they are saying it's only worth $18 million? y'all, you cannot buy a beachfront piece of land where his house is unless you spend $100 million. maybe even more. he is not -- it's not worth 18 million. can you barely buy a town house for 18 million now. >> brian: 100 times that. >> steve: here's the thing about that palm beach property and it is beautiful right on the ocean. >> ainsley: best piece of property down there. >> steve: it really is here's the thing, long ago that was zoned as a club. club values are different than if it divvied up and turned into private residential plots there san item i read over the weekend that said in 2020, donald trump, with the tax people of palm beach county, agreed that the value of mar-a-lago was $28 million. and so that is what -- if it were selling on the real estate. >> ainsley: why would he agree to that? >> steve: lower taxes. the taxes are very high there. >> brian: very common. grieve your taxes and you go to refinance the property this is targeted. >> ainsley: so many people do grieve their taxes. >> steve: regarding new york, and the judge cited this last week. donald trump is a real estate developer. he should know how big his apartment is in trump tower. right? donald trump said it was 30,0000 square feet. it's actually just 11,000 square feet. >> brian: forget about the carjacking. donald trump inflated the size of his apartment. my goodness. put him in jail. >> steve: it's the trial. so anyway the judge wrote a discrepancy of this order and magnitude by a real estate developer sizing up his own living space of decades can only be considered fraud. and that is one of the reasons why this justice, who he is going to sit in front of the next monthor two. >> brian: left wing. >> steve: essentially said you already committed the fraud. >> brian: this should alarm everybody. >> ainsley: hold on. can i say one thing?
