this is "the ingraham angle" live from the grand ole opry house here in nashville, tennessee where, of course, fox nation is holding its fifth annual patriot awards. so we have a great crowd here tonight and a lot of folks here with me on set. we have lee greenwood later on. of course, will cain is going to join us, sean duffy, raymond arroyo, jesse watters and a lot more. but, first. [shouting] [shouting] >> laura: anti-israel protesters who are out there demanding a cease-fire, by the way, are choosing violence as their best method to get their point across. six u.s. capitol police officers were hurt during the clashes outside of the dnc headquarters in d.c. last night. there are reports of officers being pepper sprayed and punched. now, outs of that massive crowd, only one person was arrested. i guess none of the cameras were working? again, police were violently attacked and there has just been one arrest. now, let's compare that to how they went after the january 6th protesters. >> the fbi will leave no stone unturned in this investigation. in six days, we have opened over 160 case files and that's just the tip of the iceberg. the significance of this investigation is not lost on us. this is a 24/7 full bore extensive operation into what happened that day. >> bret: whole of government approach as they call it. of course, as we said at the time, the biden doj was sending a message with that nationwide dragnet. the draconian punishments, the solitary confinement, the pre-trial detention to all of you people out there, donald trumpers, or conservatives, don't even think about questioning the government ever again. certainly not in any large numbers. but last night's rampage by the violent leftists, like the 2020 george floyd riots, they don't fit their narrative so the government and their media co-conspirator will down play it all. >> both police and protesters accusing each other of violence. >> both sides, police and the progressive jewish organization that organized this protest organized many recent weeks, overnight they are points the finger at the other side saying it is the other party that's really to blame for escalating this scene. >> laura: joining me now will cain, co-host of "fox & friends weekend" and sean davis, ceo and co-founder of the federalist. will, start with you. what's going on with the hat? >> will: we are in nashville the patriot awards. >> laura: i guess you can cowboy hat. >> will: impressive. >> laura: you look great. leave it on. whatever. all right. so, what is going on here? in your view, you saw what happened last night. we're just kind of learning dribs and drabs about who was there and who was involved it. seems like well, both sides escalated this. well,. >> first of all, i think the comparisons you make and everybody cringes when you bring up january 6th. your comparison is spot on. look at the fervor. look at the interest in pursuing january 6 #th protesters which is condemnable but single event. compare this event to what happened just the day before. the pro-israel protest in washington, d.c. and, for that matter, why don't you compare 'it to any protest in support of donald trump or any rally in support of donald trump or any conservative cause against a whole host of rotundas and capitals that have been filled and moved to just short of violence in many cases over the line this violence. i think when you see the responses you point out, i think you see how interested our government is in pursuing not justice. but those who have an agenda that they do not appreciate. >> laura: i know, sean, the former national guardsman from new jersey who they sat upon for months staking out his house, the mayor of the new jersey community said he is no threat to the community. i mean, arrest him. but they turn this thing over the last month into the spectacle with road blocks and swat teams and i just gave up. but, you see that and the resources that were expended, the fbi, the state police, the local police, here it's facial recognition doesn't work on capitol hill. you had hakeem jeffries inside that building and other democrat officials? but, again, the shocking and aggressive lack of interest on the part of those who care so much about these issues. >> it is. it's easy to say oh they are hypocrites. it's more complicated than that it's not hypocrisy, it's hierarchy. all that talk about them loving democracy, hating insurrections, it was all about. >> laura: total lie. >> all about grabbing power. they support whatever gives them power. they oppose whatever takes away power. when their allies are protesting and writing, they are fine with it. when their enemies do it, even peacefully, it's an insurrection. >> laura: while they were out there lionizing the police and look, we are obviously incredit i can bably pro-police on ingraham angle and all across fox, they were pretending to be pro-law enforcement to advance their political narrative after january 6th. watch. >> trying to race the heroism of the police officers and to hold up, you know, the violence of the insurrectionists. >> they love the rioters, they love the thugs, they love the people beating them up. republicans hate cops. >> are you going to been the side of law and order or are you going to be on the side of the capitol police officers and the metropolitan police department officers who, you know, were beaten by the maga crew? >> laura: will, it seems to be cognitive dissidence here about the way they are approaching helping law enforcement. you saw the line of capitol hill police. i mean, whether it was on january 6th or -- your heart goes out to these police officers. >> will: but they have returned to par. the way they are approaching law enforcement today is the way they have approached law enforcement throughout the blm riots and law enforcement any racial injustice case. the january 6th incident was the blip on the radar because it served their political purposes and served hierarchies. >> laura: still 1,000 people they are trying to find in the united states. >> will: do you know what i'm interested in as well, laura, the level of shock in democrats seeing this land at their doorstep. that was the headquarters of the dnc. this is a project spent a half a century in the making. the palestinian cause has been tied to the far left formally through the soviet union since the 1950s. and they have been breeding this oppressor and oppressed marxist ideology teaching young people to see everyone as their oppressor and lands at their doorstep. shocked but this is what they bread for half a century. >> today capitol police said in six officers were treated for injuries. some got minor cuts but they were pepper sprayed some and others punched and, remember, going back to that story in new jersey, that individual was, you know, accused of using pepper spray against a police officer, the narrative got a little jumbod there. one of the individuals accused was actually sentenced to a 14-year freshman. prison term. i mean, 14 years and what is going to happen here? looks like a whole lot of nothing. >> it's shocking. they did one arrest last night. one arrest. you had cops hurt. >> laura: was there a justice department big press conference how they were going to find every last person who did this? i missed it. anybody see that? >> we must have missed it. they arrested one person. we saw a couple press releases from capitol police. that was it. there were no man hunts. no promise for a whole government approach to track down the perpetrators. they tried to disappear it and pretend it didn't happen. >> laura: how bad is it going to get with pro-hamas, anti-israel sentiment that is obviously growing across the united states. they are getting emboldened. >> obviously on the most obvious and shallow level worse for democrats. have you seen that in the polling for joe biden. it divides the democratic party. us, as a country, i'm afraid it gets really bad because it's just another step. but not the final step on this evolution in our country that we pit everyone against each other, by identity through the lends of oppressor and oppressed. >> laura: that's the ne-yo marxist playbook is it not. thanks so much. hat looks great. put it back on. >> will: thank you. >> laura: less than ha half mile away lawmakers were trapped inside. essentially evacuated from the capitol as well. joining me now congresswoman anna paulina luna. i though it you were there at the capitol when it was locked down and you were with your newborn? what happened? >> yes, ma'am. i was actually coming back from a diwali event over on the senate side. we were told by officers as we were driving back that there was some protesting to get back into the k57 toll. we ultimately did. i was going to pick up my stuff and no sooner did we actually get into my office that it wasn't basically on lockdown. we weren't able to leave. i had my young staffers with me. it was obviously not peaceful. the irony in this laura, see what they are doing obviously attacking people frankly thankfully so capitol police did defend us. crazy this is today's day and age and this is supposed to be acceptable. >> laura: congresswoman, i was hearing from some of the protesters in their mouthpieces that were speaking saying oh, they didn't mean to breach the door. they weren't going to go into the building. can you imagine -- who believes that? they were pushing up against the door. what are they trying to do then? >> no one believes that in fact, i actually reposted because i was on twitter and democrat socialistists of america dsa mind you we have lawmakers that are part of this organization in congress. they actually accepted responsibility for this bhachingly stated law enforcement was attacking them. you have can see is a lie. we have a massive problem as you mentioned earlier with marxists. these organizations using this movement in order to really bully elected officials into doing what they want. and using violence to do so. it's what the color revolutions are. it's something that we as lawmakers have to push back on. congresswoman i don't want anyone to forget what alexandria ocasio-cortez did. she made a big show about how horrified she was on january 6th. >> misogyny and deeply rooted and animated that attack on the capitol. there is a lot of sexualizing of that violence. and i didn't think that i was just going to be killed. i thought other things were going to happen to me as well. >> you thought you were going to be raped? >> yeah. >> laura: has anyone heard from her today? her party's headquarters were under siege last night. after all, under siege. >> yeah, i mean there hasn't been any issuing statements from anyone who is tied to democrat socialists of america. what i find really disturbing about this whole thing, laura, is that when we are sitting there talking about the fact that most members of congress, some of which do sleep in their offices, and then you have this happening right down the street, you had a democrat member of congress come out and say that he was basically in fear for his safety and then you see these organizations attacking their own party. you can see that the fracturing within the democratic party those embracing anti-semitism is unfortunately alive and wilt. >> laura: congresswoman, what if it was some right wing group that was in the same way with the same body language or the same force pushing up against the police at the dnc? what do you think aoc would have done then? >> i mean, i think that it would be more than just aoc. i think you would have seen the doj label these people as domestic terrorists and go after them. and, frankly, a member of house oversight, i have gone to the d.c. prison. i have seen exactly what some of these people are facing charges wise. the fact that only one person was arrested after multiple of our capitol police were assaulted. you saw frankly the whole capitol had to go on lockdown because of this behavior. and then you see an organization that is blatantly marxist owning it saying that they were busing people in from new york. and that they're quote, unquote, comrades were there. basically engaging in violence. i mean, i would urge the speaker of the house to open up a. >> laura: insurrection to me. >> see where this fund something coming from for from these organizations that are ultimately trying to undermine not just the united states but our constitutional republic. >> laura: yeah, well e we know that they can track transactions prettily easily on atm machines if they want to. they will never track those people. congresswoman, great to see you. glad you are okay. why are american ceos giving a standing o to a dictator? my angle. plus, tennessee congressman mark green and tennessee senator bill haggerty. >> can't wait to have them on set with me in just moments. [applause] this is franklin graham. i had a veteran one time tell me, "is there such a thing as a bucket of hope? "my bucket is getting pretty empty." and maybe you feel the same way when you look at the wars in the world, the demonstrations, the political chaos. you just ask yourself, "what hope do we have?" well, we've got a lot of hope, if we put our faith and trust in god. you see, god loves you. he made you, he created you, he sent his son jesus christ from heaven to this earth to take our sins. he died and shed his blood on a cross for our sins, and god raised him to life. if you are willing to trust him right now, god will forgive you. just pray this prayer with me. if you haven't done this, do it right now. just say, "god, i'm a sinner." i'm sorry. forgive me. i want to turn from my sins. i believe jesus christ is your son. i want to trust him as my savior. amen. you prayed that prayer, call the number right now that's on the screen. god bless you! hey, grab more delectables. you know, that lickable cat treat? de-lick-able delectables? yes, just hurry. hmm. it must be delicious. delectables lickable treat. municipal bonds don't usually get the media coverage the stock market does. in fact, most people don't find them all that exciting. but, if you're looking for the potential for consistent income that's federally tax-free, now is an excellent time to consider municipal bonds from hennion & walsh. if you have at least 10,000 dollars to invest, call and talk with one of our bond specialists at 1-800-217-3217. we'll send you our exclusive bond guide, free. with details about how bonds can be an important part of your portfolio. hennion & walsh has specialized in fixed income and growth solutions for 30 years, and offers high-quality municipal bonds from across the country. they provide the potential for regular income... are federally tax-free... and have historically low risk. call today to request your free bond guide. 1-800-217-3217. that's 1-800-217-3217. >> the focus of tonight's angle. they lined up one by one, the plutocrats who shelled out $40,000 each to meet with the autocrat who rolls rules 1.4 billion people are an iron first. look at the whose enthusiastic. stanley diehl the ceo of boeing. larry tank esg guru of blackrock. samuel. apple ceo uber liberal tim cook. now, the dinner guests actually leapt to their feet when the communist leader was introduced. >> please rise to greet our guest of honor, his excellency, the president of the people's republic of china, xi jinping. ♪ [applause] >> laura: i wonder what he was wearing? the entire affair was a huge and much needed boost for china and for xi. they are facing major economic problems back home after all. state television in china showcased the dinner. you can see tim cook, if you look closely, and other big wigs there. and they were all smiles during the remarks from their dear leader. >> this year, after the world emerged from the covid-19 pandemic, i have respectedly met in beijing with dr. henry kissinger, mr. bill gates, senator chuck schumer, and his senate colleagues and governor gavin newsom. >> laura: now the billionaires, you know, eating their appetizers and so forth. they probably felt like it was like the oscars, xi was the celebrity and he was thanking the academy. but his audience back home got the real message. china came out the winner here. xi was playing three dimensional chess and these men in the audience were china's captured pawns. the funny thick is many of those who arrived in san francisco in their private jets are the same ones that make pointless climate change pledges because they see themselves as cultural influencers. >> i'm telling you from our heart, we believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect. and that's how we show up as a company. we believe in being a part of the community and trying to advocate for change. >> laura: is that really a get bought by anyone? they're trying to advocate for change? is that what tim cook said really? how do the 2 million uyghur muslims in determinate camps advocate for change? how much dignity and respect do the persecuted christians get in china, tim? of course the great irony larry fink among the worst boot lickers the sanctimonious force behind the idea of shaming companies under these environmental social and governance standards the esg standards that have plagued corporate america. in between appetizers and main course did fink press xi about the climate there change in china or esg scores and the state-owned companies there? since world war ii. i think this dinner with a dictator and all that's going to follow is one of the low points of american capitalism. communist regime belligerent toward the united states and values and viciously oppressive toward its own people emerges stronger and more influential. as for us what do we get? we got unenforceable and vague pledge will fentanyl chemicals and, drum roll, please. we got some more pandas. just, they promised pan does we don't own them just lease them joining us is mark green homeland security committee and tennessee bill hagerty member of the senate committee. what were your thoughts when you saw the crowd? how many trillions of dollars was represented in that room but a couple at least. >> i'm sure they are taking notes on how to create their social credit score from xi. that's what esg really is and the big fear, of course, is if our banks and the fed push the central bank currency thing they want to do. they want to mirror what china is doing. they want to control us with our money. that's what xi jinping is all about with the social credit score and controlling the people of china the most surveilled country in the world. so, they were probably taking notes and asking how to do it. >> laura: senator haggerty i think what is odd about this at the same point during the trump presidency the dow was up 42%. right now it's up about 16.7% under joe biden this year. business was better off when trump was president, yet still throwing all this money and continue to to reelect joe biden. isn't that strange? what is going on. >> it certainly is strange. they don't put their own best interest at heart. they listen to the marketing folks down the hall or to the outside consultants that run down the hall with their hair on fire any time donald trump would say something least bit controversial. >> laura: anti-american almost or post american for viewpoint. >> not good for america i will say that they have their own perspectives. somebody whose own shares i served on the new york stock exchange company boards. they need to think about shareholders not esg stuff and pandering to the left. >> laura: they are pandering to g. one of the most repressive dictators on the face of the planet, whoever existed in modern times, and to jump up and give him a standing ovation, i found this to be appalling. if paul pot were alive and he could throw some bucks to your company would you stand for him. >> i wonder if they got the same criticism that they might ha
