if this is about forgiveness and retribution why is hunter still fighting raising this little girl? why is joey and still still not acknowledging her? maybe that's changed for all the heat that i have thrown on them because i find it repulsive. i would acknowledge hey i hope they do create a relationship. because little girls need their daddies, too. >> ainsley: everything do you best interest of your children. best parent can you be. the situation hunter doesn't get along with the baby's mother. then that's okay. they can still have an amicable relationship and raise that child and that child deserves to have grandparents, especially when the grandfather is the president of the united states. he needs to being a knowledge her and have a relationship with her because that will affect the child later on. >> steve: absolutely. that's one of the reasons why the mother wanted to use the biden name for the baby and could not. let's see if it changes. >> joey: let's hope it does. >> steve: on friday in illinois, the governor there, governor pritzker signed a bill house bill 3751. and this is so crazy. it is now legal in the state of illinois, to hire as a law enforcement agent, certainly a cop. you no longer have to be an american citizen, but you have to be legally authorized to work in the united states under federal law. so, keep in mind. all the migrants who are coming into the country, when the -- whether they are processed by dhs, they are allowed to work in the united states. so, essentially, the migrants if they qualify for getting a handgun under federal law, they could become a cop in illinois. and there are a number of republicans who are saying you have got to be kidding me. yo joey one of those republicans is republican mary miller she tweets pritzker signed a bill to allow illegal immigrants to become police officers. giving non-citizens the power to arrest citizens in our state. no sane state would allow foreign nations to arrest their citizens. this is madness. i tend to agree and you brought up a good point. the idea they can carry a gun and exercise one of our constitutional rights that american citizens are fighting in states like new york to have. and the idea that how can you swear an oath to uphold a constitution when you haven't become a part of it. when u. haven't become a part of that country. it's not to say that these immigrants are illegal or shouldn't be allowed in the country. it's to say that there is a process to becoming a citizen and there is inherent rights and privileges. one of them being an arm of law enforcement. a recent survey found that 12, 12th grade boys likely identify as conservative sharp increase from previous trends. 12th grade girls we see more opposite they lean liberal. 19% in 2012 to 30% last year. next psychotherapist findings make total sense. thomas kirsten joins us right now to explain what do you think it makes perfect sense. >> messaging in society. everything is about advancing women, minorities and so forth and young men, young boys are kind of being left out. they are the soft of being left behind. then you have politicians out there saying the number one problem in america is white men and things of that nature. so i think young, you know, 12th grade boys are seeing through this and then you take away the pickup trucks. i saw a story about this. they want to get rid of pickup trucks. go down south. majority of senior boys are driving pickup trucks. we are making and creating this idea that if you are a male that there is something wrong with that and that you are bad. >> steve: so, this is kind ever a seismic shift in this article from the hill.com. they said as recently as the late 2,000s liberal boys occasionally outnumbered conservatives. back in the carter era both boys and girls leaned liberal and back in the 70s. lean to the left. and now for men to become prom dantley conservative alarming rate to democrat that could actually impact some elections. >> i believe so. the other thing too. the carter area liberalism much different than today. gone so far and extreme. lining i pointed out earlier young men starting to see this. college enrollment, talked about 60-40. there is also over 500 women centers and colleges throughout the nation and only a handful for young men. i see a lot of this in my private practice. young guys falling behind. they feel like they can't advance because there is nothing there to help advance them because the idea is that men have always dominated partially true. we want women and everybody to advance. we can't do it at the expense of another group. >> steve: okay, so if this survey is true, and 12th grade boys are more conservative and astonishing number, what happens to them when they go to college because that for the most part is the incubator of the progressive movement. >> i think it depends on their household where they come from, too. college there is a lot of indoctrination going on. a lot of kids i see when they go off to college. they goal to a university, a lot of boys in particular. they are smothered with a lot of this liberalism and left stuff. but they -- some of them get sucked into it. some of them don't. when you hear the term conservative, right? they ended up trying to use the vice president to help them. >> joey: you know, president trump was investigated by his own department of justice while he was president for making a phone call to ukraine or by democrats and eventually the department of justice and we charges coming against him now. is there a double standard here or is this a difference in evidence? >> yeah. the double standard is so stark that there are many of us who served in the department of justice for many years on both sides of the political aisle that are scratching our heads and saying what happened to the department of justice? >> he is partially correct. no matter what this border crisis touches it creates chaos. whether it's new york city, whether it's chicago, whether it's houston, it doesn't matter and the chaos doesn't stop. now, i disagree with how you solve it. you solve it with the president of the united states simply enforcing the laws that are already on the books. that would be a good start. i would also say, look, congress has a role to play in this as well. as fun as it is to blame president biden for everything that's wrong. we need to have some real serious discussions on how we reform the system. i have been an advocate for legal immigration. i think if republicans are talking -- if republicans are the party of legal immigration. all of a sudden the democrats are the ones that have to be on the defense. what i'm see something people coming over for economic purposes. they are going down the asylum route. they are noting two qualify for asylum. they are not supposed to work and do some of these other things. it's why i introduced the hire act. the economy is going to be the number one issue. it has been the number one issue. we have got small businesses. medium size businesses and large businesses that have labor shortages. imagine if you could have people that were vetted, you knew they were coming, they were coming in an orderly process and coming only to work. >> ainsley: i know you have been working hard. in the works for two years. bipartisan visa reform bill. we know seasonal workers if you go to some islands here locally nantucket and martha's vineyard seasonal co-workers come up and send money back to their family. i know it's legal. what does your bill say. >> through the lensdz of what the politics can handle in the 118th congress. work visas have one year to three years. streamlines some of the bureaucratic crazy. there is all this red tape that makes it harder for people to get work visas. it's meant to essentially decrease the amount of people coming over illegally and increase those that are coming over to work. not pathway to citizenship. not access to voting. not social services like you heard from the new york mayor. it's meant to have a job for people to fill that americans aren't filling. i think it's an opportunity here to talk about illegal immigration. it already has 20 co-sponsors, 11 republicans and non-democrats. nearly unheard of. i have only rolled it out last week. i have been working on it for a while though. in my eyes, this is what immigration reform looks like in the 118th congress. >> ainsley: okay. they pay taxes when they have these visas, right? >> yes, they do. >> ainsley: congressman, thank you so much for coming on with us. >> thank you, ainsley. >> ainsley: thank you. you have headlines. >> i have update here, fbi agents raiding an montana apartment last week after 18-year-old alissa navarro reresurfaced four years after missing. police take an unidentified man into custody, told the "new york post" that navarro, quote: covered her whole eyes with her head down like she was drying. when she vanished at just 1 years old. navarro left a note at her home in arizona that said she was running away. police are still investigating her disappearance. the space force space command is staying in colorado. president biden rejecting a trump era decision to move operations to alabama. officials say the head of space command argued the move to huntsville would jeopardize military readiness but air force leadership felt alabama was the way to go. taco bell is hit with a false advertising lawsuit over the amount of beef in their crunch wraps mexican pizzas and three other menu items. the plaintiff says the fast food chain overstates the amount of meat by at least double. the lawsuit is seeking at least $5 million for a new york customers who have ordered the items in question within the last three years. taco bell has not publicly responded to the claims. now i am conflicted because taco bell could do no wrong in my eyes but at the same time, i'm a new york customer that's ordered these items so make money. >> ainsley: jump on the class action lawsuit. this is ridiculous you are suing not enough meat. tell taco bell they will fill it and do better. >> carley: that one store, restaurant and all the other ones filling up the tacos. >> ainsley: call the attorney and see how much you are getting. >> carley: exactly. maybe i will join the lawsuit. ains it your favorite. >> it is my favorite restaurant. >> when you get a taco. >> taco bell is perfect. so good. >> ainsley: does this mean we can sue every potato chip company because they don't fill the bag. >> carley: the air is an issue. >> ainsley: you are paying for air. >> check in with janice dean for fox weather forecast. >> janice: i'm taking advantage of the fact that you have a desk out here. >> ainsley: isn't that nice?
