around here is our work. it is unfortunate we cannot trash senator manchin's words. >> laura: even aoc knows only way to have fun these days, you have to leave the mandate state and go to places like sunny florida. but winning in november is not going to be enough. republicans need a governing agenda that they can implement right out of the gate. we can't wait until 2024, no way! we need members of congress who are ready to govern now. committee chairman who will use their oversight authority to keep the biden administration in line. we need to draft legislation. that is what i'm talking about to fix the broken policy still in place. now republican governor ron desantis are already showing what a difference good government can actually make. >> you look at what is going on in other states and they are letting hysteria drive them to do really damaging things. we are 100% committed to making sure that people are able to live their lives and that the kids are able to get an education. that people's businesses are able to operate and that people have jobs. that is nonnegotiable. >> laura: and now it is time to take our movement nationwide. the "the ingraham angle" platform includes four major planks. first, saving our freedom. now both the federal and state governments exceeded their constitutional authority in a of ways. they destroyed countless lives in the name of public health. extended use of emergency authority without legislative approval was and is an andantidemocratic. the consequences were devastating. only now are the so-called experts virtualizing the truth we told you 21 months ago. >> there is a danger that there will be so many people who are being isolated who are asymptomatic for the full ten days. you could have a major negative impact on our ability to keep society running. so the decision was made. let's get that in half. >> a cloth mask will not protect you from a virus spread through airborne transmission. >> they are more than facial declarations. >> laura: we must never again allow government by unaccountable experts. no more lockdowns, no more school closures, no more vaccine mandates, no more random testing, all of it. it must end when the republicans take over. you are not really free, speaking of freedom, if you are terrified walking down the street. fighting crime, we know it is it the state's responsibility, but we need to put the pressure on and keep it on. the g.o.p. needs to be the party of safe streets. now, we are tough on criminals because we love our people, our law abiding americans. the question, lori lightfoot, did she really love her city? certainly gangs and violent criminals love her because they are literally getting away with murder. chicago had its deadliest year and a quarter of a century, nearly 800 homicides, tragic! and being truly free also requires that we resist any and all efforts to undermine our system of free and fair elections. democrats can never be allowed to pass their bill to nationalize election laws. the g.o.p. has to say no to ballot harvesting and no to voter i.d. laws and no to covid as an excuse to change the rules. the mail-in ballot push has already begun in new york and this has been their plan all along. instead republicans have to make sure that we return to the same common sense principles that govern our elections for decades. and we will know the results on election night, oh, yes, we will. speaking of rule changes, here is the newest threat for freedoms from senate democrats trying to end the filibuster. >> because if we don't change the rules, the republicans will block this and that democracy could be at risk and even whether in very real ways. >> laura: back in 2005 when republican held the majority in the senate, schumer felt another way. >> they won because they can't get their way on every judge to change the rules in midstream, to wash away 200 years of history. they want to make this country into a banana republic. it will be a doomsday for a democracy if we do. >> laura: a doomsday for democracy. well, his move to end the filibuster, now an act of pure desperation. he knows he doesn't have the votes the old-fashioned way that they will get wiped out in november under the old rules. so, like a dictator he referenced in the old clip, they do it across the globe. what do they do? they change the rules to keep themselves in power in perpetuity. if the democrats are able to pass the so-called voting rights bill entering one party bill, schumer can push through the left's dangerous agenda, no questions asked. this brings me to my second plank, saving the independents. unlike the biden team, we don't answer to any type of international order. the united states as a free and independent and sovereign country. we don't take orders from the e.u., wto, w.h.o. or the u.n. the government and our military, they work for us. speaking of our military, we need to propose major reforms to the pentagon. their focus should be on confidence and accountability. this requires immediately ceasing vitamins pentagon obsession with diversity, equity and inclusion and a good old standby critical race theory. call me crazy, but don't you want a general who cares about winning battles, not spreading anti-american propaganda, the latest fad on the college campuses? likewise, we insist the trade negotiators walk away from bad deals. we want a state department that fights for our interest, not just rubber-stamp whatever talking points here and by the way, we should not be pretending the murder cpc represents the chinese people. this will help with the third plank, saving our economy. right now the u.s. economy is being carried by hardworking americans like you. and you are seeing your wages stolen by inflation. and you are facing onerous taxes and endless regulations that make our lives harder. this must stop. we will end always full and unnecessary spending. that goes for the republicans. and we will have trade and immigration policies to give all working americans a chance at success. it will prevent big business from shipping jobs overseas. under this type of republican leadership, the border will once again be enforced here are those who to abuse our system and cartels, they will be sent home. and though "the ingraham angle"'s finals plank is important. saving our culture. the media and the public schools, the universities with anti-american hatred. left-wing mobs tear down our history. left-wing political rats and critics from tech platforms and we will talk to dr. malone coming up. of course at the same time they coddle and protect the cp pc. meanwhile the democratic party thinks anyone who believes in traditional notions of gender or morality they should be canceled and banned from public life completely. this will not stand. the populist movement began over a decade ago with a tea party. when they saw the damage done by federal bailouts and obama's health care takeover. in year after year, we urge policymakers to trust the american people, to trust them with the truth, to respect their beliefs and to give them a fair chance to succeed through hard work. using, you know, those principles, sticking to those principles, we completely transformed the republican party. we liberated it from the clutches of big businesses and the warmongers and turn into a vehicle for working people across the country. every year, especially under trump and his policies, we grew the base and now we are becoming much more diverse peer that is very good. every year, states following our principles gain more people" economically while left-wing states are bleeding population and falling behind. and today, i hate to break the news to liz cheney but we are more united than ever while the failures of the hard leftist establishment she is in bed with rows more obvious by the day. so the movement is of optimism and of hope but you captured it, the democrats with every principle that we have. think about what they've done just this past year in congress. they close the capital and then acted and kicked the republicans off of committee and wouldn't let republicans on the select committee, trying to end the electoral college and the filibuster, trying to pack the court and nationalize elections as you talked about my trying to let illegal immigrants vote and doing that and some locale and finally my january 6th committee has altered evidence and lied to the american people about that information. so, unprecedented >> take mike i think the country needs a strong republican party going forward, but our party needs to choose. we can either be loyal to donald trump where we can be loyal to the constitution but we cannot be both. right now, there are far too many republicans who are trying to enable the former president and embrace the former president. >> laura: congressman banks come i guess your litmus test is if you actually agree with president trump's policies, you can no longer effectively be a republican. this is the reason i laid out the four planks, not just to be against liz cheney in all her nonsense. you can't just be against them. we've got to be poor things. that is the whole point of though "the ingraham angle." we know what they screwed up. >> you nailed it. your platform nails it appeared that is the platform that united the republican party. we are as united and stronger as ever. that is why we will win back the majority not by a little bit but by a law in the midterm elections. if president trump taught us anything, he taught us america first agenda is a winning agenda for the republican party. the republican party made that pivot and that is why we are more united than we have ever been in my lifetime, laura. the republican party is stronger than it's ever been and you will see evidence of that on election day november. >> laura: congressman jordan my want to get to this point of concealing documents. that is a big charge. it looks like it's backed up by actual evidence regarding what nancy pelosi may have been trying to cover up about what happened january 6th. now, for everyone to understand this, congressman rodney davis' office sent this statement to the "the ingraham angle" the director of the speaker has refused to provide communication surrounding january 6th. i believe those records will show there was a lot of communication and coordination between the speaker's office and law enforcement officials leading up to and on january 6th. congressman jordan, what can you tell us about this? >> want the speaker's office let the sergeant of arms office give us this information, give us the documents give us the communication? you have conflicting testimony from that time. my peer of the capitol hill police said they asked for the national guard to be present january 6th. the sergeant of arms said "no you didn't" one guy says we ask for the other guy says we didn't. reports to the speaker and won't turn over the documents. the guy that said we did ask for the national guard has given us the information. i think that -- when senators asked sergeant of arms give us the information, guess what he said? he said you have to go to the speaker's office to get it on the speaker's counsel, the house counsel said "we will not give you the information." turn over the documents and let us see what is going on but again, this committee documents they do have, they have altered and lied to the american people about those. i don't trust anything this committee does, but you know, the discrepancy between the two conflicting testimonies that we have. >> laura: congressman banks, related to this somewhat, president trump has decided to do a rally on january 6th. given all the emotion and the lies about what happened and what did happen criminally, some things were horrific that happen and shouldn't have happened that day. is it smart for president trump to have a rally versus next week or the week before? >> i welcome it. president trump has important things to say on thursday, january 6th. like everybody, like so many others, i'm looking forward to hearing what president trump has to say. just like jim jordan said, democrats fear nothing more than the truth. and that his wife when nancy pelosi kicked jim jordan and i offered january 6th committee because we were already asking questions and nancy pelosi doesn't want to answer. we don't know why she is trying to cover up many of the facts about what happened january 6th, but we know she's trying to cover it up. she's covering up the truth. i know president trump has important things to say about what happened that day. jim jordan and i and other republicans at work conducting interviews with capitol police officers to try to get to the truth we will expose the truth along the way that shows that nancy pelosi and democrats were involved in events that led to the disaster a year ago and if we are serious about making sure that january 6 never happens again, then we need to answer these important questions about systemic breakdown of security at the top ranks of the capitol police that report to speaker nancy pelosi. >> laura: congressman jordan wasn't the sergeant of arms office -- where people summarily dismissed? i believe i heard that. people have been there for ten, 12 years were told to leave their offices at some point and it seemed to be involved there. >> the day after nancy pelosi asked the sergeant of arms to leave. and the new person they brought man won't turn over the documents. but this, democrats have objective to the elect is every time they won and spent four years to trip over turn election and the final president trump's campaign and impeachment in secret based on so-called whistle-blower's identity adam schiff got to know but somehow donald trump is suspected of for purpose. >> laura: now, that was my next guest dr. robert malone the scientist behind the mrna vaccine platform. he was on the show a few weeks ago. of course, what he told us turned out to be exactly right. over the last two weeks, covid cases have shot up 204%, but deaths are down 3%. omicron is not the disaster of the so-called experts told us it would be so big tech is swooping in, of course, to build them all out. last wednesday they banned dr. malone for repeated violations of covid-19 misinformation policy. now "gutfeld!" asked what host it deemed problematic and they would not tell us. so we asked dr. malone. he didn't know either. the very next day, malone went on joe grogan's podcast where he calls out the medical establishment for the push for control and in doing so through disturbing parallels between what is going on now versus 100 years ago. >> what the heck happened in german in the 20s and 30s? very intelligent highly educated population and they went barking mad. and how did that happen? the answer is misinformation psychosis. when you have a society that has become decoupled from each other and has free-floating anxiety and then their attention gets focused by a series of defense on one small point like hypnosis, they literally become hypnotized and can be led anywhere. >> laura: it took youtube just a few hours to rip that video off its platform under the guise of protecting the people against vaccine misinformation. joining me now apparently very dangerous dr. robert malone, regulatory office, dr. malone, who would have thought that mass formation psychosis is really going to send the sensors into overdrive? what is this really all about? what is going on here? >> so, laura my as you know, it is trending, the top trend over the weekend. what was fascinating is that it happened so fast it caught google and they ended up manually editing the search results in real time. my followers took screenshots as they were doing it. and they were posting stuff and increasing the ranking on things and claiming it was my theory, when in fact, -- the whole weekend after rogan posted that was fascinating. i had no idea rogan was going to put it up on new year's eve, bless his heart, but it just ripped through the world. >> laura: now, dr. malone, doesn't they are censoring of you prove the point that they are so desperate to control the conversation, no questions asked, no questions asked that they have to use big tech to try to silence you, but of course it only makes your message, your point, certainly more interesting, and i the family by mandating vaccines for children, this is absolutely wrong. >> laura: dr. malone, i have family in california and they are just horrified at what is happening to their friends kids, grandkids and the schools in california for a virus that is overwhelmingly well tolerated by children to threaten them with perhaps pulling them out of school altogether. i mean, it doesn't seem like the united states of america, not to me. >> so this is part of what is driving the migration from california into places like texas, florida, and i've been in puerto rico a couple of times the last couple of months. it's full of families that don't want to have their kids jabbed. >> laura: dr. malone, they are members of congress who believe that what the social media companies are doing to censor people like you, it's good but it's not enough, watch. >> it is no secret that our social media companies have been part of algorithms promoting disinformation. i think that these steps are important but frankly a little too little and a little too late. >> laura: dr. malone, where is the country going when an electing official seems to be celebrating a silencing other americans? >> i think you said it. there will be a big turnaround midterm. where the country is going is where joe grogan just went from twitter to gutter. he's got 8 million followers. and what media doesn't understand is that you can't express information. it will find a way to be free. and we are having new -- you know, this is an example of the positive aspect, american economy and innovation. we paddled the suppression and yet we persist in all of these new codes are popping up and rapidly growing. people don't tolerate this type of censorship and propaganda that is being pushed on us. >> laura: dr. am i have to ask you about the masking issue that has been subject on this show since may 2020. i was one of the few at the time who cited actual cdc studies on influenza transmission and cloth masks over-the-counter mass. it was on the cdc website. you know which one i'm talking about. we had guest on the show despite that study that basically were warrant not to cite it. and i we have dr. fauci still clinging to the myth that cloth masks work against covid. watch this. >> are caught and surgical masks effective at preventing spread of omicron? >> yeah, when the cdc says they are effective, in fact, they are. we want dr. malone, that is a lie. is that not true? >> yes, it is phony. what can i say. tony has no integrity. and me and my peers have been watching this for decades. we just shrug our shoulders and shake our heads and say it is fauci. >> laura: and n95 mask tightly fitted to the surgeon's face or the health providers face, a very tightly fitted mask, that you have to have me in the middle. by the way, that picture of lloyd austin with the troops, he was in the philippines. no wonder it looks so unusual. raymond, we loved those clips of view on new years. congrats and great work by all. >> thank you. >> laura: omicron, the fda bypassed some scientific advisors to authorize boosters for kids age 12-15. dr. marty makary is disgusted by this for a few reasons. he's here to tell us why next. ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ >> laura: now, in a shocking mood today but biden authorized pfizer booster shop for kids age 12-15 without the approval of its own science advisory board. now, this is especially outrageous given the risk of death for vaccinated and unvaccinated teens, basically 0%, which means boosters will have been virtually no benefit. like heart inflammation. so why is the fda making this move? here now is dr. makary, johns hopkins medical research and author of the price we pay. dr. makary great seeing you but why is this so troubling to you, this new development about the boosters and the 12-15-year-olds? >> nice to see you, laura. this threatens the very scientific process routine at the fda for so many years. when the two top fda officials left, they quit over this very issue. political interference in the specific issue of boosters and young people. a lot of experts have had concerns. the rates of -- and a new study from northwest this week found that it may be as common as one in 2,000 young men 18-24. one analysis with the new journal of medicine a 22-year-old died with myocarditis. and why at minimum and this should have been vote brought to a vote, but the experts had concerns so they decided to not convene and circumvent them altogether. this is unprecedented and back to a scientific process. >> laura: dr. makary at least four soccer players died of heart attacks over christmas week, all of them come i believe, 30 years or younger of age. what is going on here? >> we know young athletes have been at risk of myocarditis and you add to that a vaccine, no one is collecting good data worldwide on this phenomenon. but it is definitely getting attention. so there is something there worth looking at. young people just don't die. when there is a young person who dies, you have to say there is a relationship that happened immediately prior until proven otherwise. we have a very shoddy database. which is very difficult to report into pure and most vexing complications i've heard of have never been reported in there from the doctors i talked to who share their experience with me. >> laura: i keep getting texts and emails from people across the country who say their daughter or they themselves have had interrupted menstrual cycles after getting the vaccine. have you come across the same concern? >> yes, look, there are these things we don't hear about. by and large, the vaccines are safe, but there are reports of menstrual irregularities. john hopkins is doing a large independent national study to look further into this issue. now, we can't keep up with the complications happening with the research. research typically lags years or decades behind. look at the research on smoking. it took a long time to catch up. there is a lot we don't hear about. parents have a right to ask good questions. the biggest point is you cannot lower the risk of zero any further than a booster and a young person. >> laura: dr. makary, so great to see you happy new year. and new uncovered fauci clip is quite telling.
