>> brian: and you did. that was your best. now something that's going to tick you off. you ready? some of the most enraging stories of the week have to do with kids. people other than their parents who are supposed to be protecting the children are flat out not. case in point i will bring to you vicksburg, michigan where boys are allowed to use the same school bathrooms and locker rooms as girls. >> many female students are using the bathroom only one time a day out of fear of anxiety that a male student could be in the bathroom with them. >> i'm a survivor child sex abuse. do you know how terrifying it is for me as a survivor to put my child n. somewhere i thought was safe. i will not let her step foot in that high school because that is mean putting her in harm's way. >> brian: a group of female students say they even went to school officials about this saying a boy was exposing himself in the bathroom. and a brand new lawsuit the girls say they were told to tolerate it, not to embarrass the biological male pretending to be a girl. instead, they should look away and not bully him/her. and in california, the state is suing a school district for telling parents if their child is changing genders at school, for anyone saying these types of concerns are only coming from conservative parents who are concerned that the parents aren't finding out what their kids are up to at school, i want you to hear from this mom. >> i'm a lifelong democrat. i have a daughter who used to believe that she was a boy. she was indoctrinated by her school. that fact was hidden from me. why do they want to keep this a secret? because we're bigots? because we harm our children? that is a lie. >> brian: joining us right now to discuss this and it's just not an american problem is piers morgan host of piers morgan uncensored on fox nation. we were talking a little bit about this on the break and "the five." this is getting worse. not just an american problem. didn't we start it. >> piers: i would say yes but i would also say in britain we have got the same problem of the woke left trying to dominate an agenda which means their rights for tiny minority of people are now supplanting the rights of the vast majority. i want to ask when i hear that poor mother there talking in the way that she did, i want to ask where are the rights of girls and women in all this debate? why are women being erased? why is the word "woman" now an offensive term? when did we allow biological male to dominate women's sport? and wreck it irrec cobbably potentially. when did we allow young girls to be in some kind of locker room and have biological males walking in and derobing in front of them? when did we let this happen? and how can this be happening just after the me too times up campaign? which went on for years and was supposed to be all about protecting women? who is now protecting women? and i address this as much to other women as i do to you or to men. we can say as much as we like about this, but so many women have been cowered into silence. two afraid to do what their mother did. if they do but the their head out shot down and called transphobic. >> brian: nuts think living 1919 with the taliban in charge but it's not. the administration is not just jumping on the transgender side. they are staying i don't know straddling the fence. listen to what kjp said talking about this thing or really not talking about it. listen. >> the department of education proposal rule as you know that gives schools the flebility to establish their own athletics policies. and so while establishing guardrails, right, to prevent discrimination against transgender kids. that is something that is incredibly important uh, uh, that the president wants to make sure we also do that as well. >> brian: they can't figure it out. they want the school districts to figure it out. she don't know what's good. >> piers: went on to say trans athlete in women sport is very complicated and no easy solution. no it's not complicated. and it's a very easy solution. you ban them. canada today in cricket, i know your favorite sport the canadian national pickerington team has picked their first transgender contributor. a cricketer a male incredibly unsuccessful. never got anywhere near national competition. what does it mean, brian? that means that a biological female has been deprived of the chance of playing for her country because a biological male who was nowhere near good enough as a man to compete at that level is now considered an elite sports woman. it is completely outrageous. >> brian: if i'm right, track and field got ahead of this. and they said no, that's not going to happen. >> some sports have done it. all sports should do it. it's not about being transphobic. i want trans feel have the rights to fairness and equality that we all enjoy. that doesn't mean that in their campaign to get those rights they damage and diminish and destroy women's rights. i say, look, in sport, very simple. you have another category for trans athletes, completely new category. or they compete against their biological sex. as many of them used to, less successfully. >> brian: this is so easy so solve. i wonder why we are not. in the u.k. they say this why want to take it. nhs doctors are told not to ask transpatients their names it's rude, intrusive and insensitive according to officials. so you cannot ask them their gender. you cannot ask them their name. >> that's ridiculous. a little thing, when i fly on british airways, obviously always british airways when i'm on british airways there always used to be a soothing monotone british accent that would say ladies and gentlemen, welcome to your british airways flight. now they are not allowed to say ladies and gentlemen and gentlemen because there might be somebody who identifies as something else on the plane who might or might not be offended to which i say what about my right to be called a gentleman? what about a woman's right to be called a lady? when did those rights get completely destroyed at the alter of trans activism. i want their rights to fairness and equality but i want my right, actually, to be called a man and a gentleman. i want women to be called women. i want girls to be protected. i want women's sport to be protected. and i think the vast majority of people in america and britain and other countries agree with me. >> brian: but california not only doesn't agree with you they are suing a district that says no, we will tell your parents if your 12-year-old girl and you want to be a 12-year-old boy and they're being sued. that's the chico unified school district. >> have you seen this case of an 11-year-old girl who apparently was a little confused at school. and the school said right, we think that you, you know, you are secretly wanting to be a boy. we are going to help facilitate that identify as a boy at the school and we won't tell your parents. the parents sued and won $100,000. that's how this is going to change. you will see a lot of lawsuits because i'm a father of an 11-year-old girl. i have three older sons but an 11-year-old girl that same age. i watched the interview with the mother and daughter on fox today i think it was. and what was striking, this girl, who had been confused is now not confused at all. she is a girl. >> brian: that was "fox & friends." >> piers: so that was your interview, i think. i remember thinking right. so that's my point. they are not emotionally or psychologically or physically equipped to make a decision about what they want to be. the parents should be involved in that decision. and the school is hiding it from parents, in my view, is a form of state sponsored child abuse. >> brian: what if your school had that policy daughter goes to school not informing the parents what would you do. >> i would go completely nuts. i would identify as a raving lunatic and i would go in there and put her out and say she is not coming back here until you stop this woke nonsense. most parents would feel that way. the idea that my daughter could somehow be a boy at school and that was hidden from me as her father, i would find completely outrageous. i think most parents think that. >> brian: do you know what i also would think, most teachers agree with you. >> yes. >> brian: they are subjected to the teacher's unions that said you step out of line you lose your tenure and position and they don't get paid enough anyway. >> too much corporate america and i include unions in all of that as well. too much corporate america and corporate britain and corporate canada and other countries. they are getting bullied into taking positions on this stuff which tailor to a tiny minority of activists and they are forgetting about the vast majority of people who actually lead common sense lives and who want basic principles about the live in to be upheld. >> brian: one new jersey teacher came out and said they were told by the school district to hide the fact that a child told them about they wanted to transition. so what do you do if you are the teacher? you speak up and do the right thing, you lose your job the next day. and the thing is it's easy to say do the right thing. but when you have kids at home and you have got make a living it's tough. >> piers: we had a clinic in london, very infamous clinic where they were performing these surgeries on young kids who wanted to transition. what would have happened with that 11-year-old girl, right, who thought she was a little bit confused. probably a bit of a tomboy. remember tomboys? how prevalent that was. a lot of girls would go through a phase of being tomboys. the idea that he this would be seized by society. >> brian: absolutely. >> piers: put into a clinic and mutilated before they had a chance to even really go through pursuant and work out for themselves what they're actually going to be in life is to me inhumane. >> brian: i don't know how well you studied my biography. >> piers: i studied it 15 times. i want to be you. the duracell bunny. the man who never sleeps. the man who never works you are a template for all of us. you should identify as a duracell bunny. >> brian: well, if i could finish my thought. >> yeah. they are massive coat tails for each party. their candidate brings a lot of other people along. even more than that, this is such an assault on democratic processes. we are crossing lines that i don't think anyone imagined they would do. and i do want to say to monica's point. while it's true that republicans have woken up to how much they need to be concerned about election processes, it's also true that democrats are moving on as well from what they did in 2020 one of the things that president biden did when he first took office he said that he would like every single federal agency to get involved in election nearing on -- i mean, the unstated issue there is on behalf of democrats. so that if you are giving student aid, you have students brought into the election process in a way that benefits democrats. way more than it benefits republicans. this is the type of thing that effects the integrity of election process. republicans should wake up to that as well. >> brian: monica, do you believe this is all an effort to stop trump from being the nominee or to make him a wounded nominee? >> well, that's a very interesting question. and to mollie's point, she is exactly right. the left always has much more imagination and creativity on how to do these things than the right does. we are always fighting the last war. and the left and the democrats are always fighting the next one they have come up with new and creative ways to do. this to your question about what they wanted donald trump i think it's two fold. i think actually they are split on the left. i think a lot of people want to marginalize him. i said in this network in march of 2017 that they wanted -- that they didn't just want to destroy donald trump's presidency, although they did, they wanted the man imprisoned. i said that in march of 2017, and nobody really believed me. so i think there is a big chunk on the left that actually does want to see him completely marginalized i also think there is a big chunk of the democrats who auto would like to see him as the nominee because they believe is he more easily beatable than anybody else. i think they are wrong about that and they need to be careful for what they wish for. >> brian: love to the border real quick because today a few hours ago the democratic governor of massachusetts activated the national guard, mollie, to deal with the immigration crisis they think they have a crisis they should check out new york. the same state that asked people to take in illegal immigrants into their homes what could possibly go wrong. the democratic governors and mayors are panicking because of joe biden's negligence at the border. your thoughts about how this is going to come out? >> well, this is willful efforts by the democrat administration. president biden on his first day removed all sorts of things that had been done under the trump administration to control the border. you had democrats who were very upset at any efforts to secure the southern border. and now they are dealing with what a lot of people throughout the country have dealt with for years with the resources that must be given for all these illegal crossings. >> brian: monica and mollie thanks so much. gina raimondo tells us what the biden administration really wants to get out of china. robert lighthizer and robert o'brien are here next to tell us what our policy should be. don't move. ♪ hey, i just got a text from my sister. you remember rick, her neighbor?
