in fact, the date proposed is the day before super tuesday. how do you think this is going over for the former president and his team right now? >> that could force him to lose a very critical election window ahead of, you know, actually determining who the nominee is. in march, trial date for the disgraced four times indicted x president had to count there. >> laura: it's like they are all ready to pop. they do have that special glow. they are expecting that trump's legal troubles will deliver a surprise next year this handicaps donald trump. it hurts donald trump. this is a general election challenge for the president that likely emboldens the incumbent joe biden. >> laura: these self-proclaimed defenders of democracy, they want you to believe that their priority is restoring respect and dignity to journalism and to politics. it's going to be justice for all. but, when you listen coastally, you see what they are really all about. they are really accusing trump of what they, themselves are. just vengeful idealogues who revel in the humiliation and shame of others. >> in everything you're going to be able to see live on tv. there are going to be mug shots there are going to be fingerprints. >> donald trump will be fingerprinted. he will be photographed. and end up with a mugshot. >> the very first presidential mugshot. >> how is a mugshot of the former president in any way necessary or in any way good for america? are they really worried that he is going to disappear into the general population or that as a 2024 presidential candidate that he is going to try to leave the country, flee? i half expect him to push for bail to be set at a billion dollars that will show him. the sick fantasy never ends. >> donald trump will find it very difficult to be even be given bail. >> there is bail. that is the thing that he is not factoring in if he continues speaking the way he has been speaking one, if not more of these judges will take action. >> laura: will take action. of course for years the humiliation squad has been itching to see not just that trump mugshot, but also to have him behind bars. >> you are saying that a judge could lock limb up awaiting trial. >> it would be incremental punishment. >> the first thing donald trump has to do is go to jail. he is now facing jail time and a whole bunch of different places. >> laura: now, think about how strange and how sad it is to be a political analyst and what you are hoping for most is to take an opposition candidate off the campaign trail so no real debate, no real campaign, just to be silenced. if not put in actual prison, they ponder how to some him from doing more so-called damage to america. >> there's this question of how do you contain donald trump, perry. >> she could also revoke his bail and put him under house arrest. >> laura: house arrest. of course. even that's not good enough for these vipers. so the big thinkers over at salon described trump under house arrest and trump being deprived of his phone as somewhat unsatisfying. but it actually gets worse. amanda marcotte wrote it's better for everyone if trump actually loses freedom from these threatening antics. it's better for almost everyone for trump to be in prison, not be able to speak? certainly the 74 million who voted for trump in 2020 would beg to differ not that salon actually considers those 74 million people to be actual human beings entitled to their own views. and as usual, as part of their act, democrats always seize the opportunity to portray donald trump supporters as potential domestic terrorists. the country shouldn't be directed by them. it should be protected from them. >> we had increasing amount of security outside of the fulton county courthouse. >> >> the security concerns around the courthouse and what might happen in georgia as this case progresses. >> she has reached out to the sheriffs for protection. she has notified the judges to have them keep their staff at home. >> laura: what's really going on here? could this be the pretext to justify not just limits on trump's own speech, but 2024 limits on campaign rallies, campaigning at all or even in person voting? >> those poll workers in georgia who received -- were targets of such hate and terrible racism and threats of violence because they were unfairly maligned by trump. there's real concerns about elections this time around. >> violence is always looming on the hoards, especially in this moment. >> just half a percent or even a percent of that half of percent think that violence is the answer, they are going to go after these folks. this is very scary. >> laura: what is scary is that their entire reason for being, for living seems to be singularly focused on seeing trump humiliated. by the way these fanatics aren't just giddy because they want to see trump shamed in these trials and everything that will come with the trials, they also firmly believe that they are putting conservative populism on trial as well. now, we all know and i certainly know as a former criminal kevin's attorney that anything can happen when juries are involved. even in what are obviously politically motivated prosecutions. but, anyone predicting that the pig pile that we're seeing on trump, predicting that that's going to lead to the demise of the america first movement, well, that person himself will be humiliated down the road. and that's the angle. joining us now is stephen miller, former senior adviser to president trump and founder of america first legal. steven, given these proposed court dates, by jack smith and fani willis, does anyone really expect the american people to believe that this isn't a series of political hit jobs designed to interfere with the election next year? >> no. and not even trying to hide it, laura. let's be honest. as you played all the sound during your exemplary analysis they are giddy about it. they are gleeful. they are excited. their goal is to pull up trumpest poppism by root and branch from this country. as you said they will fail and they will fail spectacularly. they are going to causes a much damage human personal damage not just to hurt president trump but to hurt his allies, hurt his supporters, financially ruin and jail anyone that they can that's associated with him and inflict as much pain as possible that's their objective. it's openly political. it's open vendetta ultimately the american people will have to decide whether that's a system authoritarian ideology they want to support. >> laura: speaking of populism, steven, and what their real goal here is to go back to the old rockefeller style republicanism. the issue of his tore i can't bees weighing in. which we have seen a lot. the historians claiming that, well, if you don't defeat trump, if you don't jail trump, you're basically letting a combination of hitler, stalin, pal pot and every other dictator back into the white house. this is from walter isaac son. >> this combination of populism and yearning for the strong man, most of the time deceivers break. sometimes they don't. we have a couple examples where the fever didn't break and it led to wars. there has actually been a reduction in the sense that democracy is the core is what america is all about. >> laura: steven, last time i checked jail-timing your political opponent or trying to jail your political opponent is what we saw with what putin just did with navalny, extending his sentence by, what another 17 years a couple weeks ago? that's what putin and xi do. >> yes. at least, at least four regimes pretend that people they're jailing are guilty of spying. that they're agents of a foreign country. now, here in america, we are just imprisoning people for speech we don't like. we are imprisoning people for asking them to lobby a state legislature or to watch a particular tv program. that's where we have gotten to in this country. we are going to throw conservative lawyers in jail if we disagree with their faithfully argued legal theories. as i said, this is a truly authoritarian ideology that we are seeing from the left in america today, from the democratic party in america today. and i believe that they are laying out the template to criminalize speech and political dissent amongst every day americans. so, in other words, and you allude to this in your monologue, by describing president trump as an enemy of the state, the creating a foundation to treat his supporters as the same. to treat their speech as the same. it's not free speech, it's hate speech. and hate speech must be policed. and hate speech is dangerous. it's a threat to public order. and those who spread it must be punished. so i really think this is a dangerous moment, laura. >> laura: stephen, quickly, do you agree that there is a building movement out there on the left to push for some type of emergency, you know, order in various states given the threats because of these trials? i mean, i foresee that being used in all sorts of ways during this campaign. maybe all the way into the fall of 2024. >> oh, unquestionably. no, they have pierced that vale. the idea that free speech is sacred in america is dead now. there's now criminal speech in this country. they say that if they don't like your speech, that speech is violent that speech is dangerous. that speech is a threat to public safety. they laid out the template when they policed covid speech and now they are prosecuting president trump and his attorneys under that exact same theory so you're right, laura, that is what is coming next. >> laura: stephen, great to see you. thank you. now to the judge assigned to trump's georgia case, scott mcafee, he graduated from the university of georgia law school about 10 years ago and has been a judge for six whole months. but the most interesting thing about him is something that the "new york times" of all places pointed out. that he used to work for the d.a. who brought the case fani willis. joining us now is jonathan turley, professor of law at g.w. university and a fox news contributor. >> professor turley, look, the legal world is quite intertwined. all of us know someone who used to work for someone. but, given the importance of this case, is this -- is this a little too close for comfort if you are one of these 19 defendants? >> you know, i'm going to give this judge the benefit of the doubt. we'll have to see how he performs. he is young. he doesn't have a lot of experience. but he does, as a judge, he does have experience in the courtroom. you know, the key, laura, in my view, in these cases, is really the essence of the judge as opposed to the extent of their experience. what you really want someone -- from someone is that they are going to listen to both sides, to be fair to understand this is historical moment and what that moment calls for is to assure both sides of this deeply divided country that this is going to be a fair trial and it's always concerning with state judges that have to stand for election, you know, being viewed as in any way helpful to donald trump in atlanta is not a way to get reelected. it's going to take great deal of courage from this young judge to say i'm going to do this the right way. even if it's taken the wrong way by many people who will be voting in the judicial election. >> laura: ted we learned that fani willis wants to start this trial on march 4th. just one day after super tuesday. one day before super tuesday, excuse me. will this fairly expedite the schedule in terms of this type of litigation, will this run into problems? he. >> it is clearly going to run into problems. i'm speaking as a criminal defense attorney, that this schedule is really imrosly unfair. to donald trump i mean, what she is suggesting, 1 people. >> 19 people on trial. and this is going to be this massive production and she is going to do it in this rather short period of time. now, the defense has to go through what are effectively three grand juries. three years of investigation there is can 19 defendants that may have conflicts. there is going to be a flurry of motions. constitutional questions raised. on indictments but jamming together these trials. daisy chaining tm from super tuesday to vishted actually the inauguration if you count the civil cases as well. at some point judges are going to have to step in and be a mature voice and say, look, okay, stop it this guy has got to prepare a defense in multiple cases. you are not the first prosecutor to file. and get in line it not on the part of meadows but others working in a federal capacity that it all could be moved to federal court and especially given the duel track with jack smith, a lot of the same claims are covered albeit on a state level. >> it is possible because we are living in uncertain and interesting times which itself is a curse. you know, the -- there are issues here that president trump will raise some of these actions occurred when he was president. some of the conversations that are cited occurred in the oval office. some occurred with his associates. in some ways willis may have really tripped the wire here. you know, i called this sort of the jackson pollock school of prosecution. she threw everything against the canvas and looked to see if a picture emerged. said this is all one big conspiracy. every tweet, every speak that we site. well, by doing that she also tripped wires with regard to his time as president. and that has created this question of whether it could be removed. >> laura: jonathan, that's a big insult to jackson pull lock. but i appreciate you working him into your response. >> thank you, laura. >> laura: up next that, ongoing tragedy in i believe this is a shakedown. i believe that michael knew that because he said it three times in his book that he understood exactly what was happening here. i believe that this is going to end up being a sad, sad ending for everybody and i don't think michael and his case will get traction. this doesn't distract from it. this should be a relationship that was set in stone. this should be a loving relationship. apparently it's not. you know what else. let me tell you something. a couple of weird things. sandra bullock so give her oscar away because she didn't deserve it based on all this. the woman did a story. she was handed a script and she got an oscar. and frankly the second thing is the selling of a book. let's be honest. by now many people have forgotten who michael is. you bring this up and guess what? all publicity bad or good is publicity if you are trying to sell a book. i think this will be thrown out and it's just a sad chapter. >> one of the sons of the tuohys has spoken out. he essentially says that the family is willing to let him out of the conservatorship at any time at this point. >> one thing what is he going to say? he is an adult male and has his own thing. they should let him out. it would be interesting that the 2.5%. the tuohys said we got x amount of dollars. sums that it was $14,000 and other said it was $25,000. the 2.5% is the big number. this movie made a ton of money. we will see where it goes. michael wants his piece of the pie and we will check it out. >> great to see you tonight. that's at tonight. set your dvr so you always stay connected with us. we love it when you do. follow me on twitter and instagram. up next judge jeanine. it's the one year anniversary of the inflation reduction act and gas is still close to $4 a gallon. half the country is living paycheck to paycheck and everything at the supermarket is way too expensive. but president biden today stood in front of the country and said you are welcome. >> bidenomics is another way of saying restoring the american dream. >> do you think it's any easie

in fact, the date proposed is the day before super tuesday. how do you think this is going over for the former president and his team right now? >> that could force him to lose a very critical election window ahead of, you know, actually determining who the nominee is. in march, trial date for the disgraced four times indicted x president had to count there. >> laura: it's like they are all ready to pop. they do have that special glow. they are expecting that trump's legal troubles will deliver a surprise next year this handicaps donald trump. it hurts donald trump. this is a general election challenge for the president that likely emboldens the incumbent joe biden. >> laura: these self-proclaimed defenders of democracy, they want you to believe that their priority is restoring respect and dignity to journalism and to politics. it's going to be justice for all. but, when you listen coastally, you see what they are really all about. they are really accusing trump of what they, themselves are. just vengeful idealogues who revel in the humiliation and shame of others. >> in everything you're going to be able to see live on tv. there are going to be mug shots there are going to be fingerprints. >> donald trump will be fingerprinted. he will be photographed. and end up with a mugshot. >> the very first presidential mugshot. >> how is a mugshot of the former president in any way necessary or in any way good for america? are they really worried that he is going to disappear into the general population or that as a 2024 presidential candidate that he is going to try to leave the country, flee? i half expect him to push for bail to be set at a billion dollars that will show him. the sick fantasy never ends. >> donald trump will find it very difficult to be even be given bail. >> there is bail. that is the thing that he is not factoring in if he continues speaking the way he has been speaking one, if not more of these judges will take action. >> laura: will take action. of course for years the humiliation squad has been itching to see not just that trump mugshot, but also to have him behind bars. >> you are saying that a judge could lock limb up awaiting trial. >> it would be incremental punishment. >> the first thing donald trump has to do is go to jail. he is now facing jail time and a whole bunch of different places. >> laura: now, think about how strange and how sad it is to be a political analyst and what you are hoping for most is to take an opposition candidate off the campaign trail so no real debate, no real campaign, just to be silenced. if not put in actual prison, they ponder how to some him from doing more so-called damage to america. >> there's this question of how do you contain donald trump, perry. >> she could also revoke his bail and put him under house arrest. >> laura: house arrest. of course. even that's not good enough for these vipers. so the big thinkers over at salon described trump under house arrest and trump being deprived of his phone as somewhat unsatisfying. but it actually gets worse. amanda marcotte wrote it's better for everyone if trump actually loses freedom from these threatening antics. it's better for almost everyone for trump to be in prison, not be able to speak? certainly the 74 million who voted for trump in 2020 would beg to differ not that salon actually considers those 74 million people to be actual human beings entitled to their own views. and as usual, as part of their act, democrats always seize the opportunity to portray donald trump supporters as potential domestic terrorists. the country shouldn't be directed by them. it should be protected from them. >> we had increasing amount of security outside of the fulton county courthouse. >> >> the security concerns around the courthouse and what might happen in georgia as this case progresses. >> she has reached out to the sheriffs for protection. she has notified the judges to have them keep their staff at home. >> laura: what's really going on here? could this be the pretext to justify not just limits on trump's own speech, but 2024 limits on campaign rallies, campaigning at all or even in person voting? >> those poll workers in georgia who received -- were targets of such hate and terrible racism and threats of violence because they were unfairly maligned by trump. there's real concerns about elections this time around. >> violence is always looming on the hoards, especially in this moment. >> just half a percent or even a percent of that half of percent think that violence is the answer, they are going to go after these folks. this is very scary. >> laura: what is scary is that their entire reason for being, for living seems to be singularly focused on seeing trump humiliated. by the way these fanatics aren't just giddy because they want to see trump shamed in these trials and everything that will come with the trials, they also firmly believe that they are putting conservative populism on trial as well. now, we all know and i certainly know as a former criminal kevin's attorney that anything can happen when juries are involved. even in what are obviously politically motivated prosecutions. but, anyone predicting that the pig pile that we're seeing on trump, predicting that that's going to lead to the demise of the america first movement, well, that person himself will be humiliated down the road. and that's the angle. joining us now is stephen miller, former senior adviser to president trump and founder of america first legal. steven, given these proposed court dates, by jack smith and fani willis, does anyone really expect the american people to believe that this isn't a series of political hit jobs designed to interfere with the election next year? >> no. and not even trying to hide it, laura. let's be honest. as you played all the sound during your exemplary analysis they are giddy about it. they are gleeful. they are excited. their goal is to pull up trumpest poppism by root and branch from this country. as you said they will fail and they will fail spectacularly. they are going to causes a much damage human personal damage not just to hurt president trump but to hurt his allies, hurt his supporters, financially ruin and jail anyone that they can that's associated with him and inflict as much pain as possible that's their objective. it's openly political. it's open vendetta ultimately the american people will have to decide whether that's a system authoritarian ideology they want to support. >> laura: speaking of populism, steven, and what their real goal here is to go back to the old rockefeller style republicanism. the issue of his tore i can't bees weighing in. which we have seen a lot. the historians claiming that, well, if you don't defeat trump, if you don't jail trump, you're basically letting a combination of hitler, stalin, pal pot and every other dictator back into the white house. this is from walter isaac son. >> this combination of populism and yearning for the strong man, most of the time deceivers break. sometimes they don't. we have a couple examples where the fever didn't break and it led to wars. there has actually been a reduction in the sense that democracy is the core is what america is all about. >> laura: steven, last time i checked jail-timing your political opponent or trying to jail your political opponent is what we saw with what putin just did with navalny, extending his sentence by, what another 17 years a couple weeks ago? that's what putin and xi do. >> yes. at least, at least four regimes pretend that people they're jailing are guilty of spying. that they're agents of a foreign country. now, here in america, we are just imprisoning people for speech we don't like. we are imprisoning people for asking them to lobby a state legislature or to watch a particular tv program. that's where we have gotten to in this country. we are going to throw conservative lawyers in jail if we disagree with their faithfully argued legal theories. as i said, this is a truly authoritarian ideology that we are seeing from the left in america today, from the democratic party in america today. and i believe that they are laying out the template to criminalize speech and political dissent amongst every day americans. so, in other words, and you allude to this in your monologue, by describing president trump as an enemy of the state, the creating a foundation to treat his supporters as the same. to treat their speech as the same. it's not free speech, it's hate speech. and hate speech must be policed. and hate speech is dangerous. it's a threat to public order. and those who spread it must be punished. so i really think this is a dangerous moment, laura. >> laura: stephen, quickly, do you agree that there is a building movement out there on the left to push for some type of emergency, you know, order in various states given the threats because of these trials? i mean, i foresee that being used in all sorts of ways during this campaign. maybe all the way into the fall of 2024. >> oh, unquestionably. no, they have pierced that vale. the idea that free speech is sacred in america is dead now. there's now criminal speech in this country. they say that if they don't like your speech, that speech is violent that speech is dangerous. that speech is a threat to public safety. they laid out the template when they policed covid speech and now they are prosecuting president trump and his attorneys under that exact same theory so you're right, laura, that is what is coming next. >> laura: stephen, great to see you. thank you. now to the judge assigned to trump's georgia case, scott mcafee, he graduated from the university of georgia law school about 10 years ago and has been a judge for six whole months. but the most interesting thing about him is something that the "new york times" of all places pointed out. that he used to work for the d.a. who brought the case fani willis. joining us now is jonathan turley, professor of law at g.w. university and a fox news contributor. >> professor turley, look, the legal world is quite intertwined. all of us know someone who used to work for someone. but, given the importance of this case, is this -- is this a little too close for comfort if you are one of these 19 defendants? >> you know, i'm going to give this judge the benefit of the doubt. we'll have to see how he performs. he is young. he doesn't have a lot of experience. but he does, as a judge, he does have experience in the courtroom. you know, the key, laura, in my view, in these cases, is really the essence of the judge as opposed to the extent of their experience. what you really want someone -- from someone is that they are going to listen to both sides, to be fair to understand this is historical moment and what that moment calls for is to assure both sides of this deeply divided country that this is going to be a fair trial and it's always concerning with state judges that have to stand for election, you know, being viewed as in any way helpful to donald trump in atlanta is not a way to get reelected. it's going to take great deal of courage from this young judge to say i'm going to do this the right way. even if it's taken the wrong way by many people who will be voting in the judicial election. >> laura: ted we learned that fani willis wants to start this trial on march 4th. just one day after super tuesday. one day before super tuesday, excuse me. will this fairly expedite the schedule in terms of this type of litigation, will this run into problems? he. >> it is clearly going to run into problems. i'm speaking as a criminal defense attorney, that this schedule is really imrosly unfair. to donald trump i mean, what she is suggesting, 1 people. >> 19 people on trial. and this is going to be this massive production and she is going to do it in this rather short period of time. now, the defense has to go through what are effectively three grand juries. three years of investigation there is can 19 defendants that may have conflicts. there is going to be a flurry of motions. constitutional questions raised. on indictments but jamming together these trials. daisy chaining tm from super tuesday to vishted actually the inauguration if you count the civil cases as well. at some point judges are going to have to step in and be a mature voice and say, look, okay, stop it this guy has got to prepare a defense in multiple cases. you are not the first prosecutor to file. and get in line it not on the part of meadows but others working in a federal capacity that it all could be moved to federal court and especially given the duel track with jack smith, a lot of the same claims are covered albeit on a state level. >> it is possible because we are living in uncertain and interesting times which itself is a curse. you know, the -- there are issues here that president trump will raise some of these actions occurred when he was president. some of the conversations that are cited occurred in the oval office. some occurred with his associates. in some ways willis may have really tripped the wire here. you know, i called this sort of the jackson pollock school of prosecution. she threw everything against the canvas and looked to see if a picture emerged. said this is all one big conspiracy. every tweet, every speak that we site. well, by doing that she also tripped wires with regard to his time as president. and that has created this question of whether it could be removed. >> laura: jonathan, that's a big insult to jackson pull lock. but i appreciate you working him into your response. >> thank you, laura. >> laura: up next that, ongoing tragedy in devastation that needs to be gone through by those that are conducting this recovery operation. but i also want to speak to the many, many families who live in the community surrounding lahaina just north of that historic town, who are continuing to struggle. many of them did not have power for days. they were told the water was contaminated. having to shower and bathe their children with bottled water. cut off from communication. the cell phone towers were down. they had no wifi or internet connectivity. these are people who stood up in the midst of this tragedy and did everything they could to help each other. the sad part is, we are eight days past this wildfire. and i'm in constant touch with these community members and leaders. they are still not seeing response from the county, the state, the federal government to be able to go out and help them. the community support hubs that they have are 100 percent community led, volunteer supply collections, conducting all these coordinations on their own. they feel like the government doesn't care about them. and that's a horrible, horrible disservice to people who have gone through a kind of loss that we can't even imagine. >> laura: i mean, we have a lot of commitments around the globe and we are not getting into politics here. but, you know, we do spend billions and billions of dollars and allocate it to other countries, issues, and problems. and this is when we realize you have to, you know, put your own oxygen mask on first before you can really help others. these people need help. they need help now. not, you know, a week from now. >> exactly right. when you think about, you know, there is a mom, a woman named andrea. she is a mom -- stay-at-home mom raising her kids. she has stepped up and spent every day and night trying to be a coordinator to get the supplies that volunteers are trying to bring in. and oftentimes having to circumvent blockades put in place by the county just to get those supplies to them to get them to where they need. not only are they not getting the support that they need, but oftentimes they have been getting blocked from being able to receive the support from their friends and neighbors. this is a crisis that is continuing on. it is not at all lost on the people of west maui when they are told that fema is going to give those impacted a one-time $700 payment. and as they look at the news, they are seeing tens of more millions of dollars being sent to ukraine. some of them said hey maybe if we change the name of maui to ukraine maybe they will pay attention to us. >> laura: tulsi, i know all the breaking news of the background of the chief emergency response coordinator didn't have a lot of experience in these types of situations. the sirens, apparently, weren't working as they should have for this type of fire event and all of this we will get to the bottom of. tulsi, thank you for your report. rats the size of a size 8 shoe. wait until you hear of the inif he station in new york. you will not believe where they are planning to house migrants next. >> laura: if you have never been to new york city you have definitely had a run from talk about snitches. i mean actual rodents. now, there are reportedly 2 million of them now in the city, not including master splinter. mayor eric adams hired a rat czar. over the weekend he helped run the first anti-day rat action. i kid you not. interactive rat map. we found like the san francisco poop map that they have it seems like what's the point of the map it's all over the place. >> we of them soon or at least get them down in shoe size. all right. first it was hotels, not for rent. then it was school gymnasiums. but they even talked about putting illegals up in your homes if you are a new york resident. and now, well, look, new york city's latest plan involves a former military base. according to the "new york post" dhs officials along with reps from city hall and hochul's office secretly toured fort wadsworth on staten island a few days ago to decide whether or not to turn it into a new migrant shelter. joining me now is vita, staten island burrow president. i havvito told the residents hos ago they did review numerous locations in the city but they have made no determinations yet on using fort wadsworth. your response. >> i think it's crazy that they are even considering it. we have on staten island migrants, asylum seekers, whatever their names are, started coming to new york city, there were those in midtown who were welcoming them with champagne cla class glasses poly is unsustainable. staten island did not cause this problem. the federal government did with open borders. why should the staten island families have to solve this problem? it's gotten worse. at that time we asked the city to run analysis of how much it would cost. at that time it was about 600 million. now they are talking about $12 billion. $12 billion to accommodate the migrants. and now they are looking at former active military installation fort wadsworth a national park. to add insult to injury. on the installation the park are many families who were attached to the coast guard. just a few months ago, we did an awareness campaign to help raise money and goods and diapers for the young military families who can't afford to feed their kids to put diapers on and now the government is turning around and saying we're going to spend another 20, 30, $50 million to possibly put these migrants on fort wadsworth. it's just out of control. the average annual fee to accommodate these migrants is now $140,000 for a family. $140,000. that's more than the average household. >> laura: you have got to be kidding. i have the toe, can you imagine if american families don't watc, don't know the truth on this, they don't know this is happening. $140,000 per family when american families are struggling? that's an insult. total insult. >> and i agree with you, laura. two things i would like to add. one is you think about you just talked about the four people in poorpeople in maui and our hearo out to them. we couldened spending the money and helping them get their lives back together. we are spending the money on people who came here a few days ago or weeks ago. before you put any of these families at fort wadsworth obring them right to the national mall in washington, d.c. build a tent city between congress and the white house. this way they can understand the problem they caused is now in our backyard. and it's just totally not fair, not right. and i think this world is right now upside down. we are bending over backwards to accommodate individuals who come here. many of whom came here illegally. we are not even talking about the thousands who want to come here legally and are waiting for years. it's just wrong on so many levels. >> laura: no. it's a complete scam. they should send them to wilmington and more to martha's vineyard and more
