangerous and i don't want to scare people, but that is part of living in a free society. >> judge, that is right. i do think we have to get a handle on it. chad is right. we worry about addressing these threats before they come into our shores. you worry about the borders also. we need to know who is here. are there threats internal to the united states because we don't know who is here? there has been such a flood of illegal crossings. i think we have to be able to do both. i think we can do both. i agree with chad. we are better prepared than we ever have been. but it's not just law enforcement to do this. it requires the american people to be supportive and as chad said aware so they can cue law enforcement to be effective. >> i believe in the american people and think that common sense will give us the ability to share whatever concerns that are visible to all lucky. at least in brazil there is a working government. we can actually reach out to brazilian immigration officials and find out. the rest of the nations we cannot do that. syria, afghanistan and anyplace else in the world without a reliable working government. we have all those people all across our country right now that have crossed into the nation just like we said. we have no idea who issue. what's amazing is there saying they are legal here and they are legal now because they are asylum-seekers. that's just amazing how even the definition and the wording has change. i want to talk about the northern border again. i went to school in buffalo so i know it very well. i am from upstate new york. what we have on the northern border especially with canada is there are so many ways to get into the united states from canada. the suspected terrorist know it. 85% are now coming from the northern border. then we have the tribe of police. a lot of them on islands and rivers. there is not one concrete barrier where you have to come through. talk to us about that. spent the northern border is vulnerable. i grew up on the northern border and i am here right now. you can get across the saint lawrence river in 30 seconds. gao did a study in 2002 and said terrorist come across the northern borders 10 times more likely than the southern border. 50% of the agents here have been assigned to the southern border and the 50% of agent still here are on a computer all day processing immigrants. as far as the asylum-seekers, you are right. nine out of 10 will lose the case. i will tell you this. what i have said for the past month, i made president trump a promise. he comes back and i come back. i will run the biggest deportation operation this country has seen. we are going to execute the final orders from the immigration judge. if we don't then the system doesn't mean anything. due process doesn't mean anything. the judges decision must be carried out. that's what we will do in the trump administration. >> i believe you. you have the energy and passion to do it. sarah, the last question to me is the most important question. law and order in this country, not just in terms of the illegals, but across the board. people are seeing america as nothing more than a global landing spot where you come here and don't have to follow the law. you get everything handed to you. unless we get someone in that can change that, you have 30 seconds. we are going down the tubes. >> absolutely. we will go down the tubes. we have lost our ability to remain sovereign. our enemies are circling the watters. china, venezuela, iran, using and abusing and moving their way through central america and targeting the united states. we are extraordinarily vulnerable. tom is
