our children. >> when you see our kids, and i truly believe they are the children of our country. >> i will not let parents come into schools and actually make their own decision. i don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach. >> no place is this fight more evident than in virginia where parents have found the vessel to fight for their rights. governor glenn youngkin. in july youngkin's department of education released new school guidelines to keep parents in charge of their kids. under these new rules, school personnel will have to call children by the pronouns listed in their official school record. not whatever they feel like identifying as that day. kids will also have to use the bathroom that corresponds with their sex, not their chosen gender. no, these seem like common sense guidelines to keep our children safe. but the state's largest school district doesn't think so. fairfax county, virginia is defying youngkin's orders and parents are petrified of what that means for they are kids. >> it's a safety threat to have shared sex spaces that are vulnerable. it is very, very dangerous for females to open this door as we learn from loudoun county. my sons and their friends and most of the other kids that i know across fairfax county completely mortified by the idea of being in a bathroom or a locker room in the presence of a female. >> that mother has every right to be concerned because just next door in loudoun county, virginia, one poor young girl was sexually assaulted in her school bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt. the district tried to cover it up. when her father tried to get justice for his little girl, he was tackled and arrested. that school cared more about virtue signaling than keeping kids safe. there are real-world consequences to these issues, but fairfax county doesn't care. they are going ahead and ignoring the governor's new rules as the county superintendent michelle reed issued this statement saying, quote, we believe that supporting our students and working with parents and caregivers are not mutually exclusive. any student who has a need or desire for increased privacy regardless of the underlying reason shall be provided with reasonable non-stigmatizing accommodations. that is gobbledygook for the school staff won't tell you if your kid wants to change their gender. fairfax county just told the parents, these kids belong to the government. governor youngkin did not take that lying down and his administration responded saying, quote, the fairfax county public schools policy perpetuate a false notion that fc ps knows what is better for a child than a child's parent. the fairfax county school board is expected to follow the law. it didn't take long for the biden administration to rush to the aid of virginia marxist. with everything going on in ukraine and the border, fires in hawaii, this is what the biden administration is worried about? we know this doj has already labeled parents as domestic terrorists. and now they are pushing themselves right into the middle of this virginia debate. because it's not just fairfax county. according to e-mails obtained by the "daily wire", the biden doj reached out to roanoke county school board members in southern virginia to say they were, quote, aware of ongoing community contentions in roanoke following the release of the new model policies for transgender students. and with another e-mail offering, quote, support and services as you work to manage conflict within your community. someone needs to tell joe biden to leave these parents alone. but this problem isn't exclusive to virginia. because just a short ride up the interstate is new jersey which is engulfed in its own gender insanity. three districts in the state past new policies requiring that schools notify parents if a student wants to change their gender. it seems simple enough. the school board just wants to empower parents. listen to what one school board president had to say. >> we cannot get the proper health of these children unless their parents are involved in the conversation. and why are we holding the secrets back from our parents? why do we not want to let the parents know what the thoughts are going through these children's mines? it's such a bigger picture to think that we are actually contemplating having this discussion about if our children should be wanting to change their sexual identity if we should notify the parents. >> believe it or not phil murphy is suing the school districts. both sides me r arguments in court on tuesday and we are still awaiting the decision from the judge. but parents in the garden state are not waiting to make their voices heard. >> it just shouldn't be us at versus them anymore. it needs to be about the children. none of us ever signed up to parent with the government. they are consistently getting involved in our daily lives and what we think and feel and believe in our homes. >> now the question is, who will win? the parent or the government? and what does this mean for our children? let's turn to bruce padula, the board attorney for middletown and jd isaacson, the mom of four. i will start with jeannie. a lot of us are really concerned, angry about what we see happening. of very few people stand up and put a public baseboard. first of all, i want to commend you for your courage. my question to you is, our other parents standing with you? >> thank you, rachel, for having me on tonight. and yes, there are parents that are starting to stand up and realize that they are the voices for their children. and if they don't do it, who will? because at this point, every politician out there, political figure, is kind of trying to get in the way of the family unit and they need to back up. >> yeah. are you seeing bipartisan support, jeannie? >> yes. >> you are? good. bruce, first of all, from a public relations perspective, i just can't imagine why the governor would want to take on parents. it just doesn't seem like a good look. but from a legal point of view, how do you think this will end? >> well, rachel, first, thanks for having me on. i think tuesday was the first battle in a long road. there is two separate actions going on. we have an administrative complaint to deal with. the primary issue, however, is that the state's position compels the school to violate parents fundamental rights under the 14th amendment. and if we get sued, i don't know if the state is going to be there to come in to condemn and indemnify us. i'm pretty sure i know the answer to that. on a practical level it compels us to violate other aspects of new jersey student record laws. gender is a mandated student record and parents are the only ones with access to their child student record. and now the state is telling us to keep a separate confidential student record which will result in material omissions and lying to parents, essentially. >> it is unbelievable. jeannie, i have sum the questions were you. have you had any kind of negative attacks? are you being called a bigot, a transferable, et cetera? >> no, not at all. i do get it from both points of view when it comes to wanting to protect our children because everyone wants to protect their children. i do want to backtrack to something that you just spoke about regarding bathrooms. in our district we had an elementary school issue where a little girl was using the boy's bathroom but was going into these bathrooms and asking the other little boys in there to see their penis. this caused a lot of the young children to not want to use the bathroom because they were scared to. if we bring that up to a high school level where these kids are very hormonal and they are going to test the limits of what they can get away with. where does the line get drawn with sexual harassment? there is so much that can happen at an older age. it is sad. >> yeah, it is really sad we are putting all of our kids, the girls who are in danger, the boys who are in danger of being accused of sexual harassment because we are putting them in bathrooms with girls and creating these kinds of situations. and the fact that in new jersey starting in kindergarten they are teaching sex ed in a very explicit way. i live in new jersey and don't send my kids to public school. this is partly why. it just seems like it's stealing children's innocence and getting away from the mission of the public school. jeannie, i really want to thank you for joining us. i know it's hard to put a public face on this. but you are doing it for all the right reasons. your kids. bruce, thank you for your work as well. appreciated. >> thank you. >> thank you and have a good night. coming up democrats revealed a 2024 campaign strategy. keep trump in court. my name is tonya, i am 42. as mother of nine kids, i think i waited this long to get botox® cosmetic because i take like no time for myself. my kids are sports kids. we're always running from one activity to another. i'm still tonya and i got botox® cosmetic... and this is like the first thing i've done for me in a really, really long time. my life is still crazy, it's just as full as it was before... just with less lines. botox® cosmetic is fda approved to temporarily make frown lines, crow's feet, and forehead lines look better. the effects of botox® cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. alert your doctor right away, as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness may be a sign of a life-threatening condition. do not receive botox® cosmetic if you have a skin infection. side effects may include allergic reactions, injection site pain, headache, eyebrow, eyelid drooping, and eyelid swelling. tell your doctor about your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, and medications including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. see for yourself at botoxcosmetic.com. days on the presidential election calendar is super tuesday. voters in america summer and the united states go to polls to cast their primary ballots. if a candidate cleans up and wins big, they are that much closer to clinching the party's nomination. candidates need to make a big impression. so if they want to when they have to campaign hard and beat you in every one of those states. guess who will have a hard time holding rallies and meetings and meeting up? donald trump. because of his moving court date. fulton county district attorney fani willis one trump's georgia election trial to start march 4th. the day before super tuesday. can you say election interference? and it's not the only trial that will interfere with trump's campaign. light and's doj wants trump in court for the january 6th case on january 2nd. right when the iowa caucuses start, the nevada primary, the new hampshire primary and the south carolina primary will occur. and in may, trump will have to set for trial in florida for the mar-a-lago document case. are you seeing a pattern here? this super tuesday prosecution should tell you everything you need to know about the democrats motivation. this is election interference. and the democrats are getting away with it. this isn't democrat hypocrisy. this is about asserting the democrat hierarchy. this is about asserting their dominance. the government says trump's immediate appearances are part of a criminal conspiracy to change the results of georgia's election. what do they have to say about this then? >> you can run the best campaign. you can even become the nominee. and you can have the election stolen from you. >> was the election in georgia statewide a free and fair election? >> it was not a free and fair election. >> i think he's president that didn't win. how do you fight against that in 2020? >> you are absolutely right. >> this is par for the course. democrats can do pretty much anything they want and face no consequences. they will lock up old ladies who walk the halls of congress on january 6th, but let rioters and looters during the george floyd process walk free. they will let the constituents deny election while trying to put trump in jail for doing the same thing. and the power grab gets even crazier. the georgia judge handling this case once worked for fani willis, the current fulton county da. so the da was once this man's boss and he is not recusing himself? is that weird to you? the democrats are using all of their resources to put their strongest political opponent in jail. and what are republicans doing about it? they just sit back and take it. a lot of people think republicans need to go on offense due to the left what the left does to us. use republican state ag to go after all the democrats who contested and denied elections like hillary and stacey abrams, like eric holder says. when they goal a, kick them. senator ted cruz who i like a lot doesn't agree. >> i share massive frustration over that. let me be clear. i understand the sentiment of if these [ bleep ] we'll weaponize the justice system and tried to lock up republicans were running against them, we ought to weaponize the justice system and lockup democrats were being democrats. i understand that. that is a very human reaction. i don't agree with it. i don't agree with abusing law enforcement, whether it is for my team or the other team. >> sean davis is the founder and ceo of "the federalist" and he joins me now. sean, ted cruz is a smart guy. he's a constitutional scholar, but is he missing the moment? does he not get that day, the democrats, want to destroy the republican party, that they want to consolidate total political power? >> i love ted. he is a great smart guy. i think he has wrong on this. i think that he and others should look at the cold war. how did the u.s. when the cold war against naval empire? they had nukes. we had nukes. we used a policy called mutually assured destruction that said if you so much as even think about launching something against us we will nuke you and your entire country. if we all go down, so be it. it was that doctrine and fear that was instilled in both sides that we better watch it or we will both get nuked. it lead to something of the eventual fall of the soviet empire. you've got to do the same thing here. you cannot tie your hands behind the back and let them punch you in the face and throw you in prison and say i could respond but that would be icky and not make me feel good. you are either interested in winning as a politician and putting points on the board or you are a loser. for too long republicans have been content to be losers. they are happy to beat the spread but don't really want to win. the time for that kind of stuff is over. >> i couldn't agree more. by pointing out the hypocrisy that that will do the trick. it clearly isn't. you are absolutely right. you laid it out perfectly. i want to moves to something else, the gop primary debate which will be on fox next week. we are getting a little preview of the fireworks. a consultant for desantis super pack laid out his debate strategy and it got four basic must do. it said we will talk about how weird this came out. let's just talk about with the strategy is. one, attacked joe biden and the media three to five times. two, state his positive vision for america. two or three times. three, amer vivek ramaswamy. and defend donald trump to an attack from chris christie. this is so weird that this got dropped. do you think this was a mistake and this was meant for the candidate only? and then also it seems so formulaic and just not natural. which is what he is being accused of. >> it wasn't an accident. there is rules about super pacs not being able to coordinate with candidates. instead of coordinating quietly behind closed doors they dump the memos in the public so the people they are rooting for can see them. i guess the advice i would give to everyone on that debate stage is none of your voters, none of your base republican voters are interested in hearing you beat each other up and take pot shots. the base republican voter cares about two things. what will you do to beat joe biden and what would you do to crush the left one to our president? they need to understand they are running for the gop nomination but not running against each other. they are running against joe biden, the corrupt doj and the deep state. how will you take care that? we don't have any interest in the nonsense that they do whether he's more conservative or less conservative. they need to knock it off. tell us what you will do to win and tell us what you will do to crush the left. whoever does that best will win the primary. >> i agree. the person who points out what a weird moment we are in. by the way, i am sick of people saying banana republic. i don't think this banana republic stuff. this is communist off locking up your opponent. whoever points out the obvious is the one who will win. yet the strategy says that ron desantis should attack vivek ramaswamy. what do you think will happen if ron desantis actually does that? >> i think whichever candidate decides that his strategy is to attack everyone else that candidate will not go very far. it's interesting to look at how the vic has been doing. he has no background and doesn't have a lot of name idea. he's come out of nowhere and people are interested in him because he goes out and talks about what he wants to do and talks about how bad things are that the left is doing. he really don't hear a lot from washington republicans. they get used to defending the system. there is a reason vivek ramaswamy is searching and people like him. he is not taking pot shots at the people on his own side. he's talking about what he wants to do. >> i agree. i think there is something else. donald trump and vivek ramaswamy are outsiders. they are not donor favorites. i have to say i am proud of the republican party. they are actually choosing with their heart who they really want and it is showing up in the polls. vivek ramaswamy is now at number two. but donald trump is taking it away. sean, thanks for joining us. always insightful. good luck at "the federalist". >> thank you so much. up next an update on the devastation in hawaii as the death toll continues to rise. hon? lila rose is the live action founder and president. welcome, lilo. this sounds like something right out of science fiction. we are on the road to it. it is going to happen. what will concern you the most. >> it is a wholesale attack on what it means to be a woman and women are under attack today. we are being deconstructed and attacked. our variability and superpower to bring life into the world has been attacked for decades. it is being celebrated as some sort of empowerment when it's the seduction of the superpower bringing life into the world of our own children. it's offensive and quite frankly most americans agree it is totally ridiculous to reduce a woman, a mother to an egg donor or a gestational unit of some kind. this is a human bin, a woman that has unique power which should be celebrated and protected, not attacked. the fact that one of our highest ranking government officials, a man who is masquerading as a woman is doing this to now attack all biological women by saying we can't even call them mothers anymore, the ones that are, is absolutely ridiculous. everybody should be offended and upset about this. it should not be tolerated, this sort of attack on women, especially coming from government officials. >> if anyone sends me a happy egg producer day card i will slap them in the face even if it is my kid. let's talk about this pod that they are creating, these artificial wombs that i guess are going to displace women as well. i am kind of thinking there is a lot of good corporate interest in this. you can get maternity leave. a lot of profit making can be made from removing women from the child birthing experience altogether. >> listen, just because science maybe able to do something, doesn't mean it is good to do it. nuclear weaponry is something that has to be used very carefully if used at all. there has to be ethics to control how we use any sort of technological developments. similarly with the artificial womb, babies belong with mothers. they need to be nourished biologically by mothers. to sever that deep spiritual and physical connection as you said earlier is an attack on motherhood and the child. we should be looking very carefully and hesitantly at an artificial womb. we should celebrate the wombs of mothers and do everything to improve bonding between mothers and children instead of separating them. >> absolutely. it's a very interesting question. awed that wired magazine would be thinking about abortion rights as we have to discuss very deeply the bioethics of this and the implications for the human race, frankly. lila, always great to have you on the show. thank you for your thoughts. >> thanks, rachel. >> god bless. coming up, the man behind the song of the summer breaks his silence. my mental health was much better, but i struggled with uncontrollable movements called td, tardive dyskinesia. td can be caused by some mental health meds. and it's unlikely to improve without treatment. i felt like my movements were in the spotlight. ingrezza is a prescription medicine to treat adults with td movements. ingrezza is different. it's the simple, once-daily treatment proven to reduce td that's #1 prescribed. people taking ingrezza can stay on their current dose of most mental health meds. ingrezza 80 mg is proven to reduce td movements in 7 out of 10 people. don't take ingrezza if you're allergic to any of its ingredients. ingrezza may cause serious side effects, including sleepiness. don't drive, operate heavy machinery, or do other dangerous activities until you know how ingrezza affects you. other serious side effects include potential heart rhythm problems and abnormal movements. it's nice people focus more on me. ask your doctor about #1 prescribed, once-daily ingrezza. learn how you could pay as little as zero dollars at ingrezza.com ♪ ingrezza ♪ it is time for this week's headline round up. let's bring and cohost of the bottom line on foxbusiness and my good-looking husband sean duffy. first up, over in california a woman was woken up at 6:00 a.m. when she thought she heard someone climbing on her roof. when she stepped outside she saw something that will haunt her for the rest of her life. watch this. >> i was standing at the front door and peeking out. i see the grass moving over here. there is a hole [ bleep ] man living here for months living underneath the house. you know how creepy it is to see a [ bleep ] arm come out of this? our children. >> when you see our kids, and i truly believe they are the children of our country. >> i will not let parents come into schools and actually make their own decision. i don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach. >> no place is this fight more evident than in virginia where parents have found the vessel to fight for their rights. governor glenn youngkin. in july youngkin's department of education released new school guidelines to keep parents in charge of their kids. under these new rules, school personnel will have to call children by the pronouns listed in their official school record. not whatever they feel like identifying as that day. kids will also have to use the bathroom that corresponds with their sex, not their chosen gender. no, these seem like common sense guidelines to keep our children safe. but the state's largest school district doesn't think so. fairfax county, virginia is defying youngkin's orders and parents are petrified of what that means for they are kids. >> it's a safety threat to have shared sex spaces that are vulnerable. it is very, very dangerous for females to open this door as we learn from loudoun county. my sons and their friends and most of the other kids that i know across fairfax county completely mortified by the idea of being in a bathroom or a locker room in the presence of a female. >> that mother has every right to be concerned because just next door in loudoun county, virginia, one poor young girl was sexually assaulted in her school bathroom by a boy wearing a skirt. the district tried to cover it up. when her father tried to get justice for his little girl, he was tackled and arrested. that school cared more about virtue signaling than keeping kids safe. there are real-world consequences to these issues, but fairfax county doesn't care. they are going ahead and ignoring the governor's new rules as the county superintendent michelle reed issued this statement saying, quote, we believe that supporting our students and working with parents and caregivers are not mutually exclusive. any student who has a need or desire for increased privacy regardless of the underlying reason shall be provided with reasonable non-stigmatizing accommodations. that is gobbledygook for the school staff won't tell you if your kid wants to change their gender. fairfax county just told the parents, these kids belong to the government. governor youngkin did not take that lying down and his administration responded saying, quote, the fairfax county public schools policy perpetuate a false notion that fc ps knows what is better for a child than a child's parent. the fairfax county school board is expected to follow the law. it didn't take long for the biden administration to rush to the aid of virginia marxist. with everything going on in ukraine and the border, fires in hawaii, this is what the biden administration is worried about? we know this doj has already labeled parents as domestic terrorists. and now they are pushing themselves right into the middle of this virginia debate. because it's not just fairfax county. according to e-mails obtained by the "daily wire", the biden doj reached out to roanoke county school board members in southern virginia to say they were, quote, aware of ongoing community contentions in roanoke following the release of the new model policies for transgender students. and with another e-mail offering, quote, support and services as you work to manage conflict within your community. someone needs to tell joe biden to leave these parents alone. but this problem isn't exclusive to virginia. because just a short ride up the interstate is new jersey which is engulfed in its own gender insanity. three districts in the state past new policies requiring that schools notify parents if a student wants to change their gender. it seems simple enough. the school board just wants to empower parents. listen to what one school board president had to say. >> we cannot get the proper health of these children unless their parents are involved in the conversation. and why are we holding the secrets back from our parents? why do we not want to let the parents know what the thoughts are going through these children's mines? it's such a bigger picture to think that we are actually contemplating having this discussion about if our children should be wanting to change their sexual identity if we should notify the parents. >> believe it or not phil murphy is suing the school districts. both sides me r arguments in court on tuesday and we are still awaiting the decision from the judge. but parents in the garden state are not waiting to make their voices heard. >> it just shouldn't be us at versus them anymore. it needs to be about the children. none of us ever signed up to parent with the government. they are consistently getting involved in our daily lives and what we think and feel and believe in our homes. >> now the question is, who will win? the parent or the government? and what does this mean for our children? let's turn to bruce padula, the board attorney for middletown and jd isaacson, the mom of four. i will start with jeannie. a lot of us are really concerned, angry about what we see happening. of very few people stand up and put a public baseboard. first of all, i want to commend you for your courage. my question to you is, our other parents standing with you? >> thank you, rachel, for having me on tonight. and yes, there are parents that are starting to stand up and realize that they are the voices for their children. and if they don't do it, who will? because at this point, every politician out there, political figure, is kind of trying to get in the way of the family unit and they need to back up. >> yeah. are you seeing bipartisan support, jeannie? >> yes. >> you are? good. bruce, first of all, from a public relations perspective, i just can't imagine why the governor would want to take on parents. it just doesn't seem like a good look. but from a legal point of view, how do you think this will end? >> well, rachel, first, thanks for having me on. i think tuesday was the first battle in a long road. there is two separate actions going on. we have an administrative complaint to deal with. the primary issue, however, is that the state's position compels the school to violate parents fundamental rights under the 14th amendment. and if we get sued, i don't know if the state is going to be there to come in to condemn and indemnify us. i'm pretty sure i know the answer to that. on a practical level it compels us to violate other aspects of new jersey student record laws. gender is a mandated student record and parents are the only ones with access to their child student record. and now the state is telling us to keep a separate confidential student record which will result in material omissions and lying to parents, essentially. >> it is unbelievable. jeannie, i have sum the questions were you. have you had any kind of negative attacks? are you being called a bigot, a transferable, et cetera? >> no, not at all. i do get it from both points of view when it comes to wanting to protect our children because everyone wants to protect their children. i do want to backtrack to something that you just spoke about regarding bathrooms. in our district we had an elementary school issue where a little girl was using the boy's bathroom but was going into these bathrooms and asking the other little boys in there to see their penis. this caused a lot of the young children to not want to use the bathroom because they were scared to. if we bring that up to a high school level where these kids are very hormonal and they are going to test the limits of what they can get away with. where does the line get drawn with sexual harassment? there is so much that can happen at an older age. it is sad. >> yeah, it is really sad we are putting all of our kids, the girls who are in danger, the boys who are in danger of being accused of sexual harassment because we are putting them in bathrooms with girls and creating these kinds of situations. and the fact that in new jersey starting in kindergarten they are teaching sex ed in a very explicit way. i live in new jersey and don't send my kids to public school. this is partly why. it just seems like it's stealing children's innocence and getting away from the mission of the public school. jeannie, i really want to thank you for joining us. i know it's hard to put a public face on this. but you are doing it for all the right reasons. your kids. bruce, thank you for your work as well. appreciated. >> thank you. >> thank you and have a good night. coming up democrats revealed a 2024 campaign strategy. keep trump in court. my name is tonya, i am 42. as mother of nine kids, i think i waited this long to get botox® cosmetic because i take like no time for myself. my kids are sports kids. we're always running from one activity to another. i'm still tonya and i got botox® cosmetic... and this is like the first thing i've done for me in a really, really long time. my life is still crazy, it's just as full as it was before... just with less lines. botox® cosmetic is fda approved to temporarily make frown lines, crow's feet, and forehead lines look better. the effects of botox® cosmetic may spread hours to weeks after injection causing serious symptoms. alert your doctor right away, as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems or muscle weakness may be a sign of a life-threatening condition. do not receive botox® cosmetic if you have a skin infection. side effects may include allergic reactions, injection site pain, headache, eyebrow, eyelid drooping, and eyelid swelling. tell your doctor about your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, and medications including botulinum toxins as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. see for yourself at botoxcosmetic.com. days on the presidential election calendar is super tuesday. voters in america summer and the united states go to polls to cast their primary ballots. if a candidate cleans up and wins big, they are that much closer to clinching the party's nomination. candidates need to make a big impression. so if they want to when they have to campaign hard and beat you in every one of those states. guess who will have a hard time holding rallies and meetings and meeting up? donald trump. because of his moving court date. fulton county district attorney fani willis one trump's georgia election trial to start march 4th. the day before super tuesday. can you say election interference? and it's not the only trial that will interfere with trump's campaign. light and's doj wants trump in court for the january 6th case on january 2nd. right when the iowa caucuses start, the nevada primary, the new hampshire primary and the south carolina primary will occur. and in may, trump will have to set for trial in florida for the mar-a-lago document case. are you seeing a pattern here? this super tuesday prosecution should tell you everything you need to know about the democrats motivation. this is election interference. and the democrats are getting away with it. this isn't democrat hypocrisy. this is about asserting the democrat hierarchy. this is about asserting their dominance. the government says trump's immediate appearances are part of a criminal conspiracy to change the results of georgia's election. what do they have to say about this then? >> you can run the best campaign. you can even become the nominee. and you can have the election stolen from you. >> was the election in georgia statewide a free and fair election? >> it was not a free and fair election. >> i think he's president that didn't win. how do you fight against that in 2020? >> you are absolutely right. >> this is par for the course. democrats can do pretty much anything they want and face no consequences. they will lock up old ladies who walk the halls of congress on january 6th, but let rioters and looters during the george floyd process walk free. they will let the constituents deny election while trying to put trump in jail for doing the same thing. and the power grab gets even crazier. the georgia judge handling this case once worked for fani willis, the current fulton county da. so the da was once this man's boss and he is not recusing himself? is that weird to you? the democrats are using all of their resources to put their strongest political opponent in jail. and what are republicans doing about it? they just sit back and take it. a lot of people think republicans need to go on offense due to the left what the left does to us. use republican state ag to go after all the democrats who contested and denied elections like hillary and stacey abrams, like eric holder says. when they goal a, kick them. senator ted cruz who i like a lot doesn't agree. >> i share massive frustration over that. let me be clear. i understand the sentiment of if these [ bleep ] we'll weaponize the justice system and tried to lock up republicans were running against them, we ought to weaponize the justice system and lockup democrats were being democrats. i understand that. that is a very human reaction. i don't agree with it. i don't agree with abusing law enforcement, whether it is for my team or the other team. >> sean davis is the founder and ceo of "the federalist" and he joins me now. sean, ted cruz is a smart guy. he's a constitutional scholar, but is he missing the moment?
