is it still a hate crime because we don't hear about it? and now you see a tree getting burned down. a lot of this crime, we know what is causing it. we don't have to deal with the problem anymore. it has to do, the change in language using the umbrella term of "homeless" which consists of a lot of factions. immediately we are told to assume it is people down on their luck, but it is not just that. you have drifters, you have junkies, the mentally ill, the criminally deranged. we were told the idea of the homeless were benign family to miss one family of rent. you walk up and down the streets of new york and you see the consequences of mayor de blasio's under failure. we gave $1 billion to deal with this. we have no idea where the money went. meanwhile innocent civilians, tourists and people times square's broad daylight are getting there asses kicked and murdered on the streets. we want to get them off of the streets because they are a danger to themselves as well. but protest, mayor who doesn't give a flying f. there is only one solution and people have to start suing the city that release thugs and the mentally ill up at the street to brutalize people. there is a guy that beat two women in new york and he was released. then he went and beat another woman savagely at 99:00 a.m. on a sunday. he was let out again. these are the courts. we don't have guns in new york so we can't protect ourselves. the cops only arrive after the crime. the only thing left is to go after the court to sue the cities. whether class action suit, but this stuff has to stop. >> jesse: do you think that has the effect of people started slapping lawsuits on this, judge? >> jeanine: it depends. a lot of people call covered by sovereign immunity. but here is the problem, it all lies in the legislature. this whole issue has to do with the revolving door of justice, whether the revolving door of justice as it relates to criminals or the revolving door when it relates to mental illness. we don't know that this guy was mentally ill. everybody wants to say they were mentally ill, crazy. i think they are evil. there is a big difference. he has two prior public intoxication, drug arrest and one public intoxication. there is nothing indicates necessarily -- maybe he's off his rocker. i wouldn't climb up that street. but here is the problem, the problem is that we are meant to live with those that are dangerous to us in the community. as a judge, my power always stems from the ability to take someone out of society who i thought was a danger to himself or others. it is called a 7:30 in new york. then you send in the bellevue and they can sit there and a while indian allies. the bottom line is, when lori lori lightfoot comes out, you are full of crap the people who owned the stores, you are telling them to stand down. it is you, lori lightfoot. i'm second tired of people talking about the fact, we have to worry about these people but no come i want to worry about the innocent victim. and larry halfs to beat it out of philadelphia, booted out of philadelphia along with dan stone. they are literally killing us and injuring us. >> jesse: how do you feel about all this, dana? >> dana: i concur with everything but i'm baffled by the effort to down slide the rising rate of crime and murder across the country by the federal administration. i understand the press secretary said the doj is helping a little bit. i assume that is pretty weak sauce compared to what people are saying. when you had one of the police officers today and the stats came out about the 12 cities, he said up in rochester that this is like a war zone. people are actually seeing this with their own eyes. i think we need a surge to deal with it. i think a lot of the money that they want to spend build back better ought to be in the prison system into the court system. if the courts are backed up or you don't have enough prison guards or an of police, that is where i would put the money, i may not all, okay, but a great majority of it there because people do not feel safe. people will not vote for you if you tell them, you're fine. nope, don't worry. murder capital, don't worry of. the war zone on the it's not real. that is what larry said in philadelphia. people will not vote for them. they will vote for people i will keep you safe. who was saying that right now?
