This internet or has ripped across four states, arkansas, missouri, tennessee, kentucky. They are currently 18 Million People across eight states under tornado watches and under 90,000 hour outages. Take a look at this video captured by Weather Journal is showing this tornado crossing a highway south of jonesboro, arkansas, tonight. That journalists recording the video said that multiple power lines were down on the road in front of him. Also as you mentioned, arkansas reports there are two killed and five injured in a nursing home in craighead county. A witness saying wheelchairs were being loaded into the back of pickup trucks while people tried to help those inside to safety. Some local reports also indicate there could be around 20 people still trapped inside that nursing home. There are 90 beds inside as well. As you can see from these pictures, its still a chaotic scene and in edwardsville, illinois, look at about 20 miles west of st. Louis, theres been a major structural collapse to an Amazon Warehouse where our affiliates reporting multiple workers are trapped after a tornado touched down around 8 30 00 p. M. Another local affiliate is putting the number of people trapped up to 100. The collinsville, illinois, Emergency Management agency calling this a mass casualty event. You can see the damage done to the building here as well as a massive amount of Emergency Response. Theres also been a Building Collapse in madison county, illinois, and were working to confirm details as far as the injuries and that collapse as well. This also been reports of damages, and tennessee a tornado struck the Sandburg Reelfoot Volunteer Fire Station in hornby, tennessee, where people are reportedly trapped inside. Also in tennessee people trapped in their homes in union city, with some saying they have gas leaks and cannot get out. So very dangerous situation. And right now kentucky come as you mentioned, this is happening in real time. Were seeing results of a tornado at the Circuit Court in mayfield and were going to keep close eye on this developing situation so happening as we speak. I have to say we expect this weather to happen in the central part of the country. Some or summer or maybe late spring. It is unusual to see this this time of year, but it does not necessarily never been seen before. We do see tornadoes in december time and time again, but it is one of the lowest periods of the year. We are seeing this devastating situation play out as as you can see this is look at the last several hours with radar as we see a lot of active and severe Thunderstorm Warnings them as well is Tornado Warnings that continue to spread into Central Illinois as well as indiana, hitting through Kentucky National as well as arkansas as we speak.
