>> extremely irresponsible, childish, foolery, desperate, a lot of different adjectives. a lot of different adjectives. there is no way mr. bowman and say that was a mistake or an accident. before he is saying that you surprised by his explanation? >> no i'm not, absently not. this is the type of the political shenanigans that we see being played across the board. by the entire democratic and progressive party. they will stop at nothing to try to obstruct, distract and get their way. they are good throwing tantrums like little children. eric: let me show you part of what he said in his defense will put up on the screen screen. i am embarrassed to admit i activated the fire alarm and mistakenly think it would open the door. i regret this and sincerely apologize for any confusion this caused. but i want to be very clear this was not me and anyway trying to delayed a vote. it was the exact opposite as trying urgently to get to a vote. my hope is no one want will make more of this then it was. you think people are making more of it than it was? i think people are responding and reacting to exactly what it was. not only was it dangerous for the people in that building that shut down -- people were evacuated. even in school we do fire alarms several times a year. that one was a principal. i am sure he ran fire alarms and instructed the students on what to do. and on the box and in the firem boxes has alarm will sound. this is not something that bauman is a naïve or ignorant too. that was intentional what he did. that was intentional. before you see them in the picture there's on the screen he's pushing it are going to pull it. you don't push it you pull it. let's take a look at the exact a fire alarm itself it's one of the red boxes on the door. those doors essay emergency alarm will sound, there is the fire at the exact fire thing that he pulled. so some action of intentionally pulling it. now let me show you what he has been apparently claiming. we are going to show the difference between a fire alarm there on the left and then on the right you have got for disabled people if you are in a wheelchair you push the button and the door opens. so for the congressman's knowledge they are two different types of advice devices that deal with doors. one on the right opens the door. the one on the left because he fired apartment, the police, the pair makes evacuated building causes a fire alarms to go off and on and because the lights flashed you think he knew the difference? of course he did. a fifth grader would know the difference in that. we are taught that from three years old, from five years old. what is annoying me at this point is the weight we are dancing around this issue and either playing with the idea that it could be any more than it actually is. that is the fire i am going to bring to washington when i get there. we are tired of the political shenanigans. trying to make americans and new yorkers think they are stupid. they are not seeing what they're actually seeing. don't believe your lying eyes. it's like they are desperate. they are desperate at this point because the black vote is walking away. the hispanic vote is walking away our communities are in complete disarray complete shambles. we are struggling this economy. people who work every single they are eating out of food pantries. myself included, okay? eric: you are you are relying on a food pantry? >> yes, yes because the money does not stretch like it used to. i have a job i work every single day. we have to make choice to either pay our rent or buy food. eric: finally on this issue the republican colleague of mr. bowman from the delegation she has drafted a resolution to expel him but here is that your post they say should be censored this with the post editorial says today quote bowman pulled a fire alarm at the capitol as his party try to delay a house vote on a stopgap spending bill jamaal bowman to have the votes so he resorted to sabotage. the capitol police investigate the house should censor him formally and excusable should he be kicked out? >> i've got to see if the charges are against matt gaetz expelling a member of congress is a very serious concern. i have serious disagreements with mr. gates. i think he is actually -- joe biden's favorite republican. because he causes a lot of confusion and dissension inside the department itself. it works for matt gaetz we would've had a funding resolution and had close to 10% cuts in government. but because of it matt gaetz did not get either one of those. we need to pass a resolution on the government because shutting down the government cost the taxpayers more money some people actually think we saved money we actually lose money every time he shut down the government. look, we were faced with this and we ended up getting the resolution of a past rate certainly was not the resolution majority of us wanted but it was a resolution matt gaetz and a few of my colleagues forced us into. if any migrant that's coming through the border right now should have a big sign saying thank you matt gaetz or grassy us and for allowing me too come in because of his actions we were not able to get the funding resolution really wanted. arthel: it sounds like you are not a fan if you have not seen the ethics report just yet. but it sounds like if there is any level of guilt you are fine with expelling him? >> again, expelling a member of congress even though i may have serious disagreements with matt gaetz and i want to say it again he is is joe biden's favorite republican. that is a very serious accident. the people of his district voted him in. i have to see pretty serious allegations against matt gaetz in order for me too kick him out of the house of representatives. i think that is for him echoes for anyone else who is a member at the very serious allegation it needs to be very serious charges against him in order for me too take that action. arthel: it mainly if matt gaetz planning to follow through with his threat to vacate mccarthy, removing him as speaker, shouldn't kevin mccarthy remained speaker of the house? >> absolutely. look, i don't care who he nominates because i am going to vote and i'm going to stay with kevin mccarthy. i am sure and get a number of republicans to stay with kevin mccarthy. so if kevin mccarthy is removed whowhoever gets to replace kevin mccarthy is going to have to be forced to work with the democrats. so thank you matt gaetz for giving us now a coalition government where we have the majority. so exactly who dhec are you working for? are you really a republican or are you a democrat in disguise i have serious concerns about matt gaetz. arthel: explains having to meet you use the terminology forced to work with the democrats. why is that a bad thing? isn't that part of the job to find bipartisanship, to find compromise on the parts and behalf of the betterment of the american people, isn't that the gig? >> yes i agree that is partly love to work in a bipartisan manner. sometimes we were here voted on by the people we represent. we need to make sure we stop the biden agenda. we need to make sure we restore american energy for it we need to reduce the prices at the supermarket and the gas stations. and make america lives better. a lot of the policies the democrats want our complete opposite of what the majority of us once. so somebody who now has to make a deal the democrats is going to stop some things we want, the majority wants. matt gaetz is actually working against republican principles. in that sense, yes i think he is joe biden's favorite republican. i'm sure the democrats and close doors will hear matt gates a big smile comes on their face. arthel: i understand your sentiment i have one last question have to squeeze and excuse me as you well know in order to get to it yes, yesterday impart a deal had to be struck to delete an additional six-point to billion dollars in aid to ukraine from the proposal. do you feel confident in a separate bill will be brought to the floor? do and you do it, you keep that you keep your word for expected republican speaker to honor their word and keep the deal they made months ago when they threatened with almost international bankruptcy about paying our debts. that includes comments made for fully funded services for our veterans and fully fund the needs of the nation. we have transformational investments we are already making to guilt the climate crisis. protected medicare ability and power to negotiate we pay the highest prescription drug prices in the world we are finally making progress although the speaker in overwhelming majority have steadfastly supported ukraine to defend itself against brutalithe brutality of the russ attack on women and children in addition to military and ukraine. there is no ukraine funding. despite that, i did not believe we can let millions of americans go through the pain of a government shutdown. but let's be clear. i hope my friends on the other side keep their word about support for ukraine. they said they're going to support ukraine in a separate vote. we cannot under any circumstance allow america support for ukraio be interrupted. i fully expect the speaker to keep his commitment to secure the passage and support needed to help ukraine as they defend themselves against aggression and brutality. and folks overwhelming number of republicans and democrats in the house and senate who support ukraine. let's vote on it. i want to assure our american allies and the american people the people of ukraine that you can count on our support shoe. we will not walk away. the vast majority of both parties i will say it again, mccright and republics senate and the house support helping ukraine and the brutal aggression being threshed upon them by russia. stop playing games. get this done. this agreement today, while averting a media crisis ends in 45 days now and already moving down. just before thanksgiving. quite frankly i am sick and tired, i am sick and tired of the brinksmanship and so are the american people. i have you all have pointed out to me a lot it's been a long time for i've never quite seen her republican congress or any congress act like this. this magnet republicans brought us to the brink threatened to fall on america's debt for the first time in over 200 years. it would have cost a gigantic world crisis at home and abroad. the recent agreement, we shook hands, said here is the deal. one out now this fall the maga extremists once again have brought us to the break. brink.this time to a government shutdown. going back on the deal they made months ago and not keeping ther word. enough is enough is enough. this is not that complicated. the brinksmanship has to end. there should not be another crisis. there is no excuse for another crisis. consequently i strongly urge my republican friends in congress not to wait. do not waste times as you did all summer. pass a year-long budget agreement part honor at the deal we made a few months ago. we have the strongest economy in the world today, the strongest economy in the world today we really do. but we are the indispensable nation of the world. internationally and domestically in terms of our economy. let's act like it. let's act like it. stop the games. get to work. make sure the american people are allies and friends around the world know what we are do doing, thank you. >> mr. president speaker mccarthy's speakership is now at risk should democrats vote to help them keep that job? >> i don't have a vote on that manner i will leave that to the leadership of the house in the senate for. >> mr. president what are your words to u.s. allies in the zelenskyy on continued funding for ukraine how can you reassure them? >> i couldn't reassure them. look at me, we are going to get it done. i cannot believe those who voted for supporting ukraine overwhelming majority the house and senate the democrat and republican. for pure political reasons let more people die needlessly in ukraine. >> mr. president follow up on you create what is your sense of when the current u.s. fennec might rent out? how much urgency is there what is the timeline in the next couple weeks or months? >> we have time, not much time there's an overwhelming sense of urgency. >> mr. president you going to be able to trust speaker mccarthy when the next deal comes around? >> we just made one about ukraine. so we will find out. >> but are you worried he is going to be forced by fellow republicans to back away from any deal he cuts with you? >> i hope this experience for the speaker has been one of personal revelation. i'm not being facetious. i -- anyway. >> you concerned about americans on the stage given the level we've seen this year? >> it based on the magnet republicans based on what my ministration is doing now. thank you. >> thank you, mr. president. arthel: president biden with a lot to say he is exasperated basically saying enough is enough is enough. they brinksmanship has to end. stop the games, get to work. i have more to summarize right now i have a panel for you today richard fowler is a fox news contributor and radio show host and elite c lee carter is a pold president and partner or she is. so lee, i want to start with you then. the president says he'd didn't believe we could let support for millions of americans beheld up over support for ukraine. but that six-point to billion dollars in additional support for ukraine should pass, what are your thoughts? >> i think the americans disagree with him for 55% of americans say we need to stop funding ukraine start focusing more on the domestic issues. and so despite the fact that is what his whole that point is, americans are not sure it they agree with him on that. i think overall this is not looking good for anybody. if you look at who they view and who they're going to blame for this half of americans and blame both republicans and democrats for getting here. slightly more blame the republicans won in three are blaming republicans. one in four blame joe biden. the end of the day when you look at how people feel about politics in d.c., 65% said they were exhausted 55% say they are angry. enough is enough. people want to see the partisan bickering stop and put the american people first. arthel: richard? >> i tend to agree that there is a general frustration with how people view washington d.c. in this moment the fact they cannot get a lot of things done. if you listen to what you heard speaker mccarthy say earlier on a number of the sunday shows as well as others say i do think there is a way forward. in the next 45 days as they were to get a budget deal done. i think there's going to be a three legged stool it seems to be making itself in the process i think it will include some measures of border security funding. not the builder republicans before but something a little bit in the middle there. i think it will also include funding for ukraine. i do agree sleep there is some apathy or some frustration amongst the american people understanding why were funding ukraine it's more so about our long-term foreign policy strategy how to keep brush at bay understanding both china is watching this and other of our foes are watching to see how we operate in this moment determining what that will be for u.s. foreign policy moving forward. arthel: the president pointed that out too. the president as you both heard, lead this is for you. he asked can you speak -- make any trust speaker mccarthy when it comes to deal the future the president was very measured and he said i hope this experience for the speaker has been one of personal revelation. what do you think? >> i think i'm sure he does hope that. there are so many different pressures at play here. i think things have changed since he made the original deal. kevin mccarthy under a lot of pressure within his own party. but over all this is a lot of pressure on everybody for the president will be wise right now instead of talking about how great the economy is how we must do this. arthel: lee i want you to listen to me want to have this conversation refocus your i would like you to react to the fact the president he did not want to make any disparaging remarks about speaker mccarthy he was very measured against saying i hope this experience for the speaker has been one of personal revelation. do you think kevin mccarthy should remain speaker of the house? >> i think he should present a much better job than anybody thought he would in the beginning. he is under immense pressure i think joe biden of all the people who could be leading right now is fortunate kevin mccarthy someone who is in charge. >> over cute now richard i want to talk about his arch rival his nemesis and match the gates we have reporting depending on the fightings of the ethics committee report there some house to gop members, house to gop members seeking to expel matt gaetz. do you think matt gaetz should be expelled? >> wont have to wait to see that investigation holds. i do think as matt gaetz works to get rid of the speaker those attempts are going to fail. if they do end up working out what will end up happening is multiasmultiple votes as we sawn january which will end up reelecting or reappointing kevin mccarthy to be the speaker of the house. it is telling the quote you used there from the president i think the reason he made that quote is because in this moment the continued resolution we are currently operating under kevin mccarthy had to put that on the floor and depend on democrats to pass that. almost 90 republicans voted against it. that tells you just how cantankerous in this moment the republican caucus actually is which is why the speakers under so much pressure. >> lee i've got 40 seconds with you. what has to change in 45 days to get to a long-term budget? when will kevin mccarthy still be the speaker by then? what has to change and will kevin mccarthy still be the speaker? some significant compromises are going to have to be made both in terms of ukraine they're going to have to give a little ukraine is going at the fund as richard suggested. i think it's not going to be as much is the president would like in this moment part think we will see some compromise i also think the infighting among the republican party has to stop. at the same time democrats will have to make the case and also why the economy is urban stronger. >> fair enough. lee carter, richard fowler good to see both of you thank you for the conversation for. >> charged in the death of tupac's dwayne davis better known as keith d. throughout the years had let it be known on television, in series that he was actually involved. according to him keith d they have enough evidence. they are trying from what i understand and is in jail now for 28 years charged with the murder of someone else. they are trying to get him to testify here against keith d. it is
