>> i wear heels, not for a fashion statement, they are ammunition. >> different generation, start choosing victory. >> erebels shot down a u.s. reaper drone off the coast of yemen. >> u.s. striking in self-defense. >> brawl breaks out in los angeles outside screening of unedited hamas attack videos. fight between pro-palestinian and pro-israeli protesters. gale gadot hosted the event. >> subpoena for the biden family. >> money doesn't lie. >> jelly roll accepting the award for new artist of the year. >> there is something poetic about a 39-year-old man winning new artist of the year. i don't know where you are in life or what you are going through, keep going, baby. >> brian: the gloves coming off last night in the republican primary debate, debate number three in miami. >> steve: candidates clashed on wide range of issues and foreign policy was front and center. >> ainsley: and former president trump holding a dualing rally, same city, same time. >> lawrence: rachel campos duffy is down in miami talking to voters. pete hegseth is here. let's start with last night's trump rally. >> steve: they were expecting 30,000, north of downtown miami. they packed the ted hendricks stadium. folks got 90 minutes of donald trump, he is so far ahead of everybody else, this was essentially counter programming to the debate on nbc. >> ainsley: he's still the front-runner, any poll will tell you that. his approval ratings exceed all five candidates together combined. he is doing better than all of them combined. >> brian: here is look at what you may have missed. >> one of them said, one of the dumber ones, he doesn't have the courage to stand up. i'm standing in front of tens of thousands of people on television and that is harder than debate. time for the republican establishment to stop wasting time and resources trying to push weak and ineffective rhinos and never-trumpers that nobody wants and nobody will vote for. i will terminate every open border policy of the biden administration and begin the largest domestic deportation operation in american history. unlike ron desantimonious. you can't have a president who wants to be politically correct. we have to do things properly. we cannot take foreign policy advice from ilhan omar or rashida tlaib. can't do that. i kept america safe. i kept israel safe. i kept ukraine safe. >> lawrence: he ents by saying all the candidates on the debate stage need to drop out because they don't have a shot in this race. >> steve: all candidates on the debate stage on nbc are like, we have to distinguish ourselves and catch up. he is so far ahead and one thing that helped donald trump yesterday was sarah huckabee sanders finally endorsed him. she wanted to see how things were playing out in the primary and we have not hit the primary, but writing on the wall, year out from the election, and donald trump is so far ahead of everybody else. can anything stop him? >> ainsley: it is so much fun to watch debates. this was the third one. we walk away, wake up the next morning -- >> brian: three kisses. go ahead. >> ainsley: are we in europe? >> brian: right. >> ainsley: there he is shaking hands with everyone. sarar huckabee sanders. one, two, three. >> steve: he might have been whispering in her here. >> ainsley: he might have. when i woke up, i thought, who do i think won? desantis did well and nikki haley did well. nikki haley she had comebacks, because vivek ramaswamy was going after her daughter for he said, this is a double-standard, you are going after me for tiktok, your daughter has tiktok. she said my daughter is grown, get my daughter's name out of your voice. who does that remind you of? will smith. >> steve: here is the thing, i had not seen this before, about to play the sound bite, key moment had to do with foot wear, watch. do you want a leader from different generation put this country first or do you want dick cheney in three-inch heels, we have them on stage tonight. >> i would like to say they are five-inch heels and i don't wear them unless you can run in them. >> two of you on stage. >> i will say i wear heels not for a fashion statement, they are for ammunition. >> the regions of ukraine occupied in donbas are russian speaking regions that have not been part of ukraine since 2014. other people probably couldn't name those provences for you. to label this good versus evil, don't buy it. >> i'm telling you, putin and president xi are salivating that someone like that could become president. >> last debate she made fun of me for joining tiktok, her daughter was using the app. >> leave my daughter out of your voice. >> next generation of americans are using and that is actually the point, you have her supporters propping her up, that's fine. here is the truth -- >> you are just scum. >> steve: what was he doing? >> ainsley: you are just scum, she said. >> brian: issue about tiktok, number one app in the country, president afraid to get rid of it because that is where young supporters are so barack obama can sit indian style under a table and talk about what gen-zers care about or gen-e. the responsible thing in this country is to get rid of this app. i guess her point, nikki haley, you want me to get rid of tiktok, but your daughter daug. >> she said i am pro-life, we don't need to judge people who are pro-life or pro-choice. ron desantis said drug cartels, we will talk to pete coming up. someone in a drug cartel is sneaking fentanyl across the border, that will be the last thing they do, we will shoot them stone-cold dead. >> lawrence: a lot of moments and ron desantis best debate performance of all of them. vivek ramaswamy started to debate going after nbc about the russia collusion. >> brian: and brought up greg gutfeld. >> lawrence: he did. he doesn't understand why rnc is having liberal activists host it. he makes point and a lot of republican voters agree on this point about ronna mcdaniel. you may like her personally, all the losses happening for the party, should she still be in charge of the rnc? you know, i think these people get elected based on winning and republican party has not been winning as a party. >> steve: it hasn't and having a tough time since the dobbs decision. coast to coast, dems ran on abortion, republicans are going to take reproductive rights away, that is a reason why folks at white house are optimistic in a year with joe biden, he will run on dobbs and democracy. >> lawrence: there is no message. >> steve: the message is republicans are going to take that away. >> ainsley: the message has to change for republicans if you look at big picture and what is most important and that is saving this country. many republicans are pro-life. you're in a catholic family, a christian family. you grew up in a catholic family. i love the lord. that would be a hard decision to do that. some women make that choice. i like what nikki haley said, i will not judge you or vilify you. everyone has different situations, we don't like it, it needs to be rare if you have one. most people are not for it in the republican party. if you are independent and you are a woman, you want control of your body, you don't want the president of the united states to tell you that you have to go to the doctor and do something or not do something. >> brian: and ron desantis can only do so much if a certain campaign has their way, they will do it their way, that is frustration she expressed. i only talk to god when i need a favor and i need a favor. >> ainsley: okay, jelly roll. who sang that song? >> brian: jelly roll, good one. they brought up -- and violence and they brought up one lunatic that stabbed this little boy who is muslim. that is a terrible story, but that is one story. this is 69-year-old that got knocked out and killed by a bullhorn, there is antisemitism raging in this country and for nbc to sit there and go, i got example of intolerance in america, this one story. what about the 30-year-old rabbi in detroit that is dead and they arrested someone right after the 7th of october? logic would say that had something to do with religion. >> lawrence: are we shocked? have you not seen their coverage of the war and the pro-hamas talking points. to vivek ramaswamy's point why are these people hosting a republican primary? a lot of voters are saying, what is the rnc doing? she does make that -- >> ainsley: it might be good, if they are seeing a message from five amazing candidates, and donald trump combined, all of them are better than what we have in the white house. >> steve: trying to get the word out. >> ainsley: they have a different audience. >> brian: you can't win without moderates. >> ainsley: hillary clinton said her biggest regret not coming on fox. >> lawrence: i can't wait until the democratic party let's us host one of their debates. >> steve: the nbc debate last night was not much of debate, they did not allow much cross-talk, they name checked, they did not do that. they were all three really good at saying your time is up and they moved on. it was easier to get everybody sound bites, it wasn't debate, it was 90-second sound bite. >> ainsley: we forgot to say one thing, sorry, rachel. we love to see their families comeum there. end of the debate, tim scott brings a woman on the stage, his girlfriend. >> brian: take a look, tim scott has a girlfriend and we saw her on the stage. >> ainsley: he told us he had a girlfriend and there she is. did they hold hands? girlfriend or friend? they held hands. mindy noset, design and renovation consultant in charleston, south carolina, she has three children. tim has never been married, 58 years old and great guy. >> brian: what is her name? mindy, he's a great guy. i'm good at judging men, he is quality. >> steve: he's a u.s. senator. >> lawrence: he is nice guy and i hate to take from this moment, he shouldn't be on the stage, only so much of the same rhetoric -- >> ainsley: oh, lawrence, don't say that about my tim scott. >> lawrence: barely made it, 1%. >> steve: see if he's on the next one. we've been talking about what we thought, go to miami and rachel campos duffy is having breakfast with friends and guy holding the sign with donald trump avenue. who is that guy? >> rachel: this is the mayor of healeah, this is first boulevard in america named after donald trump. really quick there, i'm excited about tim scott having a girlfriend. i'll be far more excited when lawrence shows us who his next girlfriend is, i am waiting right there. this place is warm, the conversation, you might not get me back to new york city. i love it here so much. everyone has an opinion, this sign proves it. this is trump country. how many here are supporting trump, raise your hand? [cheering] >> rachel: virtually everyone. a lot of second choices are ron desantis, vivek ramaswamy, here with the mayor, why are you supporting donald trump? >> he came through with everything he promised, especially with cuba, border security. a lot of democrats didn't let him work and some republicans conspired along with him. he is a guy that says things and does them and that is refreshing in politics. >> rachel: absolutely. quickly, frank, is here from -- understands communism very well, was in the bay of pigs. what is your warning to america about the road we're on right now? >> united states looks more and more like communist cuba, advancing rapidly, weaponized and very dangerous and we need to denounce it as you do on fox news. you talk about it. but few people are talking about it. i have watched three presidential debate and not a single person is talking about it and it is taking over schools, universities, press, etcetera. >> rachel: that is why you like donald trump? >> absolutely, the only fighter we have. and that is why we support him. >> rachel: people seem worried here about the economy, about the advance of marxism, cultural marxism and corruption with biden, huge concern for them, as well. okay. we got a couple minutes, what is your name? >> martha. >> rachel: what is your biggest concern? >> my biggest concern is what frank is talking about, communism in america. i've been saying it for a few years now and people say no, we have a congress and a senate. they didn't know the congress was going to be radical to the left. i'm worried about -- not my children, they are grown, but my grandchildren and their children. my parents sacrificed everything to bring me here to a free country and now i'm afraid my grandchildren are going to lose that freedom. we're losing it little by little. people are american, not cuban, don't know what communism is like. i came when i was 12 years old, so i remember the day i left my country like it was yesterday. >> rachel: i'm hearing that a lot. by the way, 50/50 if you look at polls between biden and trump. 50/50, something we've never seen before with hispanic vote. the group most dissatisfied, demographic most dissatisfied with joe biden are hispanics. why do you think that is? >> i here because today we have -- because of the -- cuba, we need a person that consistent in political against that communism. we don't want that here in the united states. >> rachel: right. that gives you a taste of what is going on here. everybody's drinking coffee, having breakfast, talking politics, it feels cuban-american in here. a lot of venezuelans, as well. just great time. by the way, guys, we need different coffee at the studio. we need what they are drinking here. come to new york. [applause] >> rachel: big deal. back to you guys. >> brian: thank you very much, we will take that into advisement and see what our budget is about varied coffee. bring in pete hegseth, he wanted a long introduction, i will not give him one. great coverage on fox nation, getting set to host the patriot awards. >> pete: i think if you like vivek ramaswamy, you loved his performance last night. he took the gloves off, went after the moderator and candidate and took on foreign policy, you like that. if you like nikki haley, she hit back hard. she looked strong, articulated an abortion stance a lot of people think may be more popular. if you liked desantis, he steadied the ship, had a decent performance. tim scott and chris christie were ornaments on the end. i didn't see anything that said they will nudge out front to a clear number two. who is the winner last night? the guy that wasn't here. it can sound tired to say that. the debate went on, will, rachel and joey were on with me, it got boring because you are going, the guy i want to hear from is not here. this will not hurt him with primary opponents. i would be frustrated. >> brian: they are frustrated, too. ron desantises he is not the same guy, i loved him in 2016, he is not the same guy. >> pete: tell that to primary voters and the base, everyday you see donald trump in a courtroom based on his business assets in new york city. they want to strip him of license and kick him out. voters are saying, they are coming after my guy. i didn't like his mean tweets, but i like the state of the economy and i will allow him to fight back. that microscope and focus on trump overwhelming any two-hour debate on nbc to in the hopes they can poke through. >> brian: sometimes i could have been distracted, i don't think they brought up the court cases? what if donald trump is indicted? >> pete: only guy was chris christie end of opening statement, not a question. it was topic of the first question and then it was -- you could tell, everyone wants to move on. they don't want to talk about trump, you can't win if you can't beat the guy at 60% right now. some point, this is tired exercise we should get over with. >> brian: if you consolidate all percentage of the support into one candidate, they have enough to compete with trump if it is one-on-one, what is your thought? >> pete: we pulled up polls from 2015 and trump had taken lead at 24%. ben carson, 23, rubio and cruz 9 and 8, jeb 7. same conversation in 2015. oh, boy here comes trump pulling away, 40, 45, 50, once we consolidate we'll have a -- nikki haley and desantis wants to do the same. tim scott has decent war chest even if poll numbers are not there. if you are fractured all the way to carolina, you never consolidate that vote. doesn't look like it will happen for them. >> brian: guys in iraq and syria have been hit 47 times and we hit a weapon depot in syria. is that the answer? nobody wants a world war, that is what this administration fears inin escalation. >> pete: let israel do what it needs to do. without hemming and hawing. israel knows it is surrounded, they understand if iran had a bomb, entire calculus would be different. by pulling israel back, we're pulled more in and striking weapons depots? it is not working or deterring anything. they have not deter anything. insufficient. >> brian: hit the militia themselves, don't go to their nap sacks? >> pete: what donald trump did worked because they believed he would do it and follow through with it. >> brian: okay. >> pete: i don't want to see them do anything more dramatic, because i don't trust they will follow through. the problem, we have troops in the middle who are sitting ducks right now. >> brian: you might think pete feels comfortable in the studio, we have a table you have not seen and news reader. you do not have the budget for a news reader. we brought in carley and she reads the news. >> pete: do the math. >> carley: we have knapsacks. is this like "fox and friends" war you are starting? >> pete: he is pitting me against will. >> carley: one team, one dream. >> brian: what are the people at home thinking? >> carley: you did a great job, i approve of that segment and sign off on it. more news, man charged in last year's attack against congresswoman nancy pelosi's husband is set to stand trial in san francisco today. body cam footage shows david depap attacking him. he is expected to testify next week, something to watch. and to the crisis at our southern border. shocking video shows armed cartel members patrolling along the rio grande river. this footage was taken just yards from a texas town. this is the most dangerous stretch of the southern border, you see there on the screen, look at that video there. a lot of star power at 2023 cma award, luke brian and peyton manning brought the laughs. laney wilson won entertainer of the year and jelly roll delivered this inspiring speech while accepting the award for new artist of the year. >> there is something poetic about a 39-year-old man winning new artist of the year. i don't know where you are in your life, keep going, baby, i want to tell you, success is on the other side. >> you may remember jelly roll performing hit song "need a favor" here on "fox and friends" this past summer. those are headlines, brian, is it just you? brian and pete. the prompter wanted me to cut you out, pete. it's a war. >> brian: he wants a facial tattoo after seeing jelly roll. >> carley: out of everybody, pete could pull it off. >> pete: thank you, carley, i will make an appointment. >> brian: read us out. >> pete: coming up, vivek ramaswamy brought the miami heat, they say, he joins us fresh off the debate stage ahead. go ahead. >> brian: house oversight chair james comer subpoenas members of the biden family as impeachment talk considers, greg jarrett, reacts next, period. i look back with great satisfaction on my 32 years in active duty. i understand the veteran mentality. these are people who have served. they've been in leadership positions. they're willing to put their life on the line if necessary. and they come to us and they say, i need some financial help at this point in time. they're not looking for a handout. they're looking for a little hand up. my team at newday usa is going to do everything we possibly can to make sure that veteran gets that loan. jart /* i'm the life enrichment director at independence village, the senior living community in waukee, iowa. everybody here really, really make you feel like family and that they love you. our goal with tiktok was to enrich the lives of our residents and just to be able to show people what senior living can be like. i think i am a tiktok grandma. my kids think i am. i mean, we're the ones that are being entertained. time goes faster when you're having fun. before planning the big trip you were limping thanks to a bad knee. then, you heard about mako robotic-assisted knee replacement. it starts with a ct scan to pinpoint the problem. that becomes a personalized, 3d plan to guide your doctor during surgery. mako can help lead to better outcomes, like less pain and shorter recovery times. the lifetime of a knee implant is limited, and revision surgery may be required. individual results and recovery times vary. risks of surgery include pain, infection, heart attack, stroke, death, and other serious risks. ask your doctor for important safety information. [camera shutter] to find a doctor who uses mako visit makocan.com >> ainsley: hunter becomes the hunted, cover of the "new york post" as house oversight committee escalates impeachment inquiry into president biden with chairman james comer issuing subpoenas to hunter and james biden and his business associate ron wilson. >> this has been a long time coming and i think hunter biden has a lot of explaining to do. why did he receive tens of millions of dollars in overseas cash from the very country over which his country is vice president was exercising foreign policy and devon archer said what they were selling was access to joe biden and promises of influence. under bribery statute, that is a crime. >> ainsley: "new york post," key question for james, did your brother loan you money? for what? why was he paid back just after you were paid from a chinese firm. for rob walker issue the question, did he promise a favor from his father? why did you pay hunter through series of shell companies? there are voluntary requests for interviews which means they probably won't get them, one is james' wife who wrote the check to repay loans and hunter biden's wife melissa and widow of beau biden. will she stay in the family? she has children, grandkids of the president or does she talk badly about him. she has to tell the truth, but will she? >> she could incriminate him, she could reveal motive, intent, what they were doing. which evidence suggests selling access and influence, which is violation of the foreign corrupt practices act, fara violation for felonious lobbying on behalf of foreign countries. could be money laundering and bribery, tax fraud, tax evasion. the list going on and on. i suspect she and others will resist these requests for test testimony, which means congress, oversight committee would have to compel them through enforcement of subpoenas. problem is only way you can enforce subpoenas is through joe biden's department of justice, which is demonstrated time and again. it appears to be running a protection racket to insulate and protect joe biden and hunter biden and the biden family up to nine members received this overseas cash. >> ainsley: uh-huh. let's talk about ivanka, we saw her yesterday in court. she took the stand in the civil trial against the trump family business. this is what donald trump said about his daughter at the rally. this is political indictment. this is a biden indictment, that stupid trial in new york has been discredited. everybody has been discredited. that comes out of the white house. that is to discourage people from voting. that is to hurt us. we have a big voice. >> ainsley: greg, what are your thoughts here? i heard his attorney this morning, she said, keep in mind, this is civil suit, not a criminal suit. >> yeah, ivanka had little, or no involvement with the financial statements, which is why she was dismissed as a defendant. the state's lawyers called her to the stand, totally mystifying, it doesn't -- really matter, though, it is obvious the judge is going to rule -- century of established common law and it also violates the first amendment to the constitution. so i think in the end, whatever judgement will get tossed. >> ainsley: oh, really? even if found guilty, he'll be able to keep businesses here? >> yeah, i think so in the end. taking away somebody's business is pretty extreme, especially when there is no showing of an intent to deceive, which law requires. >> ainsley: it is new york city and it is donald trump. they are going to do whatever they can, gregg. i don't know if i trust it. >> appellate court will have final say, including potentially federal court. >> ainsley: thanks, gregg. still ahead, how did vivek ramaswamy do at last night's gop debate, rachel will ask him live alongside his wife. they are with rachel down in miami. that is next. it's easy to get lost in investment research. introducing j.p. morgan personal advisors. hey david. connect with an advisor to create your personalized plan. let's find the right investments for your goals okay, great. j.p. morgan wealth management. israel is under attack and jewish families are in danger. israel's enemies seek our destruction. the people of israel need immediate help. rockets have us squarely in the crosshairs. our people are targets in their own homes. many have lost everything and fear for their lives. the international fellowship of christians and jews has launched an urgent response to rescue those affected by this violent attack. our teams are on the ground across israel delivering lifesaving aid. your urgently needed gift of only $45 will help rush food, water, medicine and emergency supplies for jewish families that have nowhere to turn. time is literally running out. what we need you to do is to act now. only unitedhealthcare medicare advantage plans come with the ucard — one simple member card that opens doors for what matters. what if we need to see a doctor away from home? we have two of them. >> i wear heels not for a fashion statement, for ammunition. >> she made fun of me for joining tiktok and her daughter was using the app. >> leave my daughter out of your voice. >> the next generation of americans are using and that the point. her supporters are propping her up, that is fine. >> you are just scum. >> lawrence: things getting heated in miami. nikki haley and vivek ramaswamy trading sharp jab as they make their case to republican voters. >> ainsley: rachel is live with vivek ramaswamy, along with his wife, dr. ramaswamy. >> steve: and rachel is wearing four-inch heels. >> rachel: i am wearing four-inch heels. you probably couldn't hear it playing on the tv. they played the clip about the three-inch heels and the exchange you had. people talking it is funny. this is an important topic to you about war and peace and wars we've been in the last decade. >> it is. time for generational change. dick cheney and george bush did lead us to war, racked up trillions in iraq and afghanistan. thousands went to die and did not advance american interest. i am keen to make sure we don't make the same mistakes again. declare independence from china, protect our own homeland instead of somebody else's border halfway around the world. i believe i'm the only person on that stage representing that view. >> rachel: that is what i noticed, you are only one with nonneo-con view. when on the trail, what are people telling you? are you seeing a certain age group is in support of you and other side isn't? you say it is generational. >> i think there is particular support amongst young people, millennials who have been on the receiving end of a lot of -- we are as close to world war iii as we have ever been. if we enter world war iii, it is danger for americans in our home land, we can't lull ourselves into submission. entering wars in places like ukraine increase risk of that. one thing i noticed, strong on that issue. now they are tip toeing back. that has not -- exactly. versus first few months of the campaign, i was alone calling occupy hypocrisy and failure, that view aged well with time and people should learn from foreign policy experience is not the same as foreign policy wisdom. it will take a new generation. >> rachel: is it finances and way we are funding it and corruption we are seeing in ukraine, is that why we are changing or there is another war on the horizon? >> i think it is the fact ukraine has not met the objective they told the united states they would meet. we have seen total lack of accountability how our money has been spent. that is wrong, persecution of christians, there is not a democratic nation, the myth this is good versus evil is coming to light. there is not that much difference in the way zelenskyy acts and that has come to light in clearer manner and many people quietly tip toeing back their position. >> rachel: it was interesting to watch. i want to get to questions and talk about the ohio vote. go ahead. >> thank you. good morning. thank you. good morning. my name is catalinna, i am moms for liberty. last night education wasn't a topic in the conversation. what is your input on education? >> great question and this the question for our future, for our next generation. we are parents of two sons ourselves. department of education is head of the snake, 80 billion dollars of taxpayer money going to that federal agency. shut that down and give the 80 billion back to parents and to the people so every parent gets to choose where they send their kids to school and teacher unions are major problem, public schools should be able to compete with private schools, get rid of teachers union. if you move to a school that spends less money, kids should be able to take that money with them. >> rachel: one thing someone told me, your answers are so perfect it makes them nervous, why is that? >> you should be skeptical of any politician, i've only been one for seven months. what sacrifice has somebody made to advance their conviction? first time you and i met, after i wrote my book "woke inc.," when no other ceo was willing to call out hypocrisy of blm. they were tweeting in support of george floyd, i said this is a toxic movement. i had to step down at my job to take on blackrock and otherwise. look at the sacrifice someone made. positions i am making are not popular with the republican donor class. look what sacrifices they make to advance. >> rachel: i've been a political spouse before, it is interesting position. some people say vivek ramaswamy made some missteps, what advice do you give? >> rachel: how worried are you about illegals coming over the border and increase, heightened alert enned increase. how worried are you about that? >> very worry about it. the day i visited the southern border, there were two men from lebanon crossing the southern border, that is not a good sign. if that can happen in israel, on october 7 in israel, that could happen right here at home. it is a shame we have a foreign policy establishment in both parties so worried about sticking their nose and waddeling into conflict on the other side of the world, they left our american homeland as exposed as we've ever been. that will change and that takes a leader who understands we have to set our priorities. my moral obligation is to people who live here in our own homeland and i will not apologize for that. protect the homeland. >> rachel: talk about abortion, big issue, ohio is a state you know well. what is the right way for republicans to talk about this issue? >> i was born, raised and live in ohio and i voted no, i'm disgusted that ohio passed constitutional amendment that allows abortion up to time of birth without parental consent. republican falt failure, there was no proposal on the ballot. it was defined yes or no, we have to offer a vision of our own. i'm injecting ideas more republicans, including men, should embrace. more sexual responsibility for men. more burden on men legally into the state laws if you are genetically confirmed to be the father. that is easy win to say we're all in this together, it is not men versus women, it is not men or women rights, it is human rights. we have to reclaim the appropriate moral high ground. walk the walk when it comes to being pro-life from adoption to child care and greater liability for men. that is how we win on this issue. ohio, i was born, raised and live there, we live there now, if there was reasonable proposal on the ballot, we would have won. it will take an outsider and different generation because i'm sick of losing on this issue and countless others and it will take an outsider to do it. >> rachel: great answer. would have been nice to see them point out radicalism of the other side up to nine months. great conversation. back to you guys. thank you. >> steve: great job. >> ainsley: thank you, rachel. coming up, tunnel to towers brand new houston on veteran village is officially unveiled, just ahead of veterans day. >> brian: check in with bill hemmer for what is coming up. >> what a show you have had. good morning. watching all three hours, well done. we'll pick up in a moment, nikki haley will join us in a matter of moments coming up. donald trump starts his day in court and we are live. and u.s. took action against weapons warehouse in syria, is that enough? >> i wear heels, not for a fashion statement, they are ammunition. >> different generation, start choosing victory. >> erebels shot down a u.s. reaper drone off the coast of yemen. >> u.s. striking in self-defense. >> brawl breaks out in los angeles outside screening of unedited hamas attack videos. fight between pro-palestinian and pro-israeli protesters. gale gadot hosted the event. >> subpoena for the biden family. >> money doesn't lie. >> jelly roll accepting the award for new artist of the year. >> there is something poetic about a 39-year-old man winning new artist of the year. i don't know where you are in life or what you are going through, keep going, baby. >> brian: the gloves coming off last night in the republican primary debate, debate number three in miami. >> steve: candidates clashed on wide range of issues and foreign policy was front and center. >> ainsley: and former president trump holding a dualing rally, same city, same time. >> lawrence: rachel campos duffy is down in miami talking to voters. pete hegseth is here. let's start with last night's trump rally. >> steve: they were expecting 30,000, north of downtown miami. they packed the ted hendricks stadium. folks got 90 minutes of donald trump, he is so far ahead of everybody else, this was essentially counter programming to the debate on nbc. >> ainsley: he's still the front-runner, any poll will tell you that. his approval ratings exceed all five candidates together combined. he is doing better than all of them combined. >> brian: here is look at what you may have missed. >> one of them said, one of the dumber ones, he doesn't have the courage to stand up. i'm standing in front of tens of thousands of people on television and that is harder than debate. time for the republican establishment to stop wasting time and resources trying to push weak and ineffective rhinos and never-trumpers that nobody wants and nobody will vote for. i will terminate every open border policy of the biden administration and begin the largest domestic deportation operation in american history. unlike ron desantimonious. you can't have a president who wants to be politically correct. we have to do things properly. we cannot take foreign policy advice from ilhan omar or rashida tlaib. can't do that. i kept america safe. i kept israel safe. i kept ukraine safe. >> lawrence: he ents by saying all the candidates on the debate stage need to drop out because they don't have a shot in this race. >> steve: all candidates on the debate stage on nbc are like, we have to distinguish ourselves and catch up. he is so far ahead and one thing that helped donald trump yesterday was sarah huckabee sanders finally endorsed him. she wanted to see how things were playing out in the primary and we have not hit the primary, but writing on the wall, year out from the election, and donald trump is so far ahead of everybody else. can anything stop him? >> ainsley: it is so much fun to watch debates. this was the third one. we walk away, wake up the next morning -- >> brian: three kisses. go ahead. >> ainsley: are we in europe? >> brian: right. >> ainsley: there he is shaking hands with everyone. sarar huckabee sanders. one, two, three. >> steve: he might have been whispering in her here. >> ainsley: he might have. when i woke up, i thought, who do i think won? desantis did well and nikki haley did well. nikki haley she had comebacks, because vivek ramaswamy was going after her daughter for he said, this is a double-standard, you are going after me for tiktok, your daughter has tiktok. she said my daughter is grown, get my daughter's name out of your voice. who does that remind you of? will smith. >> steve: here is the thing, i had not seen this before, about to play the sound bite, key moment had to do with foot wear, watch. do you want a leader from different generation put this country first or do you want dick cheney in three-inch heels, we have them on stage tonight. >> i would like to say they are five-inch heels and i don't wear them unless you can run in them. >> two of you on stage. >> i will say i wear heels not for a fashion statement, they are for ammunition. >> the regions of ukraine occupied in donbas are russian speaking regions that have not been part of ukraine since 2014. other people probably couldn't name those provences for you. to label this good versus evil, don't buy it. >> i'm telling you, putin and president xi are salivating that someone like that could become president. >> last debate she made fun of me for joining tiktok, her daughter was using the app. >> leave my daughter out of your voice. >> next generation of americans are using and that is actually the point, you have her supporters propping her up, that's fine. here is the truth -- >> you are just scum. >> steve: what was he doing? >> ainsley: you are just scum, she said. >> brian: issue about tiktok, number one app in the country, president afraid to get rid of it because that is where young supporters are so barack obama can sit indian style under a table and talk about what gen-zers care about or gen-e. the responsible thing in this country is to get rid of this app. i guess her point, nikki haley, you want me to get rid of tiktok, but your daughter daug. >> she said i am pro-life, we don't need to judge people who are pro-life or pro-choice. ron desantis said drug cartels, we will talk to pete coming up. someone in a drug cartel is sneaking fentanyl across the border, that will be the last thing they do, we will shoot them stone-cold dead. >> lawrence: a lot of moments and ron desantis best debate performance of all of them. vivek ramaswamy started to debate going after nbc about the russia collusion. >> brian: and brought up greg gutfeld. >> lawrence: he did. he doesn't understand why rnc is having liberal activists host it. he makes point and a lot of republican voters agree on this point about ronna mcdaniel. you may like her personally, all the losses happening for the party, should she still be in charge of the rnc? you know, i think these people get elected based on winning and republican party has not been winning as a party. >> steve: it hasn't and having a tough time since the dobbs decision. coast to coast, dems ran on abortion, republicans are going to take reproductive rights away, that is a reason why folks at white house are optimistic in a year with joe biden, he will run on dobbs and democracy. >> lawrence: there is no message. >> steve: the message is republicans are going to take that away. >> ainsley: the message has to change for republicans if you look at big picture and what is most important and that is saving this country. many republicans are pro-life. you're in a catholic family, a christian family. you grew up in a catholic family. i love the lord. that would be a hard decision to do that. some women make that choice. i like what nikki haley said, i will not judge you or vilify you. everyone has different situations, we don't like it, it needs to be rare if you have one. most people are not for it in the republican party. if you are independent and you are a woman, you want control of your body, you don't want the president of the united states to tell you that you have to go to the doctor and do something or not do something. >> brian: and ron desantis can only do so much if a certain campaign has their way, they will do it their way, that is frustration she expressed. i only talk to god when i need a favor and i need a favor. >> ainsley: okay, jelly roll. who sang that song? >> brian: jelly roll, good one. they brought up -- and violence and they brought up one lunatic that stabbed this little boy who is muslim. that is a terrible story, but that is one story. this is 69-year-old that got knocked out and killed by a bullhorn, there is antisemitism raging in this country and for nbc to sit there and go, i got example of intolerance in america, this one story. what about the 30-year-old rabbi in detroit that is dead and they arrested someone right after the 7th of october? logic would say that had something to do with religion. >> lawrence: are we shocked? have you not seen their coverage of the war and the pro-hamas talking points. to vivek ramaswamy's point why are these people hosting a republican primary? a lot of voters are saying, what is the rnc doing? she does make that -- >> ainsley: it might be good, if they are seeing a message from five amazing candidates, and donald trump combined, all of them are better than what we have in the white house. >> steve: trying to get the word out. >> ainsley: they have a different audience. >> brian: you can't win without moderates. >> ainsley: hillary clinton said her biggest regret not coming on fox. >> lawrence: i can't wait until the democratic party let's us host one of their debates. >> steve: the nbc debate last night was not much of debate, they did not allow much cross-talk, they name checked, they did not do that. they were all three really good at saying your time is up and they moved on. it was easier to get everybody sound bites, it wasn't debate, it was 90-second sound bite. >> ainsley: we forgot to say one thing, sorry, rachel. we love to see their families comeum there. end of the debate, tim scott brings a woman on the stage, his girlfriend. >> brian: take a look, tim scott has a girlfriend and we saw her on the stage. >> ainsley: he told us he had a girlfriend and there she is. did they hold hands? girlfriend or friend? they held hands. mindy noset, design and renovation consultant in charleston, south carolina, she has three children. tim has never been married, 58 years old and great guy. >> brian: what is her name? mindy, he's a great guy. i'm good at judging men, he is quality. >> steve: he's a u.s. senator. >> lawrence: he is nice guy and i hate to take from this moment, he shouldn't be on the stage, only so much of the same rhetoric -- >> ainsley: oh, lawrence, don't say that about my tim scott. >> lawrence: barely made it, 1%. >> steve: see if he's on the next one. we've been talking about what we thought, go to miami and rachel campos duffy is having breakfast with friends and guy holding the sign with donald trump avenue. who is that guy? >> rachel: this is the mayor of healeah, this is first boulevard in america named after donald trump. really quick there, i'm excited about tim scott having a girlfriend. i'll be far more excited when lawrence shows us who his next girlfriend is, i am waiting right there. this place is warm, the conversation, you might not get me back to new york city. i love it here so much. everyone has an opinion, this sign proves it. this is trump country. how many here are supporting trump, raise your hand? [applause] >> rachel: big deal. back to you guys. >> brian: thank you very much, we will take that into advisement and see what our budget is about varied coffee. bring in pete hegseth, he wanted a long introduction, i will not give him one. great coverage on fox nation, getting set to host the patriot awards. >> pete: i think if you like vivek ramaswamy, you loved his performance last night. he took the gloves off, went after the moderator and candidate and took on foreign policy, you like that. if you like nikki haley, she hit back hard. she looked strong, articulated an abortion stance a lot of people think may be more popular. if you liked desantis, he steadied the ship, had a decent performance. tim scott and chris christie were ornaments on the end. i didn't see anything that said they will nudge out front to a clear number two. who is the winner last night? the guy that wasn't here. it can sound tired to say that. the debate went on, will, rachel and joey were on with me, it got boring because you are going, the guy i want to hear from is not here. this will not hurt him with primary opponents. i would be frustrated. >> brian: they are frustrated, too. ron desantises he is not the same guy, i loved him in 2016, he is not the same guy. >> pete: tell that to primary voters and the base, everyday you see donald trump in a courtroom based on his business assets in new york city. they want to strip him of license and kick him out. voters are saying, they are coming after my guy. i didn't like his mean tweets, but i like the state of the economy and i will allow him to fight back. that microscope and focus on trump overwhelming any two-hour debate on nbc to in the hopes they can poke through. >> brian: sometimes i could have been distracted, i don't think they brought up the court cases? what if donald trump is indicted? >> pete: only guy was chris christie end of opening statement, not a question. it was topic of the first question and then it was -- you could tell, everyone wants to move on. they don't want to talk about trump, you can't win if you can't beat the guy at 60% right now. some point, this is tired exercise we should get over with. >> brian: if you consolidate all percentage of the support into one candidate, they have enough to compete with trump if it is one-on-one, what is your thought? >> pete: we pulled up polls from 2015 and trump had taken lead at 24%. ben carson, 23, rubio and cruz 9 and 8, jeb 7. same conversation in 2015. oh, boy here comes trump pulling away, 40, 45, 50, once we consolidate we'll have a -- nikki haley and desantis wants to do the same. tim scott has decent war chest even if poll numbers are not there. if you are fractured all the way to carolina, you never consolidate that vote. doesn't look like it will happen for them. >> brian: guys in iraq and syria have been hit 47 times and we hit a weapon depot in syria. is that the answer? nobody wants a world war, that is what this administration fears inin escalation. >> pete: let israel do what it needs to do. without hemming and hawing. israel knows it is surrounded, they understand if iran had a bomb, entire calculus would be different. by pulling israel back, we're pulled more in and striking weapons depots? it is not working or deterring anything. they have not deter anything. insufficient. >> brian: hit the militia themselves, don't go to their nap sacks? >> pete: what donald trump did worked because they believed he would do it and follow through with it. >> brian: okay. >> pete: i don't want to see them do anything more dramatic, because i don't trust they will follow through. the problem, we have troops in the middle who are sitting ducks right now. >> brian: you might think pete feels comfortable in the studio, we have a table you have not seen and news reader. you do not have the budget for a news reader. we brought in carley and she reads the news. >> pete: do the math. >> carley: we have knapsacks. is this like "fox and friends" war you are starting? for what? why was he paid back just after you were paid from a chinese firm. for rob walker issue the question, did he promise a favor from his father? why did you pay hunter through series of shell companies? there are voluntary requests for interviews which means they probably won't get them, one is james' wife who wrote the check to repay loans and hunter biden's wife melissa and widow of beau biden. will she stay in the family? she has children, grandkids of the president or does she talk badly about him. she has to tell the truth, but will she? >> she could incriminate him, she could reveal motive, intent, what they were doing. which evidence suggests selling access and influence, which is violation of the foreign corrupt practices act, fara violation for felonious lobbying on behalf of foreign countries. could be money laundering and bribery, tax fraud, tax evasion. the list going on and on. i suspect she and others will resist these requests for test testimony, which means congress, oversight committee would have to compel them through enforcement of subpoenas. problem is only way you can enforce subpoenas is through joe biden's department of justice, which is demonstrated time and again. it appears to be running a protection racket to insulate and protect joe biden and hunter biden and the biden family up to nine members received this overseas cash. >> ainsley: uh-huh. let's talk about ivanka, we saw her yesterday in court. she took the stand in the civil trial against the trump family business. this is what donald trump said about his daughter at the rally. this is political indictment. this is a biden indictment, that stupid trial in new york has been discredited. everybody has been discredited. that comes out of the white house. that is to discourage people from voting. that is to hurt us. we have a big voice. >> ainsley: greg, what are your thoughts here? i heard his attorney this morning, she said, keep in mind, this is civil suit, not a criminal suit. >> yeah, ivanka had little, or no involvement with the financial statements, which is why she was dismissed as a defendant. the state's lawyers called her to the stand, totally mystifying, it doesn't -- really matter, though, it is obvious the judge is going to rule -- century of established common law and it also violates the first amendment to the constitution. so i think in the end, whatever judgement will get tossed. >> ainsley: oh, really? even if found guilty, he'll be able to keep businesses here? >> yeah, i think so in the end. taking away somebody's business is pretty extreme, especially when there is no showing of an intent to deceive, which law requires. >> ainsley: it is new york city and it is donald trump. they are going to do whatever they can, gregg. i don't know if i trust it. >> appellate court will have final say, including potentially federal court. >> ainsley: thanks, gregg. still ahead, how did vivek ramaswamy do at last night's gop debate, rachel will ask him live alongside his wife. they are with rachel down in miami. that is next. it's easy to get lost in investment research. introducing j.p. morgan personal advisors. hey david. connect with an advisor to create your personalized plan. let's find the right investments for your goals okay, great. j.p. morgan wealth management. israel is under attack and jewish families are in danger. israel's enemies seek our destruction. the people of israel need immediate help. rockets have us squarely in the crosshairs. our people are targets in their own homes. many have lost everything and fear for their lives. the international fellowship of christians and jews has launched an urgent response to rescue those affected by this violent attack. our teams are on the ground across israel delivering lifesaving aid. your urgently needed gift of only $45 will help rush food, water, medicine and emergency supplies for jewish families that have nowhere to turn. time is literally running out. what we need you to do is to act now. only unitedhealthcare medicare advantage plans come with the ucard — one simple member card that opens doors for what matters. what if we need to see a doctor away from home? are you seeing a certain age group is in support of you and other side isn't? you say it is generational. >> i think there is particular support amongst young people, millennials who have been on the receiving end of a lot of -- we are as close to world war iii as we have ever been. if we enter world war iii, it is danger for americans in our home land, we can't lull ourselves into submission. entering wars in places like ukraine increase risk of that. one thing i noticed, strong on that issue. now they are tip toeing back. that has not -- exactly. versus first few months of the campaign, i was alone calling occupy hypocrisy and failure, that view aged well with time and people should learn from foreign policy experience is not the same as foreign policy wisdom. it will take a new generation. >> rachel: is it finances and way we are funding it and corruption we are seeing in ukraine, is that why we are changing or there is another war on the horizon? >> i think it is the fact ukraine has not met the objective they told the united states they would meet. we have seen total lack of accountability how our money has been spent. that is wrong, persecution of christians, there is not a democratic nation, the myth this is good versus evil is coming to light. there is not that much difference in the way zelenskyy acts and that has come to light in clearer manner and many people quietly tip toeing back their position. >> rachel: it was interesting to watch. i want to get to questions and talk about the ohio vote. go ahead. >> thank you. good morning. thank you. good morning. my name is catalinna, i am moms for liberty. last night education wasn't a topic in the conversation. what is your input on education? >> great question and this the question for our future, for our next generation. we are parents of two sons ourselves. department of education is head of the snake, 80 billion dollars of taxpayer money going to that federal agency. shut that down and give the 80 billion back to parents and to the people so every parent gets to choose where they send their kids to school and teacher unions are major problem, public schools should be able to compete with private schools, get rid of teachers union. if you move to a school that spends less money, kids should be able to take that money with them. >> rachel: one thing someone told me, your answers are so perfect it makes them nervous, why is that? >> you should be skeptical of any politician, i've only been one for seven months. what sacrifice has somebody made to advance their conviction? first time you and i met, after i wrote my book "woke inc.," when no other ceo was willing to call out hypocrisy of blm. they were tweeting in support of george floyd, i said this is a toxic movement. i had to step down at my job to take on blackrock and otherwise. look at the sacrifice someone made. positions i am making are not popular with the republican donor class. look what sacrifices they make to advance. >> rachel: i've been a political spouse before, it is interesting position. some people say vivek ramaswamy made some missteps, what advice do you give? >> i give him advice i've been giving since the qubeginning, fight for our. we are living amazing blessed lives and we've been frustrated by what politicians have been doing in d.c. for decades, the entire time i've been alive. we are ready for change and i think what he did last night is what so many americans are ready to hear and what the establishment needed to hear and i'm really proud of him. >> rachel: one more question in. ask you something. >> i want to know your position on immigration. >> yes, illegal immigration has to end. illegal migration. use our military to secure our own southern border, rather than -- somebody else's around the world. end incentive taxpayer money should go to that purpose, best border policy of all. i say this, we are kids of legal immigrants to this country and that has a proper place in reviving our country. deburock raitize the h-1, b system, why a lottery system? >> rachel: how worried are you about illegals coming over the border and increase, heightened alert enned increase. how worried are you about that? >> very worry about it. the day i visited the southern border, there were two men from lebanon crossing the southern border, that is not a good sign. if that can happen in israel, on october 7 in israel, that could happen right here at home. it is a shame we have a foreign policy establishment in both parties so worried about sticking their nose and waddeling into conflict on the other side of the world, they left our american homeland as exposed as we've ever been. that will change and that takes a leader who understands we have to set our priorities. my moral obligation is to people who live here in our own homeland and i will not apologize for that. protect the homeland. >> rachel: talk about abortion, big issue, ohio is a state you know well. what is the right way for republicans to talk about this issue? >> i was born, raised and live in ohio and i voted no, i'm disgusted that ohio passed constitutional amendment that allows abortion up to time of birth without parental consent. republican falt failure, there was no proposal on the ballot. it was defined yes or no, we have to offer a vision of our own. i'm injecting ideas more republicans, including men, should embrace. more sexual responsibility for men. more burden on men legally into the state laws if you are genetically confirmed to be the father. that is easy win to say we're all in this together, it is not men versus women, it is not men or women rights, it is human rights. we have to reclaim the appropriate moral high ground. walk the walk when it comes to being pro-life from adoption to child care and greater liability for men. that is how we win on this issue. ohio, i was born, raised and live there, we live there now, if there was reasonable proposal on the ballot, we would have won. it will take an outsider and different generation because i'm sick of losing on this issue and countless others and it will take an outsider to do it. >> rachel: great answer. would have been nice to see them point out radicalism of the other side up to nine months. great conversation. back to you guys. thank you. >> steve: great job. >> ainsley: thank you, rachel. coming up, tunnel to towers brand new houston on veteran village is officially unveiled, just ahead of veterans day. >> brian: check in with bill hemmer for what is coming up. >> what a show you have had. good morning. watching all three hours, well done. we'll pick up in a moment, nikki haley will join us in a matter of moments coming up. donald trump starts his day in court and we are live. and u.s. took action against weapons warehouse in syria, is that enough?
