given $190 million by congress during covid. beginning of 2023 an average of 50% of that money was used by the schools. only 20% of that money was even allocated for learning loss of our children. you do you know what they did spend $20 million on? they don't take it serious and we have an entire generation of kids who do have the social skills, the academics to become functioning members of inability to work through problems you learn by navigating the school day as uncomfortable as that may be. there is a point to it. you learn things from it. as you point out all this could have been predicted and was predicted in real time as we went through it. but the most disturbing part of it is what you said about children from poor families are the ones hurt the worst by this. because
