>> absolutely. people ask me why and there's maybe part of me wants to go out and push my body and find them as of him and potential and be our antarctica minus 40 degrees alone and thus not for everyone but i do believe we all have the desire to unlock our best lives and think goes by taking a look inward at our goals and priorities and a 12 hour walk is the guidebook on how everyone can do that. >> i was looking at the book and there are requirements, someone is going to say i'll take a 12 hour walk but i want to bring my headphones because i want to say listen to my music no music, right? >> one day exercise to be by yourself, no music or podcasts but doesn't matter how far you walk, it's just 12 hours. my 77-year-old mother-in-law has done walking one time around her walk in taking a break and another one time around her li like. my friends again 50 miles, stephen one of them is doing it right nor wrong as it was committed to the 12 hours being alone in silence in the stillness. >> you had me on this. i like doing breathing in the morning and cold showers and i'm always trying to do something difficult but i'm not for everest and things like that but you don't do the most dangerous things, didn't you climb the highest place in every state? >> i did. not only do i have the record for seven summits by set the world record for 50 u.s. high point, i climbed the tallest in all 50 states in 21 days source of the record for that and that included mountains and also in florida, a 395 foothill on the side of the florida panhandle so a bit of everything in the. >> the highest is 390 feet in florida. >> something like that. >> i did amount in new york, the highest i think and that is me proving i do some of these things. i also climbed new hampshire's. >> ended 20. >> my brother and i went up there so can you go with your brother?
