i'm jesse waters along with judge jeanine pirro, dana perino and greg gutfeld. also harold ford jr. itthis is "the five." brand-new pro-palestinian protests happening right now in new york city as anti-semitic threats and attacks surging in america. jewish communities are on the edge while the biden white house focuses on islamophobia. far left democrats push pro-hamas talking points. a man threatened to execute a rabbi and "every other jew he could find." a woman in indiana arrested after plowing her car into what she thought was a jewish school. she wound up smashing into a building associated with an anti-israel extremist group. in california, an elderly jewish man killed in a pro-palestinian protest. witnesses claim the victim, paul kessler, was struck in the face with a megaphone before falling and hitting his head on the ground. the medical examiner ruling kessler's death a homicide and the sheriff's office hasn't ruled out the possibility of this being a hate crime. a witness describing what happened. listen. >> i, you know, i hear the bullhorn coming from across the street and all of a sudden, you know, i saw, you know, a hand fly with the bullhorn in it. when i saw the -- i saw the bullhorn come across. it was very easy to see from where i was. jess there's also those left wing -- if. >> jesse: there's also those left wing gulls who are ripping down posters of women and children being held hostage by hamas. >> it's the white house's view these actions should be condemned, the pulling down of them or that that's a form of peaceful protest? >> well, guy, i've sort of kind of seen the reporting here and there i think it was from last week. >> there's been 30 million videos. >> no. i hear you. i hear you. i'm just not going to -- i'm not going to -- i'm not going to. >> is that peaceful protests to pull that down? >> i'm just not going to go into specifics on that particular thing. >> it's deeply concerning people would be -- >> i'm just saying as it relates to a lot of reporting out there about violent protests and threats -- >> jesse: kgap had to quickly clean that one up tweeting this after the briefing "tearing down pictures of their loved ones who are being held hostage by hamas is wrong and hurtful." dana, she's on thin ice. >> dana: well, i think she seems to be fully supported by the president but i don't think she's got a lot of time with the president. i could be wrong but one of the things is if you have time with the president, you would know what he thinks about the news of the day as peter alexander said. there's been many of these videos. everybody in communities across america is talking about this. there was a vandalism at the white house about this very issue. it's not just the tearing down of the posters and if you can't in your gut know and say the president condemns the tearing down of the posters and is determined to get every hostage out including the americans and then pivot and talk about the great things that biden is doing to support israel but then for peter alexander to say "can you take this question back" -- thank goodness it was on twitter. if it was a briefing like that, that would have lasted 24 hours. glad she cleared that up. glad to know that's not hurtful. let's not tear down the posters. tearing down the posters has become a symbol of something else. the people that are tearing them down, no, they're not going to get arrested and it's something they can do to make themselves feel powerful, maybe get a video on tiktok, put it out there and show all of their friends and family what they're doing and there's no consequences for them for that. and so to have the white house say it is important. the other thing is about the 69-year-old -- i'm not going to call him elderly -- 69-year-old man who was killed in cali california, i'm sorry for him and for his family, and i think about the difference when jordan nealy on the subway of new york was menacing people in a drugged-out stooper, the homeless guy that daniel penny puts in a chokehold to get him under control and then daniel penny is accused of homicide, right? or manslaughter -- the judge said homicide or manslaughter? >> manslaughter. >> he'll object trial for -- he'll be on trial for the rest of his life. think of the people that came out and condemned penny because of racism. jordan nealy deserved help from a system that is broken. where's the media to talk about paul kessler? how is it i know jordan nealy's name several months after it happened and paul kessler i have to look up. rashida tlaib would be best off condemning that type of violence so people would want to hear you out. instead, you're out there saying from the river to the sea doesn't actually mean what it means as you're playing these mind games because you know how disgusting it actually is and how people feel about that and when she says the american people are not with the president of the united states, think about it, barack obama over the weekend gave credence to what she was saying in the middle of the war when the president of the united states is on an island trying to do the right thing and his poll numbers are watching. anti-semitism is increasing and the war is increasing and they're putting more pressure on israel to take a pause so they can get hostages out. i hope they get hostages out and not just pressuring israel to do a split pause here for political purposes here in america. >> jesse: islamophobia is the cause. >> when it comes to the dead, elderly jewish man, you're seeing the opposite of how the media operates in other instances like police video. suddenly restraint is employed, as it should be all the time, but it's not. restraint is only employed when it doesn't fit their oppressed versus oppressor filter. now, they urge calm and waiting for the facts because when you -- because the news is always suppressed when it's bad for the oppressed. and you notice the difference in age between these rabid hamas protesters and the jewish vigils in new york city. no secret young people are naive and extreme in their beliefs. it's basically passion without wisdom, but that's the problem here. what you're seeing is what happens when adults leave the room. the democrats refuse to believe -- to police this growing malignanciy among their younger peers. they adopt the woke tactics, shutting down speech, pushing for censorship saying republican speech is violence but their violence is social justice, employing the race card and everything, basically saying it's ok to riot and loot after the -- from 2020 on. they justified all sorts of crimes in the name of social justice and now they're redefining jews not as victims of atrocities but genociders themselves and basically advocate for their extermination. the dems have birthed and coddled a monster. now the monster is out. now they're dealing with it. meanwhile, the white house has decided to focus on the narrative of white supremacy for the last few years. you want an opportunity cost? that's an opportunity cost. they're saying there's millions of extremist maga heads out there. meanwhile within their ranks, a racist ideology has grown. they're all wearing masks. now they're putting targets on jews. now you see holy jews go holy crap. i thought these were my allies. the question for liberals is what is left to hate, right? hatred toward the west? hatred toward experience? hatred toward achievement? even hatred toward success. and hatred toward beauty. activists de art. something about activists theydes despise. the question for liberals is how did you expect this would go? more peaceful or more violent when you've been endorsing this over and over again. how did you think this would culminate. you're given a green light to future destruction and future violence! >> jesse: judge jeanine pirro. >> judge jeanine: great to be back at the terrible. look. while the biden administration puts out this national strategy to combat islamophobia, anti-semitism up is by almost 400%. the 69-year-old man who was killed is an example of that. it's already been ruled a homicide, but the question is where's the leadership from the white house on this? jean pierre couldn't answer the question about the bloody hands that are outside the white house and, you know, i just don't want to get into specifications, and all of a sudden -- specifics and all of a sudden they're afraid of rashida tlaib. it's muddy politics. the air of american vote in the united states is less than 1%. but the elections are so close, they have to worry about those numbers. but this white house wants to lecture all of us about hatred extremism and then when they see it, they can't say a word about it. but the thing that gets me and the thing that is so frustrating to me, i kept saying why is it that the world is upside-down now? why is it there are these protests and calling for a cease-fire and everybody's wild when it's never been more dangerous to be a jew in america whether you're on college campuses, whether you're in a school that someone thinks there are jewish people in and therefore she drives her car into it and then i started thinking about it, when isis under the name of islam was killing and beheading arabs in syria, libya and iraq, there was no call for a cease-fire. there were no protests. there were no people carrying flags and yelling, you know, let's protest this. and when the dictators in syria and libya, when they killed 100,000 arabs, there was no call for a cease-fire. nobody protested. nobody raised the flag of their country. but when arabs in the last decade, 400,000 yemenis killed by saudi arabia, no one says anything, but all of a sudden when arabs are killed by jews in a war where under the laws of war they have a right to defend themselves because, what? 1,400 israelis were slaughtered, burnt and beheaded then all of a sudden the world comes out and says how dare they kill palestinians? forget about the fact it's a war and you can do that. ok. i'm sorry. it happened in japan and in germany. but the hate is not about -- it's not passion about pro-palestinian, it's hatred of jews. what we've got here is arabs getting angry because now they think jew hatred is a way to get rid of the jews. >> jesse: harold ford? >> harold: hard to follow that. judge, welcome back. >> judge jeanine: you can't follow that? >> harold: i think your voice on this is powerful. everybody's been great but the way you shared this proliferation of hate and you gave us a brief history of the killings that have happened at region and who it was instigated by. i would say two quick things. you have to be able to categorically, demonstrably and quickly condemn acts of violence if it's political or not. there should be no hesitation. we live in a time now where people justify their own hate toward some issue or some group of people and they feel emboldened and empowered to be able to do it. but, you know, there's so many instances. judge, again, you took the words out of my mouth. we -- if we cannot, those who believe the palestinians are being treated unfairly, those in my party, if you cannot before you say that say what dana said and others have said on this show release the hostages and then a conversation about a pause or a cease-fire could seriously credibly happen, but until then, the judge said it well, we're at war, and we have chosen a side in this war. i hope my side wins. >> jesse: all right, thank you. coming up, time for the biden family to lawyer up. republicans ready to rain down subpoenas on hunter and james. [ applause ] the day you get your clearchoice dental implants changes your struggle with missing teeth forever. it changes how you eat, how you feel, and how you enjoy life. it changes your smile and how others smile at you. clearchoice network doctors have changed over 100,000 lives with dental implants, and they can change yours, too. because a clearchoice day changes every day. schedule a free consultation. my daddy's a cowboy, i'm a cowboy and i'm raising a cowgirl. and discovering that my family come from farmers for generations. this life is in our blood. give the gift of family heritage with ancestry. kevin, where are you?! kevin?!?!?.... hey, what's going on? i'm right here! i was busy cashbacking for the holidays with chase freedom unlimited. you know i can't believe you lost another kevin. it's a holiday tradition! earn big time with chase freedom unlimited. how do you cashback? chase. make more of what's yours. greg: house republicans about to give the biden family a colonoscopy. subpoenas are ready to be sent to hunter bident and president's brother james. they could arrive as soon as this week. they probably want to ask about the series of shady financial transactions uncovered. there's a $40,000 check which many say is the commander-in-chief getting his 10% cut of his family's foreign income. the white house brushing those off as just loan repayments but so far has refused to release evidence that backs that up. comber says that's the tax trick they use. >> we can connect the dots because as you showed on the screen with the series of transactions, that's called money laundering. and this was a very organized criminal enterprise by the biden family. and the reason they did these complicated transactions was to disguise the source of the revenue and to deceive the irs from paying taxes so what you're going to see in the coming weeks is a lot of loans. anytime the bidens have money, they're going to claim it was a loan, because you don't have to report loans on your taxes. >> greg: that comes as the prosecutor who tried to give hunter biden that sweetheart plea deal testifies before congress. david weis claiming politics played no part in the hunter probe. harold, you claim to be a lawyer. >> harold: um, yep. >> greg: i'm still not sure who trump defrauded and what went on there but this is absolutely so clear cut, disguising the source, avoid playing taxes through the interest-free loans. come o harold! this is so easy and yet the media can't grasp it but you can. >> harold: that's a theory mr. comber has. if he could back that up with evidence, then perhaps the justice department and others will pursue a case. if he has -- i can't even pronounce after what we talked about here in the -- >> greg: subpoena. judge, what's a subpoena? >> judge jeanine: it's under you know what! [laughter] >> harold: if these things are to be believed if there's 20 or 30 of them and they'll call the family forward, we'll get the opportunity to hear it. i don't leap to conclusions because someone writes checks to each other. i don't leap to conclusions because someone says it's a loan payment. we had conversations at the break about the law or whether or not someone is charged with manslaughter or homicide. same thing with these things. if there's evidence to back this up, mr. comber has it. >> greg: so he's guilty. thank you, harold. judge, this loan thing and the fact they're interest-free, this is like a common tax cheat, isn't it? >> judge jeanine: pretty common in my experience in addition to the whole biden family -- look, there's nothing more important than putting to rest a claim one way or the other that the president of the united states is corrupt and is the head of an organized criminal enterprise. one of the issues there s ok, let's assume it's repayment of a loan. let me see the loan. let me see the agreement. what's the schedule of payments? if it wasn't a loan, then joe biden is still in a pickle, because if it wasn't a loan, he didn't pay taxes on $240,000. and by the way, the $40,000 is 10% of $400,000 that hunter got from an llc in 2017, the same year that the as what app he said my father and i are waiting here and we want our $500,000. david weis says he wasn't impeded in his investigation at all i don't believe that for a second. why'd he have to be special counsel? why'd it take five years for him to be asked to be special council? why'd it take him five years to come up with a plea deal that was so embarrassing that no one in the justice department never offered it before when i heard today that the baltimore police commissioner got jail time for less tax evasion that hunter biden did. so, you know, david weis is not an innocent player here. this is money laundering and either joe made a loan to the family and they paid him back through chinese funds connected to the chinese -- come on! >> harold: can i ask you a question? >> judge jeanine: yeah. >> harold: i'm not going to do business with china but what's legally wrong with that? >> judge jeanine: it's a chinese connected, communist party connected fuel company where the heads of the government are on the board, then that's illegal. >> harold: tell me what's illegal! i wouldn't do that i don't know what's illegal about that. he was not in office. if you're saying he gave the family a loan and he paid them back through this money, we're making assumptions, i don't know what's illegal about that. >> judge jeanine: because they're promising something in return for that money. what did they give them in return for that? you know contract line. >> harold: i got it. you're saying maybe they said we're going to give you help in the government. >> judge jeanine: maybe. >> harold: i'm trying to figure out what's happening h here. >> greg: as a constitution -- >> jesse: as a constitutional expert, it's quid pro quo. >> judge jeanine: quid pro joe. >> jesse: harold, they were paying him for what he did when he was in office. this came in after he was in eight years with the white house. >> judge jeanine: 2017. >> jesse: he took action as president. he took action favorable to china when he was president. doesn't take a genius to figure it out, harold. if i can figure it out, you can figure it out. here's the thing. biden says he's a big believer in fate, right? i'm a big believer in karma. if you lie and take bribes and hide it for all of these years, it'll come back to bite you. this is coming back to bite him right now. his base, biden's, is leaving at the same time comber is closing in. joe biden is totally exposed here. you need a strong, solid big base to defend some of these investigations. joe doesn't have that. and now i know because i know the media better than the media knows itself when that $40,000 10% for the big guy came in and all i heard was crickets from the press, that tells me they know it's bad and they're not even going to attempt to try to hide it. >> greg: on that note which in a rare form, jessie, makes sense, it is incredible that the media -- this is basically being spoonfed to the media. this is something you could follow and you could make a great story, but they won't. >> dana: they won't and the president's staff and the campaign staff and the lawyers, their job is to make you think this is very complicated. their job is to make you believe that there is reasonable doubt in the court of public opinion, but i can even do 10% math, right? they get the $400,000 payment. it goes into a checking account that has like no money i news en alert. i'm kevin corke live in washington. republican governor tate reeves is clinching a second term as governor of the state of mississippi after defeating democrat brandon pressly, a public service commissioner. pressly conceding just a short time ago. reeves was expected to have the edge, although pressly put up what many observers thought was a pretty good fight. he is, by the way, the cousin of elvis presley. meantime, democrats in virginia reigning victorious after they were able to take full control of the state assembly. they came into the night only having control of the senate. but by night's end, they were also able to win the house. a sharp rebuke for the state's gop governor, glenn youngkin. in kentucky, another big win for democrats. governor andy beshear winning reelection over republica
