you have a manhattan da who retired and open an investigation of the trump organization. and then to conduct an investigation of the trump organization. and then attorney general in albany new york and then to be disbarred in my opinion right then and there but then she actually is now ordering the trump organization to comply with her subpoena even though it is quite obvious in the civil investigation that there is no attempt to conduct justice is all about trying to destroy donald trump. and then a democratic elected district attorney in georgia trying to make the case of donald trump's phone call with a georgia official berating him for failing to hold up the georgia law as president trump saw it. they opened an investigation there also. heavy democrat districts politically elected prosecutors. but then the goal is for injustice in many with the backing of george soros which is why we have such a massive problem with crime and murder in this country and will come back to that. now a fourth investigation january 6 committee which is nothing more than a front committee set up by nancy pelosi set up by the most radical leftist democrats you can imagine into of the worst never trump are. not a single representative on the committee staff to raise any objections to what the committee is doing. it is very stalinist and that committee is leaking like a serve and cherry picking information, using text, e-mails, putting information out to the famous news organizations, cnn, "the new york times", "washington post". we saw all of this with russian collusion. they claim they are investigating january 6. ladies and gentlemen, congress has to responsibilities. one is to legislate an appropriate. they have no authority whatsoever to conduct quote unquote criminal investigations. that is a separation of powers issue. that's what the executive branch does. yet this committee is undermining all protections that a criminal investigation will provide two witnesses and other people claiming it is conducting an investigation under the legislative overview powers to consider legislation for next time. that is a farce. liz cheney, betty thompson , adam schiff have all said they are looking for criminal issues to make a criminal referral to the department of justice. there is pressure in place on the attorney general of the united states who is highly partisan and political to issue some type of charges against former president trump and his closest associates. so what this january 6 committee is doing is violating the constitution. quite frankly so is the executive branch. you can't have a committee of congress under the cover of legislating conducting a criminal investigation people's due process rights, rights to challenge evidence that are being absolutely destroyed while they are sending their names to the justice department to be charge of contempt of congress for not responding to subpoenas and testimony it is a set up. it is absolutely un-american. for american party operations where they criminalize politics. donald trump has committed no offenses whatsoever. how do i know? the most investigated me and on the face of the earth. we had a special counsel. he came up with nothing. that is the truth now we have a russian collusion where they try to set him up and that's how we got a special counsel and now we know hillary clinton was the invisible hand behind the entire damn thing the dnc the law firms and the lawyers who were in the 2020 election that i will get you briefly as well. the january 6 community is leaking the way he conducts itself violates the liberty and due process rights of the individuals they are smearing. and the democratic party is on a tear. that is what is going on. 2020 was the biggest problem of the 2020 election? just to be mad? know. because this committee was set up ostensibly to look into what happened january 6. and haven't asked for a single piece of information from nancy pelosi. what did she do to protect the capitol grounds? what about the fbi or other organization? what did she tell capital police to do? what she asked if she wanted ten or 20000 guardsmen she needs to testify under oath. why the other members of congress? they are using the january 6 committee not to investigate the capital not to investigate what happened that day but using your tax dollars, the official position of committee members under the road committee to advance a political agenda against the former president and his former staff and family members. it's time to put in and to this. now they are leaking audio of the republican leader of the house of representatives. does anybody find this unethical that somebody was recording conversations with the republican leader of the house of representatives? >> yes. this is a tailor-made case for independent counsel and an investigation involving the family and the president of the united states. the attorney general is appointed by the president of the united states. he will direct this us attorney that has grand jury in delaware. you need to have an independent counsel. let's be clear is just about hunter biden, who cares. let him go off. it's not it's very clear he collected funds from overseas, particularly from china and a lot of evidence on the left that some of the money ended up with joe biden it was fungible and moved around going to james biden and others. you need to have an independent counsel so than the question is why do we have one?
