by laura, stay tuned for that as well but first it is truly been a long year of constantly changing restrictions, new mandates and hypocrisy from democrat leaders. >> president biden: if you have been fully vaccinated you no longer need to wear a mask. >> it is important for everyone regardless of vaccination status to wear a mask. >> we are implemented the strongest vaccine mandate in the country. >> i am not putting it on, taking it off. >> the fact that this is a story is that. lisa: let's not forget the year of deception after we were promised this. >> i'm not going to shut down the economy, i'm not going to shut down the country but i'm going to shutdown the virus. >> president biden: instead we got this. >> there is no federal solution, this gets solved at the state level. >> and this gem. >> you are not going to get covid if you have these vaccinations. >> that didn't age well, does it. in a few months we will be living with covid for two years, we know so much more now than we did then but we are still instituting these restrictions like requiring a vaccine to go to work or eat at a restaurant and forcing young kids to mask up and get vaccinated. the ingraham ankle spoke with one new jersey mothers that are 7-year-old broke down into is when she told him he couldn't go back to school next week, virtual learning is not helping her children and is heartbreaking when with what we are forcing them to go there but it is not just a young kids, we are robbing older ones too. look at princeton university, they require vaccines, boosters at a negative test and restricting students travel and forcing them to stay in the immediate area. they can't leave the county the school is in. people wants to get on with their lives into the political bunk from experts to dictate it. enough is enough. the same experts now letting it slip some of the rules weren't fully based on the science. here's what they say led to the decision to cut down on the quarantine time. >> there was the danger there would be so many people being isolated who are asymptomatic for the full 10 days you can have a major negative impact on the ability to keep society running so the decision was made of saying let's get that cut in half. it had a lot to do with w we thought people would be able to tolerate. >> joining me as arizona congressman andy biggs who sits on the house judiciary committee. bizarre how these changes are coming as we start 2022, a midterm year, what do you make of this change on the quarantine time? it sounds like we don't have andy biggs right now. congressman? know? moving on hopefully we get the congressman back in a moment. after a lot of speculation new york city's incoming mayor eric adams announced keeping bill deblasio's private-sector vaccine mandate which means basically anyone working in new york city needs to be vaccinated and that is not all. 's team brought us this new year's eve message. >> we will study the need for the up-to-date mandate which would require new yorkers to have their booster shots under the vaccine mandates currently in place. lisa: you can still get covid even if you are vaccinated, new york city doesn't report numbers on breakthrough cases. i'm sure that's just an oversight but we know they are happening. look massachusetts is population is slightly smaller than new york city. last week alone 44% of all total cases from people who have already been vaccinated. joining me now is doctor harvey ridge, yale school of medicine professor and epidemiologist and doctor marty macarey, professor of the john hopkins school of medicine and author of the price we pay. we see eric adams is now saying he's going to keep this vaccine mandate that new york is getting crushed, we saw 74,000 cases today alone, new york city saw the biggest day of cases than any major city in the world yet we have a state that has mask mandate, the city of new york that has a vaccine passport, you have to be vaccinated to go to restaurants or to live among society. at this point why would any city, why would any business, while at any university forcing a vaccine that doesn't stop the spread of covid. >> we ain't seen nothing yet. the omicron vikes, we are likely to see by tuesday or wednesday million cases per day in the united states, this is where it is going. this is good news because it is generating a lot of population of immunity which we should not be looking at the cases and the health commissioner in new york city is still mired in the past looking at case numbers. he should looking at hospitalizations and mortality from omicron. that is what tells you what to do about policy moving forward and he's not doing that. lisa: we are seeing so many people get covid at this point do you think the government will be forced to recognize natural immunity? >> the public is smart enough to realize you cannot ignore indefinitely. lisa: why hasn't the government? >> there is 141 studies, anymore research will not convince them. they have an entrenched political interest and to them it threatens to vaccinate everybody message and that is the bottom line and eventually where there will be so much pushback, we have to recognize people are not going to tolerate dishonesty in science. lisa: why do we have this push to get the vaccine when it is not stopping the spread of covid? >> at some point we thought that it might but there's so much evidence around the world that it doesn't and our own evidence that it doesn't, that we have to reevaluate but we have entrenched interests, the whole pandemic was sold to us as wait for the vaccines, the vaccines will cure it so there's been a push, economic push to sell vaccines to every arm on the planet if not in the country. that is what we are facing, we are facing a push from above the government to do this and not from the science. lisa: it goes beyond that with these boosters, we are seeing some universities push boosters for students, looks like the fda might approve the pfizer booster for 12 to 15. what science is there behind that for boosters for young and healthy people. >> science for boosters for young and healthy people points to the recommendation that young and healthy people should not get boosted. that is where the data is right now and why the fda experts said on an advisory committee that is routinely convened with any organization decision the fda goes, that's why the advisors hundred against boosters for young people and the fda made a second internal push and circumvented those experts, they decided not to convene the meeting and rumor is now the new york times is reporting it as well that they are about to authorize boosters for 12 through 15-year-olds again without convening their experts, that is unconscionable and if we have any journalism left in the united states they should ask how are they getting away with this? lisa: how do you think they are getting away with this? >> this has been the modus operandi of the cdc and fda for the last few years that the review committee of doctor corcoran were boarded with pharma, 18 of the 54 in the first can become a letter 20, this is all been orchestrated from the top of nih and pharma. lisa: what therapeutics are using, is there anything promising you have been looking at so we should be embracing now that we know the vaccines aren't stopping the spread of covid? >> there is a bunch of them and immediately when omicron emerged our public health officials started talking about additional vaccine boosters, 10 weeks after your boosted that immunity goes down to 35%, the efficacy goes down to 35%, 45% depending on the vaccine you've got. they reduced mortality by 51%, there's solid trial data supporting it, no data against it. i never heard doctor fauci or doctor wilensky say the word fluvoxamine. many universities included as recommended therapeutics on their covid website and merck and pfizer pills which we hear little about the they are ready to go and they are at pharmacies now. lisa: the government is failing us miserably, thank you so much for joining me, appreciate it. we will try again with arizona congressman and the biggs. you just heard what doctor macarey said about why we are not pushing these treatments, vaccine or else policy, what do you think is behind that? >> i think he is right for two reasons. when he talks about big pharma having other economic interests they got on a path and want to keep this past and these other therapeutics are not going to make them a lot of money but you have to look at the efficacy of big government, married to big pharma here and this power, this control, this move for that and that is what is going on in my opinion. >> what kind of control does big pharma have over congress do you think? how much control? >> if you look at the federal elections commission reports you will see pharma contributes to a lot of members of congress and they contribute a lot of money. they may be the biggest lobbyist organization there. they do have a lot of sway. some of it is necessary of course because we need that information but other parts of it makes you wonder and this epidemic of covid has called a lot of those relationships into question and i think they need to be explored a whole lot more. >> wiser not a lot of talk about natural immunity? there is no natural immunity bobby. >> that is exactly what it is. donald trump poisoned the well by saying he thought hydroxychloroquine might work so nobody's going to go there and pharma is not going to go there because it costs $0.05 appellate you get -- there may be a nobel prize that came with that but that is horse based. all that stuff indicates to me that there was a focus on new product, new sources of revenue and you marry that up with government and then you get folks like fauci who is all over the ballpark. doctor fauci has been all over the place, everything from you should never wear a mask double mass, 5 masks, whatever it was, you marry those together and you get the kind of confused messaging we've seen out there for you. lisa: i want to play this clip of him on msnbc and i want your take on the other side. >> people who are back slated but not boosted have the same risk as those who are not vaccinated at all. that speakers right now with omicron there's a great deal of difference in the level of protection that you get from being boosted following vaccination versus following vaccination alone. lisa: other ever going to relinquish control, isn't that what this is about, just control? >> seems like it is all about control. i don't know if they're going to give it up. i saw today the netherlands is talking about having a total of -- 5 boosters in an 18 months. go and you begin to wonder what is that all about and you see what is going down with the move to lockdowns or shutdown schools in some states again over omicron and i said to myself we are removing this, we didn't learn anything and then you have president biden say the offense really this problem, that is what he beat up donald from for because he felt he could come in as a federal government and mandate and lockdown, turns out the states are the best way to control this and bring it into harmony with our lives and freedoms and i love what governor greg abbott said, we will do the texas way, no mandate to let people take personal responsibility and that is really what this administration and doctor fauci is against. lisa: they are against freedom. where the releasing marines purged from the military for not getting a vaccine that does not stop the spread of covid, just a political purge, thanks for joining me, i appreciate it. doctor robert malone who was involved in the creation of the mrna vaccine platform was permanently suspended from twitter yesterday over what they say is repeated violations of their covid misinformation policy. which specific tweet violated this policy? he tells us he doesn't even know and you can still see the interview he did with laura right here right now, watch this. laura: people want christmas cancel, congress canceled, they don't want you to travel. doctor fauci seems to be leaning towards redefining what it means to be fully vaccinated. watch. >> whether or not the cdc will change that, it certainly is on the table and open for discussion. i'm not sure exactly when that will happen but i think people should not lose sight of the message that there is no doubt that if you want to be optimally protected you should get your booster. laura: given your knowledge of these vaccines what is your response? >> tony is being careful with his wordsmithing. you guarding himself, he says optimally protected. what he's not saying is fully protected. omicron blows right through the vaccines and the triple jab. omicron is very very infectious and the data are already in that both the double and triple vaccination is not protecting you from omicron was the good news is in the pricing when you pointed out this is more fear mongering on the part of the press, your debt on. the number of deaths from omicron worldwide is less then 10 from my last count think about this is if you believe in the god this looks like a christmas present. omicron apparently according to recent data from hong kong university has shifted the targeting of where it infects, the prior variants infected the deep lung which is a great way to cause severe disease in humans and it shifted to the upper airways, we know from influenza when viruses do that they are much less pathogenic and much more infectious so the good news with omicron is very low disease, highly infectious. it looks an awful lot to the experienced vaccine knowledge is like a live attenuated virus vaccine you might design for purpose. it is going to elicit a strong immune response. this is about as good as we could possibly want. laura: this is news you are not going to see anywhere else on television today, tonight. you say what is happened with omicron from what we know now is good news and get the media establishment, the political establishment are freaking out to shut things down again, to do untold damage to children and communities. it is stunning to me, absolutely stunning. >> i think they are disappointed with the good news. laura: this is the way to move into the climate lockdowns at this point. i want to thank you for your input on this program. you have been invaluable and make it easy to understand. >> hillary clinton is acting like we are about to hit doomsday. charlie heard and max slab are here with that. ♪ .. do you struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep? by laura, stay tuned for that as well but first it is truly been a long year of constantly changing restrictions, new mandates and hypocrisy from democrat leaders. >> president biden: if you have been fully vaccinated you no longer need to wear a mask. >> it is important for everyone regardless of vaccination status to wear a mask. >> we are implemented the strongest vaccine mandate in the country. >> i am not putting it on, taking it off. >> the fact that this is a story is that. lisa: let's not forget the year of deception after we were promised this. >> i'm not going to shut down the economy, i'm not going to shut down the country but i'm going to shutdown the virus. >> president biden: instead we got this. >> there is no federal solution, this gets solved at the state level. >> and this gem. >> you are not going to get covid if you have these vaccinations. >> that didn't age well, does it. in a few months we will be living with covid for two years, we know so much more now than we did then but we are still instituting these restrictions like requiring a vaccine to go to work or eat at a restaurant and forcing young kids to mask up and get vaccinated. the ingraham ankle spoke with one new jersey mothers that are 7-year-old broke down into is when she told him he couldn't go back to school next week, virtual learning is not helping her children and is heartbreaking when with what we are forcing them to go there but it is not just a young kids, we are robbing older ones too. look at princeton university, they require vaccines, boosters at a negative test and restricting students travel and forcing them to stay in the immediate area. they can't leave the county the school is in. people wants to get on with their lives into the political bunk from experts to dictate it. enough is enough. the same experts now letting it slip some of the rules weren't fully based on the science. here's what they say led to the decision to cut down on the quarantine time. >> there was the danger there would be so many people being isolated who are asymptomatic for the full 10 days you can have a major negative impact on the ability to keep society running so the decision was made of saying let's get that cut in half. it had a lot to do with w we thought people would be able to tolerate. >> joining me as arizona congressman andy biggs who sits on the house judiciary committee. bizarre how these changes are coming as we start 2022, a midterm year, what do you make of this change on the quarantine time? it sounds like we don't have andy biggs right now. congressman? know? moving on hopefully we get the congressman back in a moment. after a lot of speculation new york city's incoming mayor eric adams announced keeping bill deblasio's private-sector vaccine mandate which means basically anyone working in new york city needs to be vaccinated and that is not all. ♪ .. do you struggle to fall asleep and stay asleep? qunol sleep formula combines 5 key nutrients that can help you fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up refreshed. the brand i trust is qunol. ♪ ♪ >> lisa: so despite holding a despite holding the majority in the senate and house democrats don't have much to show for it, they passed the infrastructure built their list of failures outweigh their accomplishments. fox news congressional correspondent aishah hasnie is here to take us through all of them. >> reporter: good evening. democrats have razor thin majorities, hard to get anything done with a 50/50 senate but plenty of interparty fighting going on between progressives and moderates, sometimes gotten very personal. let's start with their wins this year, the big 3, $1.9 trillion american rescue plan, $1.2 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill and the national defense funding bill. the list much longer for what democrats failed to accomplish starting with the president's massive tax and social spending plan, build back better which one of their own, senator joe manchin blue up before christmas, no voting right legislation, no immigration reform, police reform, gun reform leaving facing a lot of pressure to deliver in the new year and they plan to get back into it with build back better. >> there is work to be done which is why we want to pass this initiative to help families in the ways we just talked about and we are pushing ahead with the freedom to vote act. >> reporter: this is republicans feel pretty good about the midterms. >> i felt confident about it especially now with the far left controlling a lot of the democratic agenda. these people all ran on being moderates. if you look at their actual voting record there is into modern among them. >> democrats need to figure out their own issues if they want to get anything done in the year. lisa: great job. >> what do you see as the biggest national security challenge confronting the us, the thing that keeps you up at night? >> one of them is our democracy. lisa: our democracy is in danger, the left never gets tired of that trope and now hillary clinton is jumping on the bandwagon acting like this new year's eve is y2k all over again trying to stoke fear and panic about what she says is the inevitable death of democracy. >> i would say trump is going to run again. that could be the end of our democracy. i want people to understand this is a make or break point. if he were or someone of his belt were once again to be elected president and it is especially a congress that would do his bidding you will not recognize our country. lisa: so disturbing. joining me charlie hurt, fox news contributor and opinion editor for the washington times, matt schlapp, chairman of the american conservative union. it seems a bit dramatic if you ask me but is this woman running again? has she no shame? >> i believe it or not think she is nosing herself back into this race as president biden doesn't have the mental or physical ability to run again, certainly seems like we won't run again and kamala harris it was so unpopular, she's more unpopular than a disease, you don't see her and what is interesting is hillary clinton is saying it will be the end of our democracy if the free and open election the american people vote for donald trump again, this is the same woman that concocted the lie the trouble got elected the first time through russian collusion, she never accepted her loss, she loves to powell around with stacy abrams who believes she's the governor of georgia and they're going to lecture me on democracy. >> a little rich coming from the woman who colluded with the russians. what do you think this means for president biden if he already has hillary clinton waiting into the 2024 water what does it say about president biden and where he stands heading into the midterms and 2024? >> he is in a bad situation to begin with for what that just spells out but if you play farther into that clip from hillary clinton she sounds so bitter, so angry. whenever she brings this up especially when she starts talking about donald trump and his supporters, his milk, kind of like the shorthand for the basket of deplorables. if you play that clip, what she goes on to say is she doesn't want her party to take a deep left turn and go left-wing crazy. she is basically talking about exactly what president biden and kamala harris have done. in that remarkable sit down right there i don't think she is just nosing her nose back out onto the campaign trail, i think she is sliming the sitting democratic president and trying to soften him up in order to make way for herself yet again. lisa: she has no shame whatsoever. i want to ask about this call with vladimir putin. they spoke for the second time this month about ukraine, he said she said biden made it clear to prudent the united states and its allies and partners will respond decisively if russia further invades ukraine. does anyone believe that after what we saw in afghanistan, president biden has lost any credibility whatsoever. >> this is a tough topic because on these questions of president biden is our commander-in-chief, i want him to project strength and i want him to defend us but you got to wonder what vladimir putin thinks about our seriousness, our national security when across this country the branches of our military are literally kicking people out of the military if they don't follow the vaccine mandate rule. we are literally keeping brave marines out of the marines and president biden on a phone call with vladimir putin and says we are ready to take you on, it is a joke and if they want to keep americans projecting strength, and why don't you defend and grow the brave men and women who wants to be in our armed services especially those healthy not to not worry about the virus. lisa: vaccine that doesn't stop the spread of covid, what impact you think that will have moving forward?
