put photos and verify accounts created belong to people. we advocate years to get to set cameras for all drivers. this holiday season would be an impossible time for her and lyft to get these cameras in every vehicle. we've noticed passengers realized a camera in the vehicle, anything that will happen does not happen for the most part and if it does, criminal is caught on camera. eric: what do the companies say? they've installed panic buttons for the driver can help 91 automatically, what are the company's positions to install especially on the app, to make sure and verify the client, the passenger is who he or she says they are and not a criminal out to steal their car? >> they haven't taken enough steps, they do very little if at all. calls for cameras have fallen on deaf ears. we've tried for years to get cameras installed in vehicles. it's a great cost to the driver unfortunately. we look for ways, to find the cameras for the drivers to make sure they are protected. uber and lyft verify more vigorously who's getting into the vehicle. consumers don't have to put up pictures and using fake cards and it puts an easy target on the backs of the drivers and delivery workers. eric: they work so hard especially through covid times and we thank them and we thank you for bringing this to our attention. independent driver skilled, more protection called for the drivers.
